If I could give them a negative star I would. This airline is thus far the worst airline (should go bankrupt or disappear) they seem to be less expensive then other airlines but at the end of the day you pay more then others in bags, carryons etc. They charge you for every little thing. And on top of all that they cancel you last minute then expect you to rebook with them and not refund you only give you an airline credit. I seriously would NEVER EVER recommend this airline to anyone. Just pay a little more for better service. And also they don’t have in state or country reps it’s always out go state either India or Mexico (cheap labor) they are descries of an airline.

Don’t waste your time or your money. Charging $55 for a carry on bag. Small and cramped seats, no wifi.They could give a &$@ less about covid guidelines, all seats completely filled. You get what you pay for.

So far so good. Full flight

My flight was cancelled 1 hour before my flight and the front desk lady didnt even apologized to me. I ended up paying an extra $250 for American Arline flight on the same day.

This guys are the bigger scam as Airline business. they want to charge you $40 for a backpack $40 for carry-on and $35 for a luggage.
