Five stars isn’t enough.Working with Fernanda was a very pleasant experience. She was able to save me hundreds more than my last agent. She was professional from beginning to end. English is my second language but Fernanda is trilingual and was extremely patient in explaining every little detail of the packages to me. She went over all the possible options in depth, it truly felt like her goal was to find the best option for me. She was very responsive, she answered my texts, calls and emails pretty quick. I highly recommend her to ANYONE for all your insurance needs. I wish I had found her sooner.
