We had our wedding at Birch Wood Vineyards and for all our wedding services we put our trust in Barry and his team. From entertainment, lighting, photography and videography, everyone was on point. They were all very professional and were on time for everything. I went all out with my wedding and had the best of the best entertainment package with lighting, giant lit LOVE letters, led cocktail tables, a confetti show for our going away dance, floral wrapped light truss and an fiber-optic backdrop which tied perfectly into the dj booth.Barry was on his game and did everything we had asked of him and beyond.My guest loved the photo booth that we added to the wedding as well that was a big hit! Also the added centerpiece spotlights on each table looked great in photos. (The lighting on the flowers really makes them shine and stand out.)I can’t say enough good things about this staff. Wedding 10.17.20 BirchWood Vineyards Derry,NHI would like to start by saying, I am an extremely shy person. The THOUGHT (alone) of planning my wedding gave me instant anxiety. When we met with Barry, I instantly knew he was exactly everything we needed and more. He is professional, honest and very knowledgeable. Barry and his team truly made our experience feel personal. From their lighting options, to their beautiful flower decor, high top tables, and did I mention the lighting!? Everything was absolutely beautiful and I was so impressed. His staff loves to entertain and they do it well! We also had videography and photography all in one. Barry’s wife, Joanne(j&cophotography) is equally amazing. She took the time to explain everything in detail, and was very easy to work with. For once in my life I was not nervous and I owe it ALL to Barry and his team. Barry and the team at Party time events made our wedding a night to remember! Party Time Events are in a class of their own. Barry and Joanne make the process of picking music and coordinating the sequence of events so fun and exciting! Planning a wedding is very stressful, but after meeting with them we knew that we made the right choice. We have been married over a month and we still have our guests talking about how much fun they had.

Recently rented a GIF photo booth and it was awesome. They showed early, set up and even stayed until everyone got their GIF photos taken. Barry and his team really knows to to set the bar when it comes to quality of service and good. Highly recommend for all event/party services.

10 plus years ago on Aug 31 2008, I got Married. That night was the best night anyone could have. Party Time made it so amazing from the minute we were introduced that we had to keep extending our wedding. I have never seen a wedding that was non stop dancing! No One wanted to leave! My Family and friends kept asking me to continue the party. We ended up extending 3 additional hours that very same night. Everything was amazing. From the planning, to my DJ/MC, to my amazing video and of course my album. These memory feel like it was yesterday and everyone at the wedding still talk about how awesome it was. Ive been very familiar with the quality of work from Party Time Events for well over a decade so naturally they were the first people I thought of when deciding on entertainment, lighting, photography & video vendors for my wedding. I had no hesitations because I knew their reputation of doing a phenomenal job and I was right. They literally got the party started from the beginning and kept it going all night, and ended the wedding on the highest note. Our wedding was AMAZING. I had several people ask me who they are and how I heard of them. The endless compliments received on my wedding entertainment overjoyed me. Everything was perfect from the setup, lighting, music, announcements, timing, props, photobooth and the overall flow of everything. I didnt sit down once. Our photographer Joanne not only photographed my entire wedding but she also did our engagement photos for us and they were stunning. Ive since, received my wedding pictures and they came out spectacular. She literally captured every single last detail and I personally appreciate that so much because so much hard work is put into the small details of your wedding so its important that you have someone to photograph it all. Their second photographer, Don, and their crew of amazing videographers did not stop the whole night. They and their footage are the reason I will be able to relive my wedding again and again. Barry took care of my husband and I in a way I couldnt imagine. They met with me several times, emailed with me, called me, and even took 3 hours of their time to make sure that we reviewed every detail of what I wanted. Im very particular on what I want and they worked with me on everything to make my wedding be exactly as I envisioned. When handfuls of guests told me this is the best wedding Ive ever been to I knew I made the right choice. I cannot thank you all enough on the experience you created for our special day. It was amazing and more fun and perfect than I could have imagined. Im telling you, BOOK THEM. You will not regret it at all.

Music is a critical element to any party or event. So, when we were planning our annual corporate event, we knew we had our work cut out for us. What impressed us the most about Barry was his professionalism every step of the way and how his passion and love for music and for what he does really shines through. His understanding of music covers such awide range of genres (from old R&B/ northern soul to Latin styles like Salsa, Bossa Nova, to more alternative indie rock and dance music as well as old school /new hip hop... just to name a few). He is comfortable playing any of these styles (or others) based on your personal taste and we really loved that about him.You havent seen entertainment until youve seen Party Time Events in person.

WOW!! What a fabulous event!Lighting by Barry & his team and Music by DJ Stormin ... turned a simple event space into a jammin disco for my nieces Sweet 16 party. The teens did not stop dancing all night long.I am happy to highly recommend their services
