Had the car back a day sooner than quoted. Body panels were nicely aligned and the paint and graphics looked great. They even washed the outside, vacuumed the entire inside and picked up loose items and stuck them in a box - basically a free detail!!! And they fixed some rock chips along the top of my windshield using a paint pen I provided. I was beyond impressed with the service they provided.

I had a scrape on the front fender of the car. The gave me a quote and said it would take 3 days. They had it done in 2 1/2 days and it looks great. No complaints at all.

We r here for some small repairs on rear bumper. Everything from scheduling the estimation appointment to getting the car repaired went smooth . Ally was very professional and was on top of all communication. The work some looks fine and their estimate was very reasonable (it was covered by insurance anyways). My car was delivered before time.I hope I dont have to use body shop again but if I do Ill surely go back.

I just got my 2007 Chevy Suburban, and I was very pleasantly surprised. I assumed they would fix the exterior damage, but when I retrieved my vehicle it was spotless inside too! Years of crumbs and garbage magically disappeared. Thank you Carstar for going above and beyond. Its almost worth having a fender-bender just to have such an immaculate vehicle - its like new!

I highly highly recommend this place. It worth extra driving. There was a car repair shop close to my home. My experience with the closest one was: overall experience was great, the finish is good, but I waited almost one month(Well, maybe they are busy during winter time.) Therefore, I wanted to give CARSRAR Bothell auto rebuild a try because I saw so many good reviews online even though I had to drive a long way there. I am glad that I made the right choice. The scheduling was fast. People were professional and polite. I dropped off my car on Monday. They told me that I would get my car back by the end of Friday. But you know what, they notified me that my car was ready on Wednesday. They have done great job about fixing my car and even vacuumed the whole car including the trunk. Therefore, I am writing this review because a good business deserves a recognition.

After finding a large scratch on my car in the car parking lot after work filed a claim through my insurer and within 24 hours was contacted by Aly from Carstar. You were able to fit me in the same day for an estimate. Very courteous and speedy service and they were very honest with me and said that most likely I would not have to file a claim for my car given that these appear to be more superficial scratches.They fit me in a few days later to have the area buffed out looking like new, and they didnt charge me anything AND saved me money from having to file a claim! In this day and age, this type of sincere and honest customer care is so hard to come by and they certainly went above and beyond.Sincerely appreciated their honesty, professional and quick service and will be bringing my car back for any future body work repair needs.Thank you so much!

Weve had our old Honda worked on there several times (not my fault!!) and theyve always done a great job. Our new Honda is in there now, and I have no doubt they will fix her up good as new. They are great at communication, letting us know whats happening and the timing on things.

Did a great job on my CR-V. Had to replace the lower front grill after hitting debris on the road.

Took my truck there for some repairs due to a hit and run. They handled setting up my rental and were very communicative with me throughout the repair process.After I got the truck back I noticed the fender stuck out a little bit. Brought it back to them and they got it flush within a hour. All together it was a painless experience with them.

Expedient, rebuilt entire front end of my Fiat. Corrected a problem with coolant system a few weeks later.

Brought my vehicle in for some front end damage repair. I expected to take about a week to complete, but they finished in three days, and when I went to pick up my car, it looked all shiny and new. It hasnt looked that good in years. The inside was vacuumed and detailed and there were two colorful Gerbera daisies in the console. So lovely!Everyone there is super friendly and professional, too.

I took my car in with very little visible damage after a fender bender, but was concerned that there might be more going on.Dan was helpful and friendly from start to finish, and the repair was done days ahead of schedule! Another shop had told me that it would be two weeks before they could even look at it and then another week or more for the repairs, so needless to say I was amazed by the speed and quality of Carstars work.Would definitely recommend them and would take my car back to them in a heartbeat. Ok, so for some reason, despite driving over 25 years without any serious accidents - I found myself a magnet to be rear-ended by uninsured motorists - which led me to Carstar of Bothell several times, in a one-year period. And although I have never been inclined to post my opinion online, I feel obligated to do right by others in my situation and let you know that both Dan and Nick have been honorable, genuine forthright and an absolute PLEASURE to work with.
