Please understand I thought Jim was sent from heaven. Until i had a encounter with the real him. Jim and his son didn’t think I would find out who stole all my moving equipment and tools out of my 2015 Ford F250 and my trailer will it was parked at Louisiana downs. Then had the nerve to cut of my catalytic converter... Jim I want my $500 please respond to your cash app because you never removed my truck from Louisiana Downs. Never use this business

We recently broke down in Shreveport with our tiny house on our way to Texas. It was a Sunday afternoon and your company was the only one to respond. Unfortunately parts weren’t available until Monday morning, but you got them, came back in the pouring rain and got us back on the road. Additionally, since we had no alternative, you could have over charged us and we would have no choice to pay. Instead, you charged a very fair price. Overall- service was excellent, repair person was very professional, and price was fair. I highly recommend this company. Thanks so much for your help! It was greatly appreciated.

Absolutely amazing!! After trying to get several different repair shops to answer the phone on a Sunday morning, Jim was the only one that did. In less than an hour he showed up with the part. There was more work involved than we anticipated yet he still stayed on the job until it was complete. I felt as though Id known him for years. Our Battery went bad, A A Truck & Trailer Repair came and got us going at a reasonable rate. We didnt have to stay over, it was on a Sunday very lucky to get some one Jim the owner was our blessing that day.we had a SUV Toyota we dont even drive a truck.

We recently were stranded in Bossier City, La.. in the middle of nowhere at late at night and they were the only service that answered the phone. They arrived in under an hour and found the problem right away. I have had no problems since the repairs and they charged a reasonable amount for coming out.Thanks again, AATT..

Did some work for us and waited until the next morning to allow us to pay. Same guy called back one day saying he was in a bind and needed money and would credit our company future work as well as pay the money back..because he trusted us to pay him the next day, we felt their were still some trustworthy people put tgete .being that we run this route often he would be great to use for future breakdowns.. never heard from the guy, stopped answering our calls and has apparently changed his number...lesson learned..dont trust does who seem half way trustworthy

This is some guy who aint got no shop, works from his pick up truck which doesnt even have a air compressor, and no warranty for work done, if you do not value your truck, and dont care about professional work being done , well this is you man, other than that Id suggest find another mechanic!! Oh yeah and after several months he may contact you and try to threaten you instead of stepping his game up, hes not licensed or insured.

Smh. Doesnt warranty work. Want to charge you another service fee just to come back out to fix what they didnt fix the first time.

We met the so called mechanic at a truck stop casino pulled up in a car touched no tool had no tools or a service truck and charged us $95 for a call out pulled back in to the casino before we even got out the driveway​ this is supposed to be a business more like robbery dont use them unless you like to support there gambling needs
