Good customer service of all the major carriers, responsible and reacting quick. Customer Service texting has been added to another higher level of service to Delta customers. The luggage fees were painful though, I hope Delta could come up with something to ease the burden on International flights for passengers. please do something with your luggage fees, Im loving the way you take safety in another level but the luggage fees hurts.

Booked first class ticket and denied service at the first class counter so Had to go to the regular customer service line and they caused me to miss my flight. Called customer service and they are not doing anything about it. Definitely not flying delta again.

Sky Priority…. Not so much.The line for first class check-in/sky priority was longer than normal check-in. One person working and taking their time. Funny, I don’t remember getting a discount on my first class ticket.

Inbound or outbound to JFK, dont bother wasting your money on first class. Its not worth it. Just fly privately, its much a better value for the high price.

In July 23rd I took the flight DL 2490 from Atlanta to Orlando at 759pm I was boarding to the plane and I was very anxious to get home and see my family and I scanned my ticket and the black woman that was boarding told me I wasnt supposed to do it without her authorization but I didnt know that, she told me to wait and stay aside even if was my turn to get to the plane. She humiliated me in front everyone when she told me that she wasnt sure if would let me go board my flight or not and even treated me to call the security. I need to beg for her and her supervisor, a brazilian girl, after I beg for her to board she finally let me board the plane. I dont recommend my worst enemy to use this airline. I will just use this month because I book my vacation months ago but after that I will back to jet blue, where I am treated like a human being! Nobody deserves to be treated like that! They abuse the power they have!

I cannot praise this airlines enough. All the media shows is the bad and stressful things you may encounter dealing with a 2 year old who is learning to wear a mask. I was so stressed and worried and the moment we stepped on the plane they made this experience so pleasant and dare I say enjoyable. My daughter LOVES planes just after her first flight. Not once did they check on us without using her name and adores her wings she received. I was so overwhelmed with relief that I had tears in my eyes. We will never fly with another airline if we can help it. The release of worry and anxiety is priceless. thankyou

Very poor services and rude customer service. I was kept on the plane for a four hour standstill. And later cancel flight on us. Directed to a hotel which Delta never made any reservation for. Horrible night of my life and also worst flight experience ever. Fix ur services and know how to treat your customers because we make you stay in business

Been a Gold medallion member for a couple of years and flew over 150,000 miles with Delta. However, apparently Delta doesn’t care about its loyal customers and they will merely give you insincere apologies for their mistakes. Will make sure that no one else uses Delta anymore.

Horrible. Changed my direct flight to a flight with an 11 hour overnight layover. Cant change online and current telephone wait time is 4 hours and 24 minutes. Been that way for days. No callback option and no updates while on hold.

They fly many flights to and from Boston including some to Europe. Their planes are mostly old, and an equipment problem caused my flight to be delayed around 30 minutes. I waited a long time at the bag drop/check-in counter. Other than that, my in-flight experience was fine.

The employee was knowledgeable and very helpful. I had a late evening flight, but I arrived early enough to catch the previous flight. The agent was able to find a seat for me on the earlier flight and rebook the flight for me.

Possibly the worst airline in America. Booked a flight to Barcelona and they ended up charging me $380 for a lap infant. Yes, my 11 month old riding in my lap cost me the price of a round trip ticket to California. Actually I can get round trip to California for $300.They are cheap.Their customer service is horrible.I called Delta to modify my seats as (traveling with a lap infant) we wanted to be together. They made no attempt at moving our seats so we could be together.Furthermore when I politely but firmly asked why they could not make some simple changes the customer service agent hung up on me. Yep. I was not swearing or yelling or being rude. I was firm and disappointed. Her exact words: This is going in the wrong direction sir. You should call back and speak to someone else Click. This came after I complained politely that they had no good options for me and my 11 month old child to fly internationally.They are a terrible airline. Avoid Delta at all costs. You can fly Alaska or JetBlue domestically and they are much better.Delta is full of crooks and terrible people who only care about making a buck. Dont let them fool you.

Arrived 2.5 hours before flight. After waiting in the baggage check line for over 45 min, Delta awarded those who were late and pushed them to the front of the line. These folks were on flights that departed after ours as well. It almost made us late for our flight.

Leg room was a bit cramped in the Cabin section of the plane. Couldnt understand a word of the on board message on the way to Raleigh, but the message was much clearer on my return. Plane was clean and staff was attentive. View of the Outer Banks was magnificent.
