Dollar General in Bossier City off of Benton is really nice clean to tell his new management and its really nice and clean together customer service is awesome store manager at every question I had to get an answer to if I needed something he went an extra mile to look for it I forgot his name but he is a store manager and I give him a high-five hes a keeper

Store seems to be a little junky most of the time but for the most part you can find what you are looking for. Its only real downside to this location is at certain times the one cashier gets overwhelmed by the amount of people in the store.

Decent store. Staff is friendly, but many times there isnt anyone at the register so you have 5o find someone to check you out. Selection is okay.

Easy to get in and out of parking lot, close to the hotel where I was staying. Picked up everything on my list except 2 items. This location was a convenience, I did not have to go to a large grocery store or find a Walmart.The reason for a 3 was the customer service, it was ok but 2 were not helpful (but it was the 1st day of the new year) lots of stock to get out. They were short staffed (heard employees discussing).I would recommend the store, especially of you are trying to avoid large stores.

Benton Road Dollar General I will never go back to every worker but one I wish I knew her name! But every other one Ive come across there over the last year is just ridiculously rude! And the store is a cluster f$#@$! I stood at the register a good 3min could have walked right out with all I had if I was that type of person! I now go to the one on Barksdale Blvd. They are awesome!!

Store was very clean and organized. However, theyre out of a few items. Including paper towels. Im assuming it is due to Covid-19. But everything else, I found without any problems, so Ill still rate them 5 stars.

I love the modern decor options available at Dollar General these days. Its ready to use and offers the finishing touches Im looking for. This little sign was white, but a little spray paint made it perfect for me.

Better prices on paper products and (most of the time) soft drinks than Walmart. Occasionally, when running sales, have purchased Name Brand (Coca-Cola, etc) cheaper than the Store Brand drinks from Walmart.

Went in picked up what I needed and had a very nice respectful cashier.

Open till 5pm during this snow storm and still relatively well stocked

Horrible staffing and the assistant manager was very rude. I will not be returning there.

The cashier was as speedy as she could be and very friendly. The three stars is due to the overstock of product in the aisles and the fact that she had a line super long and no one to help check out. This visit was between 10 and 11 a.m.

Store is clean, never a long wait in line

This Dollar general is always short staffed, isles blocked by cart of product that I dont think EVER gets put up. Staff is friendly when they arent stressed and trying to handle everything. Amber is AWESOME and always courteous.

Never had a problem there!! Its a lil crowded on theirtruck day but thats good because it means they are getting more stock. Personally I like the store. If u gotta complain about it you should find another store

Lots of stuff found I needed to pick up. Staff friendly & helpful. Good location. First time shopping at this store. However, these stores never have enough staff to put up stock so almost every isle was impassable. Leave buggy & walk to look & get items you need. I prefer shopping at smaller stores. Therefore, Low Score. Owner/Franchisee needs to re-evaluate stockers to put up freight as well as checkers. They know the schedule for deliveries. Tks

This place is beyond trashy and ran down. The employees have always had a couldnt care less attitude. It could be nice if the employees cared and the clientele was better.

Great place everything you need for a simple fast shopping trip

DG is pretty much the same everywhere and they also have the same screwed up labor schedule. So next time you are standing in line because the labor dont fit the matrix. Dont get mad everybody in corporate already knows. They dont care because they have the 6 figure income for sipping coffee, wilest the managers of their stores will be in open to close all because someone forgot where they started.

Well that particular store eigher has so much stuff that its all out in the aisles or the shelves are bare of items really needed. Like milk. I have been going to that store for 4 years. 1 because its close,2 because its a dollar general that should have whatever you need. I know all the employees and they are polite and work with what they have. The manager of that store needs to be fired. Plain and simple. Its a very poorly managed store.

You can usually get what your looking for but good luck checking out.

Store aisles always crowded. Previous store manager was not customer oriented. 2 cash registers available however only 1 usually open even during long lines of people. New Manager hired and seems to be making positive changes within the store.
