Absolutely love this place. I got 4 tires and only paid $25.00 down and will pay 40.00 weekly for 6 months! If it wasn’t for the lease to own option then I would have lost my job for not having transportation. My plan comes with free roadside assistance and alignments plus more. Can’t beat that!! Let me make this VERY clear, the only reason.. I have rated this company as a 1/5 stars is because 0/5 stars IS NOT an option! Who knew that wanting to pay your bills on time could be a HEADACHE!!!! When I signed my loan with RNR I opted into AutoDraft payments. At the end of June the company charged me for $306 instead of my usual $204 bi weekly payment throwing my bill cycle off which cause them to draft from my bank account OFF my pay schedule with my employer. I called spoke with Rachel the store manager at the location who assured it would be fixed and she would begin to pull back on my regular schedule. They then drafted again off my pay schedule after Rachel’s commitments. They did a same day reversal for the payment on that day and she assured the following Friday they would have it drafted as needed. The following Friday comes… NO PAYMENT IS DRAFTED!! I’ve been dealing with this now for 2 MONTHS. I called Rachel today to have my account paid in full due to LACK OF FOLLOW UP, LACK OF ORGANIZATION, and LACK IF PROFESSIONALISM my mom was on the line and Rachel then lashed out and stated “Well I don’t appreciate you speaking when you don’t know the full story!” I advised her I had given her all of the information and began to go into detail about the chain of events when Rachel put us on hold and came back after 3 minutes stating her boss was removing the late fees due to them not drafting the account on time. Needless to say my account is PAID IN FULL and I will NEVERRRRR shop with RNR tire again!! “Rent A Wheel” me PLEASEEEE!!!

My son signed me up for a fathers day giveaway and to my amazement I Won!!!! Max was great I walked in and asked about it and everyone was helpful and nice. The service is fast and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good deal on tires and rims.

Me and my wife went to get tires on a the payment plan, didn’t feel like dropping all the money at once so we did the plan. Her tires were around $400-450 for all 4 brand new. I was happy and okay with that. Well I needed rims for my truck so we explored my options. They had a really good looking set of used tires so I went with those thinking it was an affordable choice since the were nicer than my current ones. Well the put my tires on and send me on my when later that day I realized that 3 looked fine but my back right tire was 3-30seconds (basically no tread). So when I did this I didn’t know and it wasn’t brought to my attention. Obviously if I pay $790 for 4 new tires I’m not gonna pay for a completely dry rotted used tire. So I understand the deposit is non refundable. But in this case I wanted it back because I had intent to pay it off fast so I gave them 300 up front for my wife and i having tires. Long story short I didn’t trust it anymore and wanted to return the tires and close my deal. Well they didn’t want to refund my 200. I only wanted this back because I was done wrong and I think it was unprofessional to make some one pay $800 for that. It’s morally wrong because most people don’t know tires and just expect a good service and for them to be honest when you need something done right. I payed them $200 deposit out of good faith and regret it. If you do decide this is where you want to go you can, look for Max and Emmanuel they were very nice and helpful and pretty pleasant to be around, that was who I dealt with. That’s only good thing about this experience. Don’t fall into their trap, PLEASE look them up on the better business bureau if you do anything. It will show you their rating. Not one usually to make reviews but this was big enough that I feel like I should look out for other people

This is the biggest crock of BS I have ever seen. They are so misleading from the start and will do everything possible to keep you from staying on track to pay off within the180 days same as cash time. Their number one go to when you ask for your pay off balance is, our computer system is running slow, I cant get that information right now. Then your balance goes up every single time you make a payment and its for fees on services you never received!! Total scam!!!!

This place has a wonderful atmosphere. I went here yesterday in need of four new tires and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable of what was going on. From now on this will be the only place I get tires. I truly recommend this place to everyone you be very satisfied. Honestly five stars is not enough I wish I could give ten. It was a pleasure coming here.

Really quick. Tires were done before I finished paperwork. Only reason they got 4* is because the tires are suppose to have 70k mile warranty, but they didnt write down my mileage. I had to call after looking thro my paperwork.

Horrible Customer service. I paid all my payments on early and paid of way early. Yet, there is an issue every time we ask for a rotation or alignment which is supposed to be for life. Today I was told that too many rotations is bad for the tires because I asked for my second rotation in ten months. They say an alignment won’t hold because of something in the front end even though it held fine when they did it months ago. Now that a tire was busted and a new one installed I can’t get them to do the same thing again. Horrible service and unkept parts of the signed deal on their side. I knew I was over paying big time for tires but didn’t know they were this horrible. Guarantee if I hadn’t kept my end they would have came and got these tires. Wouldn’t this be considered bad faith or something like that?

My husband and I went in to RNR to get some rims and tires and the everybody was very very nice. They got us in and out. I definitely recommend going to them if you need tires or rims. EVERYONE was extremely friendly. If you are looking for some tires or tires and rims I definitely recommend RNR.

Customer service over the phone is horrible, very rude ignorant and short. Lucky to get the information you ask about, make sure you read everything on paper before you sign anything dont just take their word on what they are saying. Once these over priced generic tires are paid for I will wash my hands with this place for ever. Went on with all four tire sensors working left with only two working after. Went in and asked about it says will take a few hours to program them selves. Went back 24 hours later they said 2 are bad now. They arent responsible for them.even though they all worked before hand.

Staff is friendly. However, if you have tire pressure sensors on your vehicle they might not work after you leave. Mine were working fine when I got there. But not after leaving.Edit: The tire pressure sensors were in my old rims. After I brought the old rims back in, they put them into the new ones.

If there was a way for me to give no stars I would. RNR Tires is a rip-off. My wife and I initially bought some tires from the location in Lake Charles Louisiana. I believe they are selling people tires that look new but really they are used. We began to have problems out of the tires that were suppose to be new. Called the manager and told him we were in Bossier City visiting relatives but didnt want to drive back three hours on some bad tires. He directed us to the Bossier store. The manager there told me he didnt have my size and would have to get them delivered it would take a few hours though. I left and came back a few hours later. The tires were in he said. He put them on my car. I drove on the tires a few weeks and began to have problems out of those. It rained and I was all over the interstate the tires were slick. I should have inspected the tires before I left but didnt. You would do better by going to Walmart to purchase tires because RNR tires are garbage.

These people are a rip off. They will never fully explain how much you really be paying. Four brand new tires are not $800. This is with no late fees. They will talk you right into a contract and mess right over you. Go some where else if you can. Then they will harass you and threaten to send the police to you if you are 3 days late making a payment.

RNR has been a terrible experience of buying tire when you’re in need. At the beginning of this year they assured that I’d have all my payments done before they charged interest. Don’t go here and waste your money, go to a warehouse for tires!! 50% INTEREST.SAVE. YOUR. MONEY.

I came into RNR in Bossier on 7/21/20 to get 4 new tires put on my car. I came here because I was told I could pay 6 months same as cash for my tires. I was given the quote of $676+ Tax for 4 brand new Nexon tires. When I came in, nobody really explained anything to me. The guy helping me just had me fill out a form with my name, address, place of employment, and references. I did so and gave him my check stubs for proof of employment and License. He made copies and told me that it would require a $30 down-payment today. I said okay and paid. He then told me to have a seat and someone would call me up soon. I assumed they would be calling me back to discuss payment arrangements for the tires, but they were already installing the tires..... This was without me even signing the actual payment agreeement?!?! After the tires were installed they called me into an office and started discussing the payments with me. This is when everything started to not add up. They draw you in with the tire price, but dont tell you that you also have to pay a monthly insurance fee. After adding the monthly insurance fee with the cost of the tires, there was still money that they could not tell me where it was coming from or what it was. So the cost of the tires ended up being like $714 with tax, but I would have paid almost $1000 by the end. I told them I was going to go somewhere else and I just needed my key. They told me that they already put the new tires on. I told them that since they never got me to sign ppwk, that I wanted my old tires put back on and I would go somewhere else. The guy gave me a rude look and went to the back. They then told me to have a seat and it would be a little while. About 15 min later, someone came out and handed me my key. I asked the guy at the front desk if they were going to refund me my $30 down-payment and he said No. He said it was non-refundable and it was used to install tires.....(Which I had no idea thats what they were doing in the back because they hadnt called me to the front to even discuss payment arrangements. In a situation like this, this stuff should really be discussed beforehand. I really think this is how they get people in. Its a big Scam.) I left and told them I would leave a review. I drove down the street and when I got on the interstate and started going 65, my wheel started to shake really bad. I called them and they told me to bring it back in because something wasnt balanced. I feel at this point, they were mad because they put tires on, without my knowledge, and then had to put them back on and they did so carelessly. This was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with tires being installed. I WILL NEVER RETURN AND MAKE SURE OTHERS KNOW OF MY EXPERIENCE. I ended up going sewhere else and got 4 brand new tires for $521, with a 65,000 mile warranty. Please do not let RNR scam you. Read the contract thoroughly and calculate the numbers yourself. THEY DO NOT ADD UP!

They took $386 off my debit card without authorization. Whenever I call the man I need to speak to just stepped out of office. My banks fraud department is investigating as we speak. Clearly a sketchy business.

We got there before they opened but they got us right in. The guy Max gave me a great deal on some mudd tires! Me and my son walked to Sonic ate a bite approx. 30 minutes eating walked back and my truck was DONE! I was very satisfied with my service and my tires. Highly recommend them!

Very rude customer service and was very slow

Ive purchased 4 sets of tires from this place and cant get a tire rotation or balance on a Friday or Saturday. They do not tell you this when you make a purchase. I expect to get my tires rotated and balanced when they need to be done not when the place feels like doing it. Why do you offer free rotation and balance and then put a restriction on it as to when it can be done. Also roadside assistance is a joke. Iys cheaper getting a tow truck on your own verses going through the road warrior protection plan.

This place lies and doesnt keep there promises the really messed up my car do not ever use them.

Went in to view the selection of wheels and tires as advised by the salesman on the phone. I had called in to get a price on a specific wheel. I have been looking for some time now online and knew what I wanted a price on. The salesman are pushy and try to sell you other wheels and tires than the ones you would like to be quoted on. Walked out with a ball park estimate quote which was clearly made up on tires this company doesnt stock. $1500 for tires I can order online for $800. A little advice, if a customer knows what they want dont try to sell them something else because its in stock at your store. Also was offered a performance tire that clearly was not what I was looking for and was not a high performance tire. Educate your salesman on what they are selling. To be fair no one was rude and I was helped immediately but as soon as they got pushy and i could tell i wasnt being listen to is when I wanted to leave.

RACHEL was a big help . I appreciate the time she took to get a payment situation fixed for my son . I wish all the employees were as helpful as her.

Worse shop ever! ALMOST LIKE THEY ARE CONNING YOU!I came in there know what tires I want (I overland which is basically go on expeditions/off-road 100s of miles away civilization so I am very picky on tires). Guy didn’t know what he was talking about and saying stuff about tires that is not true. He just kept on trying to sell me the biggest expensive tires they have!After a bit, I told him I am set on the tires I want. He quoted me around $900 for just 4 tires!!! I have owned 9 cars and have gone thru different tires cause of my expeditions, and the ones I want are highly regarded in my hobby, for a full set (4 tires) they are around $450-$500. Never have I had Rims before so the process of purchasing Rims was very nerve-racking for me at first. Stepping into RNR everyone was very tentative and welcoming then David took his time and showed me all the Rims and what my options were. He honestly made purchasing Rims fun! Thanks RNR!!!!

I went in knowing exactly what I was looking for, yet the salesperson, David, disrespectfully disregarded anything I said. He then tried to tell me what I should want to buy, which was twice as much as I told him I was willing to spend. I have a vast knowledge of vehicles, and David straight up told me that I dont know what Im talking about. The majority of the wheels and tires in here I have never heard of or seen before. Do yourself a favor and go to a 4 Wheel Parts or even a Walmart for a better experience.

Rachel has been the only helpful employee. I am 4 days late with a payment because my paydays have changed. Brooke had an attitude and Joseph told me to go pawn a T.V. The two were very unprofessional. When I called back my number was blocked. I called from my work phone and asked to speak to a manager and was told that he wouldnt be back until tomorrow. This place is suppose to be all about helping people out, but the people who are suppose to help you only insult you.

The guy who helped us was really nice. His name was either Max or Matt. Rachel was also nice & helpful. But it was 2 older men that were really rude. Max/Matt was helping us & they kept fussing & yelling at him in front of customers instead of pulling him to the side & speaking with him privately. They insisted on embarrassing him.

Horrible service. When you try to come get an alignment, it’s always too late or too busy but supposed to be free while you have an account with them. I could never get my alignment done. They don’t do it on Fridays or weekends and say you need to come early. Once you pay your balance, they forget about servicing you. Waited almost 2 hours to check a slow leak in tires I bought and they were closing. I saw my car still out in parking lot, and they asked what I was here for after they took a ticket on me when I first arrived.

This place is really AMAZING!! When me and Tommy realized that 2 of our tires were worn out, to an unsafe level and we were sooooo broke, they got us 4 tires, mounted / balanced and a front end alignment!! But the EXTRA AMAZING PART was, we were able to pay it out over 6 months, without a credit check or any hassles..all you needed was to verify your work pay and they trusted you to pay them their money..wow!! You dont see much of that in this day and time but they saved us!!

The only good thing this place has going is Rachael. Don, the gm, tried to threaten me with felony theft charges for being 2 weeks (yes 2 weeks) late. So I said come get the tires and leave me alone. Well they left my car on center blocks without replacing them with used ones as stated in their policy and took my rims. I turned around and called police on them for theft of my rims. Don, decided to give my tires and rims but because I wouldnt just pay on account, refused to put them on my car. Even the other salesman said I should call the police. Now its bad when your employees know your wrong. They will constantly harass you and lie. They dont hold to their agreements, it just depends on whether Don is on his period or not.

Tires are great. Sales people were pleasant and polite but everything to do with paying the bill was extremely annoying. I begin by paying my bill online at their website, never could, real bad website, so I set up auto debit to take out every payday , easy enough you would think. Even though the bill was paid on time, every time, I was still hounded like a hounddog by texts and calls to my home on Saturday morning at 9 AM. Even though I complained the calls kept coming, no joke. I told them at the store that I would never do business with RNR again. Their website is the worst ever, the automated texts and calls are extremely rude but I will say, the tires are great.

Great deal and great employees..mostlyOne female was very rude on the phone. Cut me off mid setences and answered my questions with “don’t know.” I was asking very simple questions (is there a wait at this moment, about how long does an alignment take on Average, is my warrenty still good) and all she could says was “Don’t know”Wanted an alignment today, but I don’t want to deal with rude customer service or someone that doesn’t know anything..Everyone else has always been friendly and helpful. Maybe I’ll try on a day thatI don’t have to deal with her attitude. :)

They sold me used tires for over 700$. Online the tires retail for about 92$ a piece . Everytime I call my balance is different. Last time I called it was 359 and now its 382. Id rather have a blow out and ride on my rim before Id do business with them ever again. Also, somhow my number was mixed up with someone else account and I kept recieving calls and texts on being late and where to pick up merchandise. Thats not best way to get repeat business. Buyer beware!

I will never ever do business with this place nor will I ever recommend to my worst enemy. The way they handle past due accounts is horrific. When the manager tells you if do not pay, he will have a warrant for your arrest. Dont fall for it . .. You cant be arrested for not paying your bill or we all will be in jail. They have to take you to court first. Its just a scare tactic which is also illegal.I will say that the only good thing about RnR is Rachal. Other than her, the staff is rude and the tires are over priced.
