After almost 4 weeks at there shop and 311 Dollars later, still not fixed. Now they want me to bring it back again. I m going to pass on that. But sure would like my money returned for parts not needed. Im going to give them a chance to man up on this. Waiting to see

The team was prompt to find the source of the problem with my Ford Escape. They communicated very well the issue and gave me some options to fit my budget. They had it fixed the same day. These people are the nicest shop I have ever been too.

This place is AWESOME. If I could give more stars I would. My car wouldn’t go into gear and I was at a Sonic stall. My level of knowledge about a vehicle is zero. I spazzed out. I called them and he was so friendly. I told him the issues and he said if I was letting them do the maintenance he would send a tow truck. That was a huge help and saved me money I didn’t have that day. He told me it would be first of week before he could check it out. I didn’t expect it to be that day as it was Friday around 12:30pm. He told me Monday what all was wrong. I had gotten approved through SnapFinance for a fixed amount. When he gave me the price, it was $1700 less than my approved amount. Most places would have made sure they used all the money I was awarded. These people are honest and fair. Small town vibe and atmosphere. I will definitely be back for anything else that needs to be done. I will also refer anyone who asks for advice to them.

I had these guys install some ball joints and lower control arms on my Acura. They did great work, were professional, and charged an extremely fair price $180 less than other shops). They got me in quickly and had the work done in time for my trip. I would not hesitate to take my vehicles to them in the future.

I always have a great experience here, people are always friendly, Keith takes care of his customers! Ive taken two different vehicles here and they never overcharge me or tell me I need this or that done unless I actually do need it. The first vehicle I took in to have checked out before I drove to Florida and they said everything was fine except and oil change was needed which I knew already. The second vehicle seemed like it needed the engine rebuild but really it was just a problem with a cap in the fuel pump, cost way less.Theyve never screwed me over like some places and they are fast and efficient.They also call you after to follow up to make sure everything is running smoothly which is really nice.10/10 would recommend

My air conditioner compressor stopped working. I took my vehicle to Lee Myles. I was given an estimate for the repair and had it done. I very pleased when the actual cost came in under the estimate. Once completed, I was still having trouble with the sensors, and he was happy to take a look under the hood again.I wouldn’t have gotten my car on the road as quickly without them!

I brought my van in to have the passenger sliding door fixed. It would not close. When it went into the shop they told me that there was nothing wrong with the door and it worked perfectly. We were on our way back to Ohio, blew a heater hose, they got us in immediately, fixed the problem, topped off coolant and sent us on our way at no charge. How refreshing to deal with such professionals and caring people.

Man these guys are awesome! On short notice I went in early to get my spark plugs and coils replaced in the new truck I bought a couple of months earlier and I couldn’t have expected better service. The Auto parts store I went to sold me the wrong parts and Keith offered to drive me back to the store to replace the parts and then he even offered to drive me home while I waited on my truck to be serviced which I have never experienced with any other shop. Usually I’m a little hesitant going to shops because of a few experiences with places over charging me on labor but while I was at Lee’s if they encountered a problem removing the plugs that would cause the labor time to increase they would bring me in the back to show me exactly what they’re doing and how they were doing it. Great guys all the way around. If you’re not coming here for your auto repair needs you’re messing up.

Took my 2012 Jeep Cherokee in on a Friday with the Lee Myles team working me in the schedule to check out my transmission leak coming from the radiator area with them having me out and back on the road in less than an hour. They ordered my parts on that day with me dropping off for final repairs on the following Monday. I was told they would have me complete by end of business that day in which they did. Rampy the gentleman that worked on the vehicle was awesome, even going into detail on what work had to be completed down to removing my hood latch. Keith and the lady up front were very nice and helpful as well. Oh, did I mention they saved me about $300 from having it done at a dealership and their turn time to having it fixed was right at 5 days less than the dealership!

Made an appointment online and was promptly called back to discuss appointment times. Ended up dropping my car off before they were open (left my key in the drop box). There was a little confusion about which car was mine when the appointment was made, but this was resolved professionally and in an extremely courteous manner.The issue ended up being a rotor and brake pad issue. They explained to me what causes these issues and were very knowledgeable. They were able to explain the issue in terms I would understand (I know nearly nothing about cars).Got everything taken care of at a pretty decent price. Big fan of the 10% AAA discount, too.

The office staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The mechanic, when I talk to him, explain what was wrong and how long it would probably take to fix. Unfortunately it took longer than expected and they had my car for almost 2 weeks. Other than that Im pretty happy.

Excellent service. Was in Bowling Green from out of town for an event at Beech Bend. Rear differential started chattering and binding. They were able to get the car in quickly and replaced the fluid and limited slip additive. They were friendly and great to work with. Rear diff was quiet and smooth rest of the weekend and during the 900 mile drive home.

They are very professional quick and informative. They also do not try to upsell other things that you may need fixed they address only what you want them to fix. Highly recommend them to anyone needing work done and wanting it done right.

I had my transmission rebuilt by Lee Myles in Feb. A few months later I had a problem with the torque converter. They fixed it under warranty. Less than 24 hours later I lost all of the fluid in my transmission. They had it towed, then explained what happened. No big deal. A few days later, I was in Tennessee 125 miles away. It happened again. They paid the $550 tow bill, then said it was the same thing. They fixed it by replacing the case. They never made excuses, and were very understanding to my frustration. I highly recommend this shop. They are extremely helpful, and courteous.

Ive had work down here a few times. Last week I had another issue come up and I was leaving town. I got my car in and they fixed it for me that day. I had no problems out of it on my trip. They are wonderful to work with and really take care of your vehicle.

First time customer. I was a bit hesitant to act when Mark suggested that I spend about $1,000 to fix an apparent problem I had not detected, but I agreed. He ordered the parts and installed them. Then he called me to say that his original diagnosis was incorrect and the problem was elsewhere that abiding by a recall would fix. He said he was removing the parts he installed and sending them back to the supplier. Then he recommended a dealer who will accommodate the recall. Integrity. Ive found my permanent auto repair shop. Had an issue with one of the service techs not listening to me. He used an air hammer to TIGHTEN a bolt he was supposed to be loosening to replace a fan clutch. Told me I would have to replace the water pump I JUST bought and installed the night before because of HIS mistake. It was made right, but I was not thrilled with being ignored. They DID get me in in a rush situation, and were very accommodating. The price was as expected. No surprises other than the tech.

The staff was very pleasant and courteous. The work on my car was finished in a timely manner, and the transmission is quieter and shifts more smoothly. I will return to Lee Myles in the future.

On our drive home to Canada from TX on Easter weekend 2017, we lost power from engine in our RV on Interstate and had to pull off in Bowling Green, Kentucky. CAA/AAA sent wrong tow truck, & wasn’t very helpful finding us a repair service. We thought it might be our transmission, so when we passed Lee Myles, we pulled in. They were open on Good Friday and busy, but checked us out quickly, took RV for test drive, did diagnostics & determined it wasn’t the tranny, but something clogging exhaust system, which seemed to have “blown out” by itself during test drive. They were willing to do a more thorough check of fuel system, but gave us the choice to save time and money if we wanted to try hitting the road and maybe the problem was solved. We felt they were very knowledgeable, so we took their advice and decided to continue our trip. When we asked Danny what the cost was for the time, diagnostic, test drive and unscheduled assistance, he answered that we didn’t owe anything! We even double-checked with the receptionist, who had also been very friendly and reassuring to us, and who also refused to accept any payment, and then promptly continued helping others who had been there before us. We were very impressed by the hospitality shown to strangers/seniors just passing through, and by the staff’s expertise and honesty. We had no further car trouble on the trip, and felt we had to write a good review for what they’d done for us. They are the worst place to take your vehicle in bowling green because if they do to you like they did to me you have a lot to do to your vehicle when you get it home or you have to take it to another shop to have it fix right and if you have anything in your vehicle of value they will steal it thats the way that operate and its then same way that fix things they say its bad when it isnt and charge you for it and that not all but thats why they arent any good they cheat you out of everything they say they do and charge you

These guys rebuilt a transmission in our 95 Silverado about 12 years ago and the transmission still today runs like new. Top notch crew for any and all auto repair work.

In my experience, Mike (i believe his name was) wasnt the most friendly, but when i mentioned i could get a part they needed locally for cheaper, he recomended i do so. They used the cheaper part, and had the work done right away. More than i expect from a transmission shop, ill go back if i need to.

They could have sold me an expensive part and charged me for a repair that I did not need, but Chuck was honest and said they could fix it easily without a new part being needed. Only problem i had was they didnt seem like they took any time to actually look at my car, just said timing chain snapped 1800$, but after i told them no they let me atleast keep the car there for another 4 days without paying any fees.

Took my vehicle to Lee Myles for a oil change and transmission service, not only did they get me in fairly quickly they gave me a ride home via the free shuttle. These guys go out of their way to take care of people!!!!

Transmission was good but it took a week longer than they promised. The next day I found out that the transmission lines were cracked, of course I had another repair shop to finish the job.

Paid to have work done on my car got told they also needed to repair my spark plug cables also after some back and forth between myself and the woman over the phone we work something out and I pay to have the cables put on fast forward to the next day and the car shudders like it is going to fall apart turns out they forgot to put those all important cables on at all! They at least fixed after I had to drive back there. *Edit to the review* got a call back from a employee named christine after they saw my bad review. Not really a lot to discuss with you people after I paid you to do something and you just didnt do it but sure didnt forget to charge. Lets not forget that my wife took the car out and drove it luckily not doing anymore damage to the car or a accident happening. Wife called and said the car was acting badly called Lee Myles after being on hold for a bit christine was back on the phone telling me oops even though I told them to put the new cables they just didnt do and we meant to tell you its just we decided to wait until you called us right before closing and now we suddenly remember and we sure could do something about it tomorrow. After some more back and forth of me explaining I travel for work and would really need the car they agree to let me bring it in to fix their mistake.However one key problem to this is I have a bad back and the shaking and juddering sent spasms of pain up and down my spine to the point I was worried I couldnt drive the car even there not to mention drive it home. So no I dont want a Oh we are sorry I just wish you knew the amount of pain I had to endure just to fix the mistake you made how it feels to be in terrible pain and be unable to do anything about because soon you are going to drive and I cant take any meds for it and you just have to sit there and endure it and endure it. If you could really understand that maybe I would change my opinion about this place

Were not able to find the problem but still tryed charging me diagnostic fee or something ended up towing it to ford and it was a fuel pump. 3 star for not perusing the fee to hard.
