My husbands auto policy jumped from 188/month to 304/month. I prompted my husband to call to see if there were any options for reducing his payment. Their only response was to reduce coverage. Fed up, I called my insurance agent. They were able to add him to my policy for 800/year. When cancelling his policy the agent was defensive, we were not offered the opportunity to discuss the options of multiple vehicle/driver household credits with him. If Titan/Sawyer had any level of customer service or commitment to their client their representative would have/should have raised the subject about combining policies. I would not recommend this company.
