My mother works here. She is the only one on staff all times of the day. Shes the receptionist, phlebotomist, and shes the one separating and sending all of the bloodwork off. Please be understanding of her position, as she shows up to do her very best every day. Theres only so much one person can do. Take it to her boss to tell her she needs more staff at her side!
Very understaffed. Our confirmation email assured us that we could bring in a requisition number and our confirmed lab orders in order to be seen. The lab Corp staff (the only person who works at this location) said she could only get us into our appointment if she had a paper copy of our confirmations. We proceeded to download an app to fax it to her (she does not have an email), so she could enter in the same number that we had just read allowed to her. I’m 100% certain that she would’ve been able to get us into the appointment with the requisition number we read allowed to her, but I guess she just felt more comfortable with paper? As you can imagine this extended that lab corps experience as many other people in the building were in the waiting queue with the same problem.
I have been coming to tbis location for years. About a year ago there was a younger woman here that was awesome. Since she left its all downhill. Now this place is horrible. They never open on time. They have lost my orders a dozen times. Each person that floats in and out has their own rules. There is one older lady that is a floater that is very helpful but she still only ran half my labs. The guy is super unhelpful, lazy and rude. This place is a joke now. The hours dont match whats online. The normal lady is ok but kinda high-strung. if she is out of town its hopeless.
Only one person in the lab covering the front office and pulling samples. Got here at 7:45am and she said it could be over an hour wait. Labcorp needs to better staff their office. It is 8:05am and they have not pulled anyone back yet.Still waiting at 9:00am. Do not come to this office.
While technology is cool and all the employee sitting there wasn’t helpful in checking in. The test I came to get wasn’t available so after I dealt with the kiosk it was all for not.
Such a long wait. Was not expecting this wait or the hostility from the workers. Not impressed at all.
Extremely unprofessional. Must check in at a kiosk AND with a person. Only one individual working in the entire office. People walk in and get helped before you with no explanation to why you’re being ignored. If the phone rings, expect to wait another 15-30 minutes. If you have the option, get your work done elsewhere.
Very efficient and friendly staff. Have never waited more than 5 mins to be seen. Convenient hours and appointments available online. Highly recommend.
The seemingly sole person they have on staff is also the phlebotomist and therefore patently overworked, but handles it gracefully under fire.Indeed, I witnessed a belligerent ‘doctor’ customer yell and scream over his perceived extended wait time to the point where I nearly intervened, but the patient she was attempting to help got there before me. Notably, she was calmly responding to his threats and posturing throughout, but fortunately that gentleman challenged the unnecessarily irate customer to intervene on her behalf. To which the ‘doctor’ then threatened him with violence. The good doctor should’ve been removed in handcuffs.I was impressed with how she handled the whole thing and her consistently significant workload (I have to go there 1-2 times per year for work and my girlfriend more often for medical reasons). The phlebotomist definitely deserves recognition. Each time I’ve made an appointment and not had to wait long as a result.
I had an appointment for 9am. At 9:30, they told me I might have to wait another hour because “I didn’t have an appointment”. One person was both checking in people and doing all the lab work. She was very unprofessional and rude throughout the process.
The single staff person was generally very competent (Id give her 4-5 stars), but as always, this place is understaffed. I waited 65 minutes on a Tuesday morning to get in. Seems Labcorp only cares about profits, and wish my provider had other labs in their system.
They were fine. Im not sure what the other complaints were about. Came in at 1 right after their lunch closing and they got me right in, its 1:15 as I write this. No appointment. The credit card hold thing is something that should be blamed more on insurance companies that never pay. Thats not the fault of the people at the branch. All in all a good experience and the people were friendly. Only reason I dock a star is because Labcorp itself often has some issues with billing and keeping information up to date - but thats not the fault of this location.
Rude, understaffed, and now put a hold on your credit card for the full amount of the test, WHETHER OR NOT its covered by your insurance. For simple yearly blood tests (cholesterol, etc.), they put a hold for $800 on a credit card, and refused to do the test without it.AND its been over a month, STILL no results.
Best phlebotomist I’ve ever had. Didn’t feel a thing
One person on staff to do everything. Over an hour wait. Lady seems very nice and competent, but only having one person leaves this place way understaffed. Dont go here without an appointment.
Seems to be permanently closed
They have the worst system. If youd like to wait 2.5+ hours and get attitude with no questions answered, go there without an appointment. They are understaffed so one person tends to paper work, gets patients in all the while other patients with appointments stream in and they take precedent over you since they have an appt, so you wait.......
We made an appointment for 9 AM online weeks ago. I stood at the front desk for at least a minute before she even could acknowledge the fact that I was standing there. She didnt want to see any of my paperwork and she completely ignored the fact that I had an appointment. Ten mins later she informed us and the whole waiting room that we didnt have an appointment. Inappropriate office room music playing in the waiting room - which was packed full. There was one person working and she was incredibly rude. Incredibly understaffed. No regard to confidentiality in that place...she literally was speaking on the phone to another professional about a clients blood work - in full detail.
Showed for blood work up at 7:40 on a Tuesday without an appt and was in and out in 15 minutes. Receptionist/ lab tech was kind and friendly
I called to ask about if they provided a service. When they called me back, they were a bit rude, acting exasperated at my follow up question and hanging up on me as I was still talking.
These directions are incorrect. The address 899 US highway 287 is in Broomfield. These directions take you to the Boulder labcorp and they do not do drug screens!!! This needs to be fixed immediately!
They don’t do employment drug screens here. So frustrating!
The hours are very unaccommodating and make it difficult for someone who works during the days.
Incompetent workflows and no interest in fixing them.
Very nasty service.
Unfathomable wait times
In and out in 10 minutes.
