I have used this place for 10 years with minimal problems and almost no machine malfunctions.

Rosa and all the ladies that work there are the best. Drop off is Fast friendly clean service, folded nicely, smells great.

Absolutely the worst experience, if I could’ve given zero stars I would. Besides the machines being overpriced, they weren’t working properly.My clothes came out dripping soaked. A lot of the machines and dryers are out of order.The employee tried to tell me my clothes didn’t spin properly because of my dri-fit clothes.Really? They couldn’t pay me to come here even if I had the place to myself with free washes!** NEVER AGAIN **

Our basement has been out of commission for the past month due to renovations. Renovations = no washer/dryer. I decided to stop by this laundromat and I must say its very well maintained. The employees (especially Luz) are pleasant and helpful. Ive done my own laundry there a few times. Yesterday I decided to try their wash & fold service for the first time and it was excellent. My clothes were folded so perfectly, that I didnt even want to take them out of the bag lol. They said 24 hour turnaround and it was exactly that, so Im happy. Great place! Not too crowded.

Terrible customer service. The spanish lady was so rude to us she didn’t even let us know the last wash was at 7 pm, she just shut the door on our face and cursed on spanish. Never goin back again! No manners!

I just want to shed light on how Rosa went above and beyond for me a few weeks ago . I was not aware tht the minimum to wash was 15 dollars as I just had one piece of clothing that needed to be washed . Again me not knowing she decided to wash the item free of charge as It was just one item . That’s right there is the true definition of above and beyond and I will continue to wash there .. Rosa you are an exceptional woman and I appreciate you

I came into the laundromat around 8:10pm and the lady was already locking the door n blocking people from coming into the laundromat. The potential customer stated she still had time because last wash was at 8:30pm and the older lady that work there said I said no. I found it extremely rude to turn customers away. Another thing was she came up to me and my two year old son who I had helping me insert the quarter, asking to give her some quarters so she could help make it quicker so she could close at 10pm. I told her no thanks I could handle it. So immediately after my wash was done washing I took my wet clothes n left. I refuse to spend any more money here. Super annoyed. Wont be coming back here

They stay open an hour later than most but almost 50% of the machines are totally useless i.e. Washers that do not take your change and if you give the machine a hit so the money falls the machine resets itself back to the original amount and you end up losing money. Every time I come in here the dryers have post its in them either saying out of service or no heat. Overly priced too but I chose convienece over money but after my last visit of the washer eating my change I will not be returning. Tried to get my money back but the lady at the counter said no because it was my fault for forcing the money into the machine when it would not take it.

Thanks to the lady from Costa Rica who helped me this Sunday morning. I was going with my baby and if it hadnt been for her I wouldnt have been able to wash. Because with my son crying and with these masks it is all chaos. God bless her.
