Kevin always patiently explain questions I have with my policy and always help me pick the best package

I am sure they are nice people, but Allston really fails the fundamental test of customer care. Try every phone number listed for them between 9-9:30 am on a weekday, and most just ring endlessly without even an answering service enabled (no announcement of any kind). Happily, I was calling to cancel my service anyways, but I can’t imagine how bad it would be to try and file a claim. Allston, if you are paying attention, you are way behind the times.

Ive been using Alston insurance for at least 10 years. Kevin is amazing. He will call me if I am close to cancellation. The staff is very professional and friendly.
