They’re very informative throughout the process via txt messages.Repair took longer than anticipated due to late part.2 drawbacks:- no notification that the completion will be delayed until I called on day of pick up and they told me it’ll be late…- when picked up the car was dusty inside.. even though the repairs were only on exterior..

I had a fender bender that was covered by the other partys insurance company. The shop clearly explained the process and made sure that I didnt have to worry about any additional charges. They repaired the damage perfectly. Im happy with the results. I will definitely come back :)

I had a great experience with caliber collision! They finished repairs on my car three business days ahead of schedule. They kept me updated with texts the entire time and replied immediately to my questions. They returned my car to me clean inside and out! And even though I had a bunch of stuff in my Trunk for work and that’s where they needed to make repairs, they kindly moved the items elsewhere in the car without complaint! I really appreciate the rapid friendly and efficient service thank you so much!

Did a great job of my insurance claim and did a great job of coordinating between myself, insurance and the rental car place. Took a while as they are apparently very busy but has been worth the wait, I would highly recommend to anyone. Very professional work, very helpful staff!

Caliber was my Allstate preferred body repair shop near me. They repaired my Honda CRV in about 2 weeks and had Honda do the Radar calibration. The work was very professional and I will use them again if the need arises.

Itll just buff out. Ha. I came in for an insurance quote to repair my mirror. Not for the estimator to polish my mirror and tell me the scratch is barely noticeable. Also, who pushes a power fold mirror closed just to test it?? Theres a reason insurance shops are horrible.Update: What a joke, the estimator didnt even upload the repair estimate even after he said he would. Maybe I do need to let the community manager know how useless Challan Kershaw was.
