Ive lived here about 6 months and really enjoy it. I feel like the apartment is a nice size and quality for what Im paying. The management has always been really friendly and responsive to any issues I do have. Maintenance requests are handled with promptly. I also havent had any issue with my neighbors; theyre all relatively quiet and friendly. Overall, would recommend living here.

BEWARE OF SHADY PRACTICES. Paid a $50 application fee, then they took an extra $200 out of our account that was NOT AUTHORIZED, NOR WAS IT MENTIONED, OR DISCUSSED, I NEVER WOULD IF AGREED TO ANY ADDITIONAL MONEY TAKEN OUT, after looking at the apartment I decided against it. The biggest factor was being able to hear the neighbors through the walls. The money stolen from our account has not been returned so now we are looking into legal steps to get it back. DO NOT AGREE TO ANYTHING WITH THIS PLACE UNTIL YOU SEE FOR YOURSELF FIRST.

Enjoy the free stuff, Apartment 1.The packages were seen on your porch. Tracking shows they were delivered. The USPS doesnt have them. Again. You are welcome.

I live in a 3 bedroom and I absolutely love it. The apartment is wonderful and so is the staff! The Maintenance staff Cameron and Josh are pretty cool guys and are on top of everything from grounds to items that need fixed in my apartment. Janelle in the office is so friendly, willing to help, always has a smile on her face and even walks my dog when I ask. They go above and beyond. Great place!!!!

I’ve been living at The Arbors for a little over 5yrs and I love it!! Not only is it affordable Janelle is Awesome!! I love that it’s so clean and that they have a doggie pooh area that’s always well maintained and my dog loves visiting the office Janelle’s always smiling and has treats for my pup!! And when I have a maintenance problem Janelle and her maintenance crew are always quick to fix!!! Friendly Clean and affordable😁

Janelle Barker the property manager is absolutely awesome and her staff are very friendly and accommodating to the residents. Im also amazed at how well maintained the grounds are and i utilize the doggie poop station and i appreciate how well kept and clean it is.I love living here!!!!

Been here for about 10 months and really like it. Very dog friendly- my dog always finds friends to play with. Janelle is what makes living here so special, very personable and responsive. Apartment was clean and orderly when moving in. Just like any other place you rent from- if you keep your place clean inside and out,and don’t trash it its actually quite enjoyable. Good location.

Lived here for a year and Im so sad I have to go. I lived in a 3 bedroom townhouse and it was lovely. Its great being located right next to Wal-Mart, makes shopping so easy! Kitchen is beautiful and spacious and the living room is just the right size. The master bedroom was perfect with its bathroom and walk in closet though the other two rooms were a bit small. Due to being in the back wood area bugs ran rampant but a single call took care of that. Also being back in the woods meant our back yard was little more than a concrete slab on dirt but hey you cant help that and the slab was enough! Janelle was always so happy and upbeat, always willing to help. Maintenance came out within 3 days of calling if not the next day every time. Honestly I would recommend this place to anyone and wouldnt be moving if I didnt have to.

This is the best place in bowling green. Hands down best staff.Also some of the reviews on here are bs. The people complaining just dont follow the rules which are simple. I recommend living here, very close to walmart and plenty of food options around. Great place for adults kids or older people too. Never have any problems.

The office has gone down hill in the last 6 months. The girl in the office is very forgetful and she is not vey bright. I had to call in my work 3 times and Jackie still never came to fix the issue. I then decided to set-top in the office and while I was talking to Megan, Jackie came in. As always she was very polite and friendly. When I told her my issues you could tell she had no idea what I was talking about. Megan admitted she forgot to write up a work order. Jackie came right over and took care of me the whole time apologizing. I felt bad for her because it wasnt her fault. In speaking to my neighbors this happens all the time.The office is always dirty and seems to be locked way to much. The maintenance needs help because she is doing it all. Picking up trash, the pet stations, the dumpster area and moving the heavy appliances by herself.Janelle is very friendly but hardly ever there anymore. So what are we supposed to do? Trust that Megan will take care of the issues. Or find Jackie out on property and tell her about our issues. This place needs help before it gets any worse.

Love the apartments and location especially that we had the pond right out our back door to fish and put our canoe in. The only problem was the price was too high for apartments.

Terrible. Maintance issues from day one on my move in condition report were never dealt with in the year I lived there. I wrote multiple letters requesting repairs on plumbing, appliances, window locks and more. I visited with neighbors and saw falling ceilings, sockets coming out of the wall, etc. This company keeps a pristine office, clubhouse, and show apartment. That isnt what you get. Beware!

Worst place ever. Everything here sucks. Huge bug problem, all summer the A.C. kept breaking, along with everything else in this place, and now the heat doesnt work and they wont come fix it and are ignoring our phone calls. For someone who is under 100lbs having to stay in an apartment which wont even hit 70 degrees, its ridiculous. This place is ridiculous. They just dont care lol. Dont waste your money and time on this place. Definitely not worth it. Especially for how pricy this place is, definite rip off.

They delete negative reviews and have the staff give 5 star reviews to buff their poor scores. Sad.

Great facilities a little pricey on the rent but for a previous renter of the location cleanliness is fairly decent

The residents here are disgusting. There is trash and dog droppings everywhere.
