Place does great job aligning cars that have supreme low without a problem. My only recommendation is to drop your car off because the wait times could get a little long. Thats only because everyone knows this is a great place.

Do not use. Took late model truck there for routine front end alignment. After keeping vehicle for several hours, called and told me tire rod ends needed replacing and couldnt align. Immediately offered price to repair. I declined and took truck to trusted mechanic who confirmed no excessive wear and replacement unnecessary. Took it to Gateway and they confirmed my mechanics assessment and professionally did the work without a problem.

Took my 2006 Silverado 2500 HD Duramax in for front end work. I knew it was bad and what I needed. I had most of the suspension and steering parts replaced, new shocks all around, and an alignment! When I went to pick up my truck (after only one day), I talked to the mechanic and A.J.. We went over what was done and what may need attention in the future. Very friendly and helpful place. Prices are comparable to other local shops. The truck drives GREAT!

Customer service has definitely declined over the years. When you call ahead and explain you are on a time crunch and they say come on, just to arrive and front desk says sorry it will be awhile before we can get to you. good luck! I Drove 30 mins out of the way to support a company Ive used for years and it will not happen again. Only reason for one star is they did help replace my tires after a horrible alignment last time.

My regular tire shops alignment machine was down yesterday for repairs so I decided to take my wifes car to Moselys. My front tires were showing uneven wear and alignment was the first order of business. I instructed them to rotate my tires putting the more worn tires on the rear.As I washed my car this morning I noticed that the rotation had not been done. As you can see from the photo, the tires are noticeably different in the amount of tread that was left. It confounds me that they did not do this since it is obvious which would be the safer tire on the front of a front wheel drive car.Going back on a Saturday morning to get this done was not an option since I was leaving town. Its a lot of work for a 64 year old guy to rotate tires, but I did not need a certification to know what was the safer thing to do.You only get one chance to do it right the first time and they did not.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! Places like this make their living off people who trust them to do their job .. these people will replace everything even if it’s good and tell you it’s bad... unless you do work yourself like me... they do a poor job inspecting your front end as well .. NOT TO BE TRUSTED !!!

Anytime I can support a local, honest, business...I do! They may not be the cheapest, but they are always fair priced. They DO however offer the best quality work and customer service anywhere. Ill gladly pay the extra $10-20 now and then because I know they will treat me right. Ive never had to wonder if they were going to lie and try to screw me like so many other places...that alone is worth it 10 times over. Moseleys is the only place I will let touch my car when it comes to suspension and alignment.

Im 4th generation that always comes to Moseleys for front end work, wheel alignment and brake work, it family owned and always do the job right....I always highly recommend them to others!

Great family oriented people. I did have a bit of an issue with my alignment and was told if the issue persists just to bring it back. I was comforted and felt like my vehicle and the safety of my daughter & i were in great hands. I think my daughter had more fun here then she does at the park 🤣

Let me tell you they did great job on my front , a whole lot better THEN RNR I WILL BE GOING BACK. (Five stars)

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I told them what the vehicle was doing and they figured out the cause of the issue after 2 other tire shops had failed to properly balance my wheels. Will be back again .They were busy and I was in and out in about an hour .

The clerk was rude and unmotivated by call to do service on a tire. He also seemed more annoyed when I arrived there to get workdone . Then, and only then, was i told of an extensive wait, when all it was was changing a spare that I had already, and just couldnt get off.. not worth waiting with almost a dozen tire places surrounding them

Great customer service. They have a shop that has tall Bays that you can do alignments for RVs. They are able to get us in and great pricing to. Will be back when we are thru here.

This place is unbelievable! They’re friendly, honest, efficient and affordable. It’s hard to believe places like this still exist! I didn’t expect to be treated so well in place this size but I was. Also, their TV is always playing good classic movies / shows that keep ya entertained while waiting. This place gets an A+!

My truck needed front wheel bearings and tie rod ends replacement. Originally went to their competitors, but was told that type of work wouldn’t be completed until to following week. Mosley’s told me to bring it in and even though the final bill hurt the old pocketbook, the professional and friendly service was well worth it. Completely satisfied with the services performed.

They used to be the best around and would tell you that your vehicle actually needed something before they aligned it. Now they just align your vehicle and let loose ball joints and tie rods wreak havoc. They also dont know how to look under the hood of a mustang for camber caster plates prior to aligning a car. Cash is King these days.
