It deserves 10+.I started renting equipment for my church and for couple of my gigs, Sunny has always been good to me and the most amazing thing is that they are willing to work with you on whatever budget you present.I have the best experience and would like to recommend it so anyone whether you lighting, Siunds or visual they got you !Below is couple project I was able to recreate with their equipment.

We rented a 3-speaker set up for an outdoor September wedding--We had been to a wedding in early summer and couldnt hear our friends vows. We wanted to make sure that didnt happen to us.For a VERY reasonable price, Boston Audio Rentals reviewed our needs (waterfront home--background waves and noise) for amplification on three separate terraced levels. They gave me a run through tutorial on how to use the professional mixing board, microphones, and running several 100 lengths of cords.Once home, and testing out the equipment, they were at the ready to help me troubleshoot a problem on the weekend as well. Our outdoor concert went off without a hitch!Couldnt ask for better customer service and super, professional equipment! Look no further. These folks are your go-to!

We hired Boston Audio rentals for our daughters birthday last year, and it went so well were doing it again this year! The kids loved it, and as parents it could not have been easier. The staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful, and they made sure we were completely happy with the set up prior to the party starting. Boston Audio Rentals did a fantastic job with our virtual Bar Mitzvah party. We had > 300 friends and family from around the world attending, and the event went without any hitches on our side. Joe provided great service, and was honest and transparent without renting or charging anything more than we needed. Terrible experience. Their address is not updated on their web site and very unprofessional service. I was delayed to a gig because of that and they didnt include important parts to the rental equipment. Avoid at all costs. By the way they are in Woburn not Boston

With all the last minute schedule and event changes to our wedding due to COVID-19, they were accommodating and supportive throughout the process. Wonderful company. Booked with them via email with a docusign contract which was super easy. They were very flexible and came on time to set up for our event. Taught me how to use the microphone and controls and even left extra batteries in case of emergency. Very professional and would definitely use again!

Although the reason we needed A/V equipment from Boston Audio Rental was not a pleasant reason (i.e., we suffered a loss in our family) -- during these times of the Coronavirus we needed to create an environment outside, under a tent in which a limited number of people could visit us in person while maintaining social distance), while also allowing others who could not attend in person (for a variety of reasons) to share their condolences via zoom. Given that time was short between our loss and the time in which we needed the equipment, I called numerous A/V rental companies on Sunday, July 5th (a Sunday, the day after the July 4th holiday, but only Boston Audio Rentals answered the phone. From the first contact through the last, the company representatives were very kind, helpful, knowledgeable, flexible and forthright. After consulting with Sunny about what I needed, he gave me a price immediately, and was able to schedule the delivery and setup of the equipment the next day. I cant thank them enough for helping to take a weight off our shoulders, and allow others from far and wide to participate in and comfort us during the period of our immediate grief. We will always remember Boston Audio Rentals for helping make a difficult situation less so, even in the midst of Coronavirus.

I rented a podium and speaker set-up for a memorial ceremony on a Saturday afternoon at a busy intersection in Allston. Will, the tech, was right on time and very courteous in setting up in an awkward location. The equipment worked perfectly. My thanks for a perfect job!

Rented a PA and generator for a gig, had a very good experience with communication, pickup and operation of the gear. They helped us figure out the right gear for the gig and everything worked well. Will be renting again. Only comment is that the loading dock is used by others in the building as well so good to have someone to live park/wait with the car in case you need to move it while coordinating gear pick up/drop off.

Kenny rented me a speaker for 4th of July weekend for a party I was throwing. When I started to set it up the wrong cord was in the case. Honest mistake.
