This place gets after it. I’ve taken my cars / boats to multiple locations to get custom work done and these guy are substantially better than my next recommended “spot”. Very friendly non judgmental staff. My wife’s boyfriend wanted my wife to get matching leather upholstery in the back seat as well as a large mirror installed on the ceiling 🤷🏽 this car was formerly a police car that had several people bleed out in the backseats. I never in my life thought we would be able to get the smell of blood and vomit out of this car but these guys totally remade this car. Highly recommend 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

Nice folks and did the job (install backup/dashcam from Amazon) without being condescending to my face, which they had a few easy opportunities to do. One guy here is particularly nice. (People in other reviews are saying they like “Garrett”. I think that’s him.) It was funny when the techs scurried out of the lobby when I walked in once, but that’s fine by me: let the customer service people take care of the customers (seeing as they’re good at it)—keep the car shop gossip away from the lobby

There was a section of Xpel protective film on my car (which had been installed in another state) that started peeling, allowing debris to get caught underneath against the paint. We worked with Garrett to get the section replaced. They made the repair quickly and it looks great! Highly recommend!

These guys are a stellar crew, they were able to squeeze me in last minute for a semi quick job, and not only that, I had a one off question about an electrical issue on my Tacoma, specifically a service they don’t provide, and they were still able to hook me up with the right info. My wife’s vehicle was retrofitted with keyless start/entry by these guys a few years ago, so when it started actin up we brought it back in for them to take a look, and they quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it on the spot, and sent us on our way! Cory and the tech’s at DC Customs did a great job modifying our 2016 Cobalt R3 WSS for wake-surfing! Work was accomplished earlier than expected and looked great. You would never know it wasn’t built that way from the factory. Great service and friendly people.

DC Customs did such a great job with the tint on my other car a few years back it was a no-brainer taking them my brand new M3. Went with XPEL XR Plus. It looks GREAT and keeps the car cool. Developed an issue with some defects on one of the windows. They fixed it right away, no questions asked. Couldnt ask for a better experience. Ill be back.

So I bought a sound system from a different shop and have had multiple problems with them since I got it. Telling me in need to buy more so it will sound right. So I decided to get a second opinion at DC customs I went in on a very busy Saturday morning and they look at it no problem. 15 minutes later the issue is fixed and I’m on my way. These guys are very professional and willing to help. There were even three other people that came in after me that needed help with small things and they made sure to get it done while doing all of their already scheduled appointments for that days

I called in to make sure that these guys could install a dash cam I got for a Christmas present. They said they could and would be able to get me in super quick after quoting me a price. I set up the appointment and took it in. I picked up my car a few hours later and was incredibly impressed with their work. The install took longer than they anticipated and didnt charge me more than my original quote for the extra labor time... I am super impressed and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality, reliability and honesty.

The sound had stop working on my new car, they toldMy amp had blown and I need a new one. I paid $500 for the amp plus some extra for new wiring. When they installed them amp the drilled right through read seat and into the middle console ripping the fabric in my car.Update: the boss reached out and was super helpful and friendly. It made all the difference working with him. They were so helpful the second time around and made sure everything was to my liking!

I just bought a 3 year old truck that was in need of a good cleaning. Tyson was the one that took care of me and his customer service was top notch.When i dropped the truck off and he was quoting me i explained to him i want the interior and exterior to be perfect. When i picked up the truck i found a few spots around the truck that could be touched up a little better and without any conflict he grabbed a rag and cleaner and touched it up.In addition, Im interested in a stereo for this truck and he explained to me my options and showed me the stereos theyve installed in customer vehicles.

Took my truck to get a replacement stereo kit and they had it done that day. There was a glitch , not because of them just because of the way my truck and stereo responded. They were so great about it , had us bring it back the next day and got it all taken care of ! They also have an amazing detail service and have cleaned my car numerous times.

Came to DC Customs to see about getting some light scratches buffed out of the hood of my car. They were able to take me right away and within an hour they had the car looking good as new. Very knowledgeable and efficient customer service. I’ll go here again in 6 months to get a wax.

Id recommend them to everyone - and I do! I work in the service department of a dealership, and can vouch for them on a professional level (as we use them primarily for our aftermarket accessories), and on a personal level as I just recently had them install a stereo system into my own car. Im a super tough critic on both fronts, I should add.The staff is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, top to bottom. My system install was tedious, and they pay attention to every detail. They also take great care of my customers, which isnt always the case with 3rd party vendors who rarely deal with the customer 1st hand. This speaks volumes to the character of their management.There are a lot of great companies in the State, but I would recommend them over any other, all day long. There installers are some of the best around. I took my boat to DC Customs in Bountiful. They did a fantastic job servicing my boat. The boat needed an overall tune up and now it has never worked better. They changed the oil, put in a new ballast tank and even upgraded my stereo. I love the sound that I can get, much better than my old system. Things were completed in a timely manner and for a reasonable cost. I would recommend DC Customs to everyone.

Over the last five years I have had DC customs do window tinting on over a dozen different vehicles. I have always been very satisfied with the quality of work done and they have never let me down. There is another window tinting shop close to where I live less than 2 mi away. DC customs is about 20 mi away and I take the extra drive because I trust them.I desire a new car audio system for my vehicle I just purchased and Im going to have DC customs do that as well. Update to past review below. 08/29/2019.The store director Garrett called me the next day after reading my review below and wanted to discuss my experience with his team, he wanted to know how he could improve. After talking we both agreed that there was a miscommunication between us and was likely do the audio event they were having in the parking lot. After discussing my experience, Garrett wanted to refund my ceramic tint, I insisted that I didnt mind paying for the service and the product that was provided. Garrett pushed for me to at least come in and get a reduced price and I obliged. I must reiterate that the tint is very nicely done and looks good. The customer service is exceptional and they clearly strive for greatness in both product and customer care. I will gladly recommend them to those who are seeking any custom work for their vehicle.Got my truck tinted over this past weekend , I stopped by on my way home from Lowes to see what there pricing was for window tinting. The salesmen in the parking lot told me he could do the Ceramic tint for $199.00. That price sounded about right for a tint, when I come into the office the guy a the counter told me that the Ceramic was $299.00 and that the regular tint was $199.00. I told the guy at the counter that the salesman, who was at the counter with us, told me the Ceramic was $199.00. The salesman didnt say a word backing my claim. At that point I was committed mentally to getting my truck tinted that day and it was $100.00 more for the better tint so I went with it. Than they told me that it would take 90-120 minute to get the tint done.I couldnt sit for that long as I had things to do at home. They gave me a ride home which, was awesome. However, it took them 4 hours to get the tint done and they didnt bother to wash the outside windows which, I thought they would do to help their product look its best upon first inspection. When I came to pay for the service, the same salesman who gave me the false quote failed to inform me that I would have to pay the 2 percent fee if I use a credit card. I called him out on it and he said he must have forgotten to tell me. He offered split the fee with me but it was a six dollar charge so I just absorbed it.The tint is really nice and the staff is nice and very warm but the lack of clear communication on pricing and timing was a huge downside for me using DC customs. This may have been an outlier for them as I have heard great thing about them from friends and my bed linear guy recommended them.
