Wow these reviews are not good. This lab has some nice people in it but this individual is giving me a hard time about checking to make sure a test collection was done correctly when she didnt know how to do it in the first place. Its fine not to know how to do something. But it is not fine to not find out how to do it correctly. What is the problem? She didnt understand what I was saying and told me that they dont do testing there. And when I explained to her that the collection method on their website for this differed from what we did, she did not want to ask to make sure that this was done correctly. This is not right. These are medical tests and need to be performed correctly. This is about upholding medical standards of testing. She said she did not want to ask because she talked to them before? Huh? But she did not ask them about this before? Its a simple question of what constitutes the start of the testing time and could make or break the accuracy of this test.

This place is great , the people are wonderful and so easy to work with , they got me in and out and when they Drew me I didn’t feel a thing definitely will be coming back here .

Yall, DO NOT USE THIS LAB. They ran 15 different tests as per requested from my doctor, the results came back so incredibly incorrect. Every test was listed as extremely ABNORMAL. My doctor took one look at the results and said, there is no way these are correct, where did you get your labs done? I went to Quest and re-did my labs, which came back completely opposite and within normal range. When you are super sick and rely on the labs to help you take the next steps in the direction of healing, its extremely important to have your labs done correctly. AND of course, LabCorp had me running around connecting me to every person in this company as I tried to dispute the bill, and NO ONE helped me. -- Do not use them. This location does not do a good job.

The worst lab in the country. The receptionist who checked us in did not even know that our info was in the computer despite us going there a couple weeks before. After finally straightening this out it took hours to check in. The phlebotomist was excellent. But now we are once again running into incompetents next. My husband had a blood test Tuesday morning. It is now Friday amd we can not get results from his WBC or RBC.You should be sued gor dangerous practices
