Called 3 companies based in Bowie, MD (we like to support local business) for gutter cleaning. Of the 3, B&B was the only one that answered the phone (the others I left a message and never got a call back). After talking, I texted Brian front and back pictures of my house and received a quote, which was honored when he arrived to do the work.Did a great job cleaning out the gutters AND cleaning up after the work was done. Was a pleasure doing business, and we will use B& B again.

Its important to understand that we deal with humans and nobodys perfect. That being said, Ive had only good experiences with Brian and his team. Ive had my sidings and my deck cleaned and Im always satisfied with the work they performed. I recommend them.

I had an awesome experience with B&B Exterior Cleaning. Brian and his assistant power washed my bricks ,Repaired my gutters, Painted, and put up vinyl siding. Making my home look new. It was money well spent.

Brian and his assistance showed up to my property the same day after speaking with them earlier. This is the only positive about the gutter cleaning service provided. After looking at the house for about five minutes they quoted a price of $100. It is important to note that other companies gave higher quotes for the work because of my homes square footage. I quickly realized that his low ball quote equated to unsatisfactory work. I agreed to the price after which they promptly requested payment. I explained that Iusually pay upon services rendered but agreed to prepay. They spent about 20 minutes or less halfway cleaning the gutters and air blowing and collecting a marginal amount of leaves/ debris. Promptly they began to load the truck with the ladder at which time I walked outside and asked them if thy were finished already. Brian replied yes as they swiftly vacated the premises. Luckily I had my own ladder which I used to check the front gutters. When I wiped a section of the gutter a thick amalgam of sludge stuck to the paper towel. I promptly took a picture and sent it to Brian at which time I asked them to come back to complete the gutter cleaning properly. Fortunately they came back but what he said to me next was alarming. When I asked him if it is normal for gutters to be so dirty after a cleaning he said yes and that the sludge would not prevent the them from working properly. I then asked him to please clean the gutters properly They pulled out hoses to redo the job. Brian was reluctant to clean all of the gutters again and even went as far as to comment on the fact that some of the dirty build up was shingles. To add insult to injury he asked me when was the last time I had the gutters cleaned while re cleaning the gutter.My experience with B&B was very bad. Not only would I not refer their service but may go as far write a review to the Better Business Bureau.Unhappy customer
