Beware of smoke and mirrors when you buy a car from red river!! So now Im editing this after you contacted me 5 months after the fact trying to get me to try again. I tried that the day I was there but you didnt listen. Hard to believe you would lose a customer over a $25 tire rotation.. and i even changed my own oil!!!

Tried getting in touch with service writer for 3 weeks with no reply. Warranty ran out on car during that time unknown to me at the time, 71,000 mines but hit the 5 years. Bought part and replaced it myself in 30 min so its solved but that would have been 4 claims in that low mileage. Its the last Chevy at our house and likely the last ever. Quality and service sells cars!

Did the work on time at the right price

Usually, I experience great service from this place. Today, I guess was not so good. I dropped off my vehicle in hope of getting some work done. I was promised a phone to discuss the estimate of repairs. After dropping it off at 7AM, at 6PM (closing), Im still waiting for that phone call. As a resul, I am without an auto and my job is completely on the other side of town. I plan to call management and voice my concerns.

REALLY FAST SERVICE! I came in at around 2pm for possible manifold work on my truck, i didnt think it was going to even get looked at that day because they were so busy and it was already late in the day. Not only was i wrong but they had the truck ready in just 2 hours, really amazing service and everyone was very friendly, they treat you like a paying customer and human being instead of just another headache walking through the door. I would definitely do business with them again!

Took my car in to get some minor things fixed. Told it would take 2 days... $4500 and TWO WHOLE WEEKS LATER AND NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED. I was told my car was finished. Paid. Left and noticed in the parking lot that NOTHING had been done. In fact, my car looks and runs WORSE than it did when I gave it to them. Had to leave my car for another night for them to look it over. Asked for my money back but wasn’t given money back bc the manager wasn’t around, and neither was my service Rep, Manny. Jacob and Harold were very friendly and tried to help as much as they could, but being out $4500 and no working car, I will never recommend Red river to anyone again. Never been more disappointed with service in my entire life. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.

I absolutely love this place. Very thorough but today I had an extra request I simply asked them to clean my windshield inside and out since they do everything else when they change the oil and the one thing they forgot was the dang windshield??!!!!!

I did not get the vehicle I wanted as a loaner, and it took a bit longer then I would have loved. But they were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

The Red River Chevy Service Department makes me feel like a queen every time I visit. They have kind service consultants and technicians who are genuinely concerned about my experience. They take time to explain problems in a way I will understand it. Not to mention they keep a smile on their face! I would recommend RRC Service to anyone!

Took our truck in to have diagnostics done and they told us they would be able to have it fixed by the end of the day. It was not done and from the sounds of it not even started (this was a Friday). We did not get the truck back but was given a loaner to drive (only reason for 2 stars). Come Monday they only ended up fixing one thing and the other we took 10 minutes in the parking lot of an auto parts store to fix that they said would take a minimum of 2 hours. They performed unauthorized work and didn’t tell us until we got the bill. Very disappointed and will not be back.

We had an incredible experience at RRC! No pressure and their customer service was second to none! We will be back for our next vehicle. Butch Cole and Lloyd Nelson are class guys and will take good care of you!

Sometimes they can be a little messy with the oil change. Once they left my brake fluid cap off. I had a nut missing from a holding tank. They are fast though.

They fixed 2 recalls on my vehicle but they are quite expensive when it comes to tires, and replacing other parts on vehicles, the reality is parts usually dont cost much its the labor thats ridiculous, for example a part cost $34 and it takes 2 hours to replace well labor is going to be $600 to $800 if not more and you cant justify charging hard working people this much for labor and its not just this place Gateway tires on airline does the same thing and there is one guy up there cant remember his name or I would post it but hes rude rude rude rude and wont explain anything to you let along look you in the eyes but Red River Chevrolet does have nice employees

We bought a new truck here. Had to do an insurance claim in first month due to theft. Service department sent wrong estimate twice and said they could do one thing but then turned around and said theyd charge us for it. We will never go back to this service department for repairs. Its been an ongoing ordeal.
