I actually wasn’t going to post this but it kept getting worse. The guys who worked on my Jeep actually broke my glove box and left it hanging wide open with my stuff everywhere, the kid actually went to lunch and didn’t bother saying anything. They then drove my vehicle out to me like that too. They left my back swing gate door open after messing with it (lifted wrangler on 35’s so the spare is on an aftermarket tire carrier). And they never put my wheel lock back.

Just went to see if my tires were out of round. Once I told them I didnt want the wheels balanced I just wanted to check if they were out of round there was no charge and they got me in and out within an hour. Best to make an appointment.

Had to special order a tire and wait for it. Dropped the old rim and tire off at time of appointment and agreed that they would call me when tire was received, changed, and finished. 5 days later they called me... it took me an extra day to get there to pick tire up. When I get there for my tire pickup they have trouble finding my tire and it is not even swapped yet. I have to sit there an additional hour for them to swap the tire. Mind you they had my tire for an entire week. I will not purchase my work truck tires from discount tire or let them work on my vehicles anymore. I would also never reference discount tire to a friend. They claimed to be understaffed but have appointment only! Don’t make appointments you cannot hold to! There are Many tire companies that can get the job done right

I actually want to give them 4 & half stars but i rounded up to 5,So..On friday the start of labor day weekend i was checking our tires for a trip & noticed a cut/tear/pinch about an inch long in the side wall of a tire,We bought these 4 Goodyears from the discount tire store on Rt 50So this tire has me worried because it looks dangerous, So we get to the tire store & for whatever reason they are only seeing customers by appointment or Emergency so i tell them i have an Emergency,After a few minutes a young man named ALEX called my name and we went out to my car, I explained why im there & showed the tire,I was worried that even tho i purchased the insurance certificate for all four tires that they would find some reason not to help me or tell me that my tire was fine, Or that yes the tire is bad but this or that and i would get stuck buying a new $165 tire,BUT THAT WASNT THE CASE AT ALL,ALEX SHOWED ME WITH A SMALL TOOL HOW DEEP THE TEAR WAS INTO THE SIDE OF MY TIRE AND THAT YES THIS TIRE WAS DANGEROUS AND YES THEY COULD TAKE CARE OF ME AND YES IT WOULD BE COVERED UNDER THE INSURANCE I BOUGHT,About an hour later we had a new tire on the car and a new insurance certificate for this tire was my only fee and it was optional ,Thank you! You guys may have saved us from who knows what if that tire blew out!Ps.Was there two weeks earlier and no one would come help me at the free air lane that they offer. Each employee was waiting for another to come do it,.No worries tho, lets just try to do better. Probably busy

Oh man I found me a new tire place to go to if you need some new rims new tires for your car and truck this is the one place to go hands down a little timely but its well worth it this place here would get you right

What is the point in making an appointment if I have to wait. My time is important too. This store use to be really good at getting me in and out in a reasonable amount of time but lately everytime I make an appointment I have to wait. Im a reasonable person and understand that on occasion this will happen but it seems to happen way to much lately. Are you over booking your schedule?Another issue is that they never get the tire pressure right. How does this happen to a store that sells nothing but tires?Last but not least, I would like it if they put the same valve stem caps on that they took off. I have in the past had mine replaced with old nasty used ones and dont appreciate it.One other thing is I expect you to keep my vehicle locked at all times unless you are servicing it. I as well as most people keep things in my vehicle that are of value.

Would have been nice not to have to go back after getting my tires changed because they forgot to remove the spare and fix the flat tire but they did make it right and switch the tires at no cost even tho I did let them know at the beginning about the tire I had all four tires changed that daylong wait then had to go back

Top notch team! Arrived with an RV within a hour ofclosing that needed tires (one peeled off and the other had a spare that was installed en route) while on a long trip. They had the 6 tires we needed in stock and got to work on it right away. Best tire service Ive ever had!!

Excellent tires at good price. Very popular place but give them 4 stars because they were putting tires on as fast as they could go but got in an hour after my appointment time. Today I happened to drive by and they didnt appear to be backed up as far and more bays appeared to be in use.

Great service and good prices I bought a full set of tires and they installed them and got me out in 40 minutes.

Called and ordered tires. They were polite, professional, and helpful over the phone. They said they should be able to get them the next day and we scheduled an appointment. They were able to get the tire, they called the next day. Showed up for the appointment. Again the people in the store were polite, friendly and helpful. The tired were installed in less time then estimated. Good experience, would recommend to anyone.

I brought my car in because I had a nail in my tire. When I called, they said they could get me in and out in 15 minutes. I got there and they than told me they had other cars infront of me and it would be a 90 minute wait until my car would be done. I was in my lunch break. So, I decided to leave the car there and have someone pick me up. 90 minutes later, I received a call that my vehicle was done. When I arrived, I was informed that they worked on the wrong tire. So, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. In total, it took 4 hours and several trips for a nail in my tire.

Super efficient staff and quick service.

Very helpful people. I thought I had a huge problem with my tire leaking and needed a new valve stem but a very nice young gentleman was able to fix the problem in literally 2 seconds amd didnt charge me at all. I was so worried because i have an hour commute daily and I didnt want to be stranded. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs tires. Thank you Jacob!

In & out in an hour with a new set of tires. Friendly service, kept me posted on progress. Got in on very short notice.

They replaced two of my tires without replacing the sensors at the same time. When I took it back in because the light was still on in the car, they refused to replace the sensors free of charge because we didn’t pay for a warrantee and couldn’t prove that they were the ones that broke it. This was the only place that my car was serviced, and the only possible explanation for the sensors missing is because they failed to do their job properly. You should never go to this discount tire. They are thieves and liars.

Theyve always treated me well when Ive gone in. Got a puncture a couple days after getting new tires and they replaced it anyways. If you have a weird tire size give a call ahead and theyll have it next day (in my experience) great and friendly service

4 new tires on my Pilot today - excellent service & effort by the entire staff. I watched them deal with both irritable and happy customers today - every one of them left with a handshake in the end. I honestly dont know how the staff can do what they do day in and day out and remain so friendly, helpful and caring for EACH customer, but they do. Not sure if there is a corporate award for the best store - if so, the award belongs at the Bourbonnais store. Excellent job folks - keep doing what you do and how you do it. Placed my order and made my appointment online. Arrived 10 minutes prior to appointment and waiting area was a little crowded. I left the store to walk around near by stores. Got a text 40 minutes later that vehicle was ready. Very pleased with my experience here. Will go back for free rotations and new tires for my other vehicle

This place was great I made appointment on the app and paid all up front. When I got there they had a lane blocked off with my name and ready to go. Took about 30 minutes!!

Wow! I went here because my two front tires had very slow leaks. They pulled my truck in the bay and they removed the tires for inspection. They checked for leaks, removed the tire to reseal, installed the tire on the rim, and then balanced them! FREE OF CHARGE! Discount Tire will be the new place I visit for new tires!

My situation was that I needed to replace my tires but 1 of 4 had a fast leak.I happened to come here and received a nice deal for 4 tires on my 2015 Ford Fusion Titanium.Service - very great!Time - they started on my vehicle as soon as possible. I wasnt waiting for long periods of time like other tire companies would do.People - very friendly, listened to my concerns and offered me suggestions.Price - Nice! I bought a brand new set of 4 tires and received a nice deal. Great price. Great quality tires.Facility - the facility and work areas are clean. Inside is nice and cool. The environment is great.

Got two tires replaced. Service was and always is ridiculously slow, but good quality service and the employees were polite and courteous. This visit was much better than my last! Ive been a customer for years now and have referred my family as well. I guess you have to sacrifice time for quality service.

Our first time using Discount Tire, was very happy with the service. We left the van since they were closing soon. They called and told us that the tire was damaged when they took it off. Back in November I bought 4 new tires from this location and had them put on the vehicle. They were busy due to the weather at the time, but still took care of my vehicle within a reasonable time and were more than friendly. A couple of weeks ago, I got a flat tire and had to purchase another new tire, due to the damage of the flat one. Jacob worked with me and was able to apply some credits and discounts in order to get me an affordable replacement. Again, the service was quick and extremely friendly. I would recommend visiting the Bourbonnais Discount Tire if you have any tire needs.

Definitely a place with good service. The sales guys acknowledge that they see you are waiting while helping other customers. I even up being new tires and I was able to walk in, talk to sales and have new tires put on in 90 minutes! And I really like the fact that you can actually watch them work on your vehicle.

Best tire shop in the area. Dave and the whole team at this location are great. Leaving for work I saw I had a tire going flat. Called this location a explained I needed it replaced asap and asked if they would be able to do it. Dave said they could and they did. When I pulled up Dave pulled my car in and they started removing the tire while I selected the replacement tire. Daves team replaced my tire, mounted, balanced and installed the tire so fast they had me back on the road in 23Minutes!!! This is the best tire shop I have ever been to. Oh and I almost forgot to mention they had the best price. I will be back for my next set of tires. Cheers!

Quite helpful when it came to the. Just putting air in the tires. They check the air level that its supposed to be at fill to that then tell you the condition of your tires while you sit in the car. Now thats great customer service!

Over the phone I was estimated at one price and told about the protection plan. I must have misunderstood because once I went in the price went up 45 dollars. I was told I was estimated with out the plan included. All was good and well though. Got my tires done and feel I got what I paid for.
