Ken and his guys were great! Prior to hiring Precision Care Services, he explained to me exactly what was needed to have my gutters clear of the black streaks and even showed me a demo. Was actually willing to travel for a large commercial job in North East Ohio. Work was spot on (with no actual spots!) and we were extremely happy with Precision Cares ability to work around gardens at the base of the building.It is a shame he isnt local or we would use him more.

PCS was prompt and professional in showing up at the appointed time and doing an amazing job on windows and screens. Most important, the owner, Ken, was on-site performing a major portion of the work. We will use their services for future window cleaning needs.

I purposely joined Google reviews just so I could share my abysmal experience with Precision Care Services with other potential clients. So...No miscommunication with your office at all as every single time I called, my calls went to Kennys cell phone, so no miscommunication with an office. He and his part time, new helper, did a LOUSY job. PERIOD. Neither review cursed your child, so get over yourself, Kenny. Kenny promised, when he originally did the job, that he would come back if I had any issues. I did have issues...dirty windows; nearly all of our windows still had smudges & drop marks, which we were told would disappear once everything dried, but that never happened. He was scheduled to come back the following Monday. I took off of work AGAIN (from a brand new job) in order to be here and make sure he fixed his work. The same day as his return to fix his less than stellar work, I had carpet cleaners here. From the text messages, Im guessing he drove by my house and saw that van here as he asked, via text, how long theyd be here and that hed be back in an hour, going to lunch. NEVER EVER showed up after that. I called and/or texted about 10 times and he never picked up or responded to texts. We are selling our house and photos were the next day. The windows looked horrible, and we were forced to clean the windows ourselves after paying for his service. Other window cleaners used ladders and sqeegies. Kenny stood on the lawn and used an extension brush that had cleaning solution coming from it. The problem was that where the double hung windows meet, there was dirt and smudge that was prevalent in every window. Additionally, I was assured that the droplets from his cleaning solution would dissipate, but that wasnt true. There were droplets on most of my 25+ windows. Kenny never followed up after standing me up on the scheduled follow up appointment. He stated that hed offer a full reimbursement upon an apology. Im not apologizing for anything. His customer service sucks and I have absolutely nothing to apologize for considering I paid for services that were inadequately rendered. Also, this was my first experience hiring a contractor from Thumbtack and I will never use their referral business again either. Ill stick with Angies List and Home Advisor.
