Customer service like this is really worth your time and money. This is also a fully insured company. I appreciated them for sending out a technician whos really good at repairing my oven that was not heating. Hes an efficient, quick, and smart one. The repair was completed within an hour for he quickly carried out the problem. It was an awesome service. They will be my first call the next time I need appliance repairs.

I have had the pleasure of having Howard rescue me twice, thus far. First, with my dishwasher. He was the second repair person I called and the only one that was able to fix it. I deferred to him, on whether or not to fix it or replace it. He suggested that I fix it, as it was an expensive machine and worth repairing. We had a problem with our dyer. We contacted another well-known franchise who told us we would have to wait a WEEK before getting an appt. We called Richard - he came the next day diagnosed the problem and resolved it promptly. Where should I start!?!? Contacted Thermador Group for a broken fridge. Not only was he very knowledgeable but extremely honest. He helped me immediately and got my fridge diagnosed fast. It is hard to find good decent honest people, but this one you can count on.

I called Butler at Thermador Group the day before New Years Eve. All parts places were closing. He diagnosed my dishwasher problem over the phone. No charge. He even called back to make sure I figured out the repair. What a helpful guy!

I called to schedule an appointment for my Thermador oven. The person who answered was interruptive and there was a tremendous amount of noise in the background. The ultimate answer after a 15 min call was that they did not have a technician available but I could speak to a virtual assistant for $2/minute. WHAT? When your name is Thermador Repair Group I would assume youd be available to repair a Thermador. Wow.
