DO NOT rent storage from this place! I stored house hold goods here for 7 months and found evidence of mice, inside boxes, and on the floor of the unit. My daughter also stored items here from May 2021 until a week ago and she had mice in her contents as well. When I called they told me to open a claim with my insurance company and that they would look into it. Did not get the feeling they really cared!

The only reason why Im giving the storage Branch a lower rating is because of not having to be open when it says its supposed to. If it was open like it should be I would give it a higher rating. Hope this can be fixed

My GF and I needed a space last minute and Brandon was more than helpful! Sign up process was really simple, clear and efficient. Brandon answered all our question and really helped us in a pinch. Can’t recommend more.Edit: Just moved out and the it was a easy process start to finish! Brandon and his team do a great job!

Stored some stuff here for about a year between houses and everyone I talked to was friendly and nice. Shalena was particularly helpful with closing me out when my time had come to move out.

Stored our things here for a whole year and have nothing negative to say. Our things were kept safe and every employee we came into contact with was excellent.

Just rented a space at this location. I looked at multiple locations in the area and what sold me more then anything was the service here. Brandon was extremely helpful. He explained the ins and outs of storage rental to a me as I haven’t rented before. He politely took the time to show me the unit available and I was encouraged by the cleanliness of the unit as well as the security. I look forward to renting with Brandon and team at Public storage.

They were not open because it snowed.. lol judging from all the fresh snow and lack of tire tracks, I was the only one in there today at all.. nice place anyways though.

DO NOT give this place a chance. I should of known from the start when our first unit had a bad leak. They then moved us 5 bays down and didnt even try to help or offer even a cart to use (someone took pitty and told me they have carts in the interior bays I could use after emptying half of it). Stopped in after a month to bring a few more items after the close of our house and theirs ants all over the items in the corner. I went in to tell them and he said hed put some insecticide by the door. Fast forward to 6 months later and we start to empty our unit only to find massive signs of RODENTS INCLUDING CARCASSES ON MY DAUGHTERS CLOTHES as well as feces and nests. I have sensitive skin and every time I open a box I breakout so I know before I even unpack that Ill find evidence of a mouse. Ridiculous. Sure, places like that are bound to have some issues, but the sheer amount of evidence Im seeing is that its a major problem.

This is a great facility, easy to access and well-staffed. They were even helpful when I needed to clean out my unit, recommending a fantastic company to haul away junk.

Nice facility that seems secure and well run. Limited access with security cameras. They have boxes, tape, assorted packing supplies readily available. Easy access to get in and out with the car or even a large truck. They also have coded access to allow you access off hours.

Needed a few supplies, was in and out place was kept clean, Matt the manager on site was very helpful with my questions. Good selection of packing supplies, was able to get a good deal on boxes. Would 10/10 store with this company if I needed the space.

I reserved my unit online. Before I was finished I received a call from Corey. He was so friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and advised me on choosing the appropriate unit. When I arrived he expained everything thoroughly and also found me a cart for my move in. I was very happy with the customer service I received from Corey. Thank you!

Couldn’t have been easier! Arrived 20 minutes early for our Saturday appointment, and it literally took us 10 minutes to get our unit. Such a pleasant, quick experience. The young woman helping was awesome!

Ive rented units here twice over 10 yrs period and its great. Secure, dry, good location and very nice staff. I also like the gate code security, some places just leave the gates open all day. And the extended hours are great. You can access your unit early in the morning or later into the evening until 9PM. Some places you cant enter after 6PM.

Renting the storage unit was easy. The facility seemed clean and so did the unit I rented. However, when I pulled my boxes out and put them in my new condo, many dozens of ants crawled out of the boxes! Not happy. I did not store an ant colony. This unit was infested. Beware.

Poor online sign up. Had severe issues with them charging me for an incomplete sign up a while back. Never going back.

I came to public storage to see if they have a box that would work to ship my guitar. She showed me a couple of different options. Make my own box by using a couple of the boxes, or buy one of the tall skinny boxes. I am using a couple of boxes to make my own. Debbie was very helpful.

Been here for 4 years and Corey the manager always took great care of us, on the day we finally moved out I forgot to warn them that we were leaving. Not only did corey notice that we were leaving but he took time to call me to let me know that I had my automatic withdrawal that went through the day of. Corey made sure I got my money back for my month that I wasnt going to spend there, and in no way would I have expected that since I was the one that forgot to warn them of my departure. The customer service is outstanding at the canyon park location. In an area where you can find public storage more than a coffee shops, I recommend this location fully.

I had a pleasant experience storing at this location. It was perfect in all ways from the friendly people, the way they took the time to find the right size for me and then offered for sale the packing things I needed. I couldnt have asked for any better experience for my first time storing.

When I get ready to stage my house for sale. I was just looking around and seeing what was out there and how much it would cost monthly. I went to a different storage place and I didnt feel welcome there.

I went in just yesterday to buy a 5x5 unit which I had reserved online. Corey, the property manager on site at that time was very friendly and actually gave me a better deal than what I had found online. The only problem is that the 5x5 unit he rented to me is actually a 5x4 unit. That suits me just fine. I just need to store some small items temporarily so I dont care if its a bit smaller. I do think it should be advertised accordingly though. My advice is to bring a measuring tape with you when you go to look at the space if you need a specific size then you are going to want to measure it before you sign off. Great price and great location for my needs, all the same.
