I have lived almost exclusively in apartments all over Louisiana and Texas for the last 11 years. I move every 1-2 years. This apartment, by far, tops the list. First of all, the apartments are gorgeous. Everything is modern and upgraded. The community is quiet and I have never questioned my safety here, especially with the gated entrance. The resort-style pool is so pretty, and the clubhouse is perfect to rent to entertain guests.The highlight of this complex, though, is the staff. Everyone is so sweet and helpful! All of my maintenance requests have been completed within 24 hours, but they are normally taken care of same day! There hasn’t been a single issue I’ve had that the staff hasn’t addressed immediately. It’s really incredible. Definitely recommend!

The apartments themselves are very nice looking, but there was construction and all the promised amenities were closed for the entire duration of our one year lease and they didn’t tell us any of it was happening until the week before, sometimes the day before. It’s not kid friendly and they will scam to make extra money so pay close attention to your lease.

Better apartments in the area that dont charge as much. Nickel and dime you when you go to move out. Save your money and go elsewhere

Hello!I am still in the application process. But Amira is sooooo nice and so understanding! With this application process, they have been so understanding and helpful and take the time to understand your situation. Im a single mom, full time student and work full time. I have to be out of my current apartment in a few weeks, they are doing everything to help me as much as possible. Where as two other apartments have denied me and didnt offer to understand what Im going through or help me at all. Even though Im more than capable of paying and have never missed a payment in my life. So I appreciate them helping me! Great place!

I absolutely love the Reserve of Bossier City apartments, the property is beautiful and very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful and the maintenance crew gets things done quickly! I would 100% recommend living here!!!

Ive enjoyed my stay here at the Reserve. Been a lot of upgrades going on around the community for the last few months which has been a bit annoying. The office staff has always treated me very well. All in all I would stay here again.

Weve been at the Reserve for over 2 years, and they continue to impress me. The staff and management continue to be very conscientious of improving the property and working to accommodate the residents in any way they can. Fortunately the current manager has a very enthusiastic and positive attitude that carries over to all the staff, creating a very positive mood around the property. They are always waving and are generally happy to be working there. Through the COVID quarantine, the management hasnt been heavy handed or rigid at all with incorporating the rules or regulations. But they have made common sense arrangements and worked thoughtfully to make the stay easier. I would recommend the Reserve in a heartbeat and am very thankful for all the work they have done, and continue to do. Thumbs up A+ :)

Used my nick name for privacy reasons . The ladies in the office are nice and the grounds and apartments are nice but the loud nasty music that gets blasted here is unbelievable . People literally just sit in there car and blast music outside . Most apartments will charge a fee for loud music after a warning I guess not this place . I can’t wait to move out of here soon as my lease is up .

I like the apartments and its in an awesome location. The ladies in the front office are knowledgeable, friendly and go out of their way to assist. They plan activities for the complex, year round. The grounds are impeccable. I love the security and peace that comes in the community. I would recommend these apartments to anyone that cares about security for there family

Great place to live! Updated apartments, plenty of space! Renovated pools and playground are also a plus. Staff and maintenance were always fast and friendly when needed anything! Definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a fun but also quiet and comfortable place to live.

I’ve never had a more pleasant moving-in experience, nor a more spacious and beautiful apartment for the price! The sightly, furnished interiors are naturally pleasing to the eye, while also being easy to decorate to fit your personal needs. If I had to pick one specific positive thing though, it would have to be the great residential location on Airline drive that it embodies, which is close to a number of nearby stores, and also makes commuting to work on the nearby freeways remarkably easy. I would gladly recommend the complex to anyone who is looking for a truly great place to live.

Me and my son had to relocate a year ago to Bossier and The Reserve was the best place for us. It was all worth it. The staff and the mangement is cool and me and my son enjoys the property. Even through this Covid -19 they always one step ahead making sure everything is clean and we able to enjoy our selves on the property.

The Reserve beautifully updated and so many great amenities not to mention FREE cable and HBO . Love it here.

I viewed the apartments recently after having an extensive conversation with Emily who had me sold over the phone about the complex! She was so warm & bubbly. When I came to tour, she wasnt available, Amira was. She was super duper sweet & patient! My daughter lost her cell phone & she helped to locate it the day after! I have talked to yesterday to ask more questions. Amira called today to check on me. I ended up calling back today & spoke with Ashley who went above and beyond to help. Their level of Customer Service is AMAZING! By this alone, makes me want to rent an apartment there!

Place is perfect but the staff is beyond horrible . They talk to you as if you’re dumb and seem unwilling to help you like they don’t care .

I have never wanted to live in an apartment; however, living in the reserve has changed my mind. The grounds are always clean, and the staff is always friendly and efficient! The special events that are held periodically makes us feel welcomed and valued. The upgrades and space will make this apartment home a tough act to follow. I plan on being here until I leave the state.

Had problems in the beginning that was absurd in the application process . Thanks to Ashley and Amira who have been nice & willing to help in any way possible through calls and emails . We look forward to moving in soon .

My husband and I have loved living here! The apartments are newly remodeled and offer plenty of room. We enjoy the amenities such as the pool and fitness center a lot!

We’ve lived at The Reserve for several months now and we love it. Our apartment was newly renovated and in very good shape. The office ladies are so nice and accommodating! When I put in a maintenance request, it’s usually taken care of same day. The maintenance men are very professional! The amenities are great and getting even better. I would certainly recommend this apartment complex to friends!

I just moved here and the staff has been nothing but helpful and the whole process was smooth sailing! My apartment was recently renovated and is super nice and clean! Loving it so far!!

As a resident, let me just say, this experience has been wonderful. I had my AC go out on me. With other properties I had to wait up to 48 hours to get anyone to even look at my AC. Not at THe Reserve, my AC was up and running less than 2 hours after I put in a maintenance request. Thank you Greg and crew!!!

The Reserve is a great place to live! The office staff and maintenance personnel are friendly and make you feel at home. Whitney is very friendly and knowledgeable about the property, and is quick to respond to any requests. Ashley does a great job overseeing the property and also is quick to respond to anything her residents need. The new back pool and deck is an AMAZING place to spend the summer. The renovated units are so nice, it feels like youre living like a million bucks. Highly recommend!

We have lived at The Reserve for a year now and never intended to live in an apartment that long! Needless to say, we are still here because it is a GREAT place to live. The grounds are always nice and clean and the staff is super friendly and efficient! Special events are held periodically and everyone is made to feel welcome. We really enjoy the new facilities at the pool and use them often.

I lived here for 8 1/2 years. And Im updating my review because its warranted. I really enjoyed staying here. Everything everybody has said is true. Great staff, and they work really hard to accommodate each resident. I just had a matter resolved more than a year after moving, so I am proof that good people still exist in the corporate world. Id recommend this property to anyone. For the money, nothing comes close. I wish it worked out that I could stay in Bossier. But my memories here will remain very positive.

Absolute worst experience of moving out with ANY apartment. They will nickel and dime you out of every penny upon moving out and was absolutely horrible. Would not recommend moving into due to this along with all the issues with the neighbors and management there. Avoid at all costs!

If I could give zero stars I would!!!!Attention Military families!Don’t rent from here!! They have a military clause, but they don’t follow it! I was Air Force stationed there. I was waiting for orders to show them we had to move, but they said “Louisiana Law trumps military clause.” So, we paid the last months rent in accordance to their policies, cleaned before we moved, everything was fine. 4 months later they call and say we owe them a balance on a water bill. ?? I told them that it was a joke for them to mention a bill FOUR months later and we weren’t paying it. They sent the bill to a debt collector.They clearly have no respect for those who have served.

Been here for 7 years and love it. New management is awesome! The maintenance staff is courteous, prompt and proficient. Ignore other reviews about this place, they were obviously the type of people that no matter what you do you will never make them happy. We all know the type. This is a very quiet and pleasant place to live. Highly recommend living here!

The Reserve is really a great place to live. It is well maintained, staff is friendly and polite. Before moving in, we visited other complexes. One of the deciding factors for us to move in at the Reserve was the FREE CABLE AND INTERNET. Dont get me wrong, a few other places offer it as well, so its not like theyre the only one but if I hadnt had this included in my lease, seeing it being offered at some other complexes, I more than likely would have signed elsewhere. Grass is cut weekly, bushes are trimmed regularly. They really try to help the best way they can. One thing though, three washers and dryers for an apartment complex this big is definitely not enough guys!! Years ago when I lived in Lincoln, the much smaller apartment complex had at least 10 washers an 10 dryers. I know you can rent some and have them hooked up but you still have to provide an option for the residents who do not wish to rent or purchase extra appliances. Keep up the good work!!

I’ve always lived in houses, I never thought I would love living in an apartment as much as I do. The staff in the office are super friendly, easy to work with, and always on top of customer satisfaction. The maintenance staff are also amazing, really kind guys that come and check our stuff. They have events for residents frequently , we’ve only been to a couple, but they’ve been great. The pavilion by the pool is beautiful and I’m planning to use it for our daughters birthday party. We plan to stay here as long as my husband is sationed here. Love this apartment community, I really can’t compliment the staff enough they do an amazing job, and the apartments are beautiful and spacious.

Love this apartment. Awesome staff and maintenance. Been here almost a year and first time I had a small problem maintenance was working on it before I even left the office. Everything is always clean and theyre always updating and improving everything for the residents.

Even though there wasnt a bounce house as the Flyers suggested, the turn out for the Halloween party was actually nice!! Been living here for almost six months and so far I have experienced the best hospitality.

Fantastic management and maintenance teams! Take time and care about any issues. Renovations look amazing (the refrigerator practically sings when you open it). Cant wait to see them all completed!

These apartments are very nice with a good amount of storage. It has been awhile since I lived in an apartment and I was surprised at how quiet the apartment complex is. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issues. I love that cable and internet are included in the rent.

These apartments are great, quiet and friendly. The office does a great job at taking care of their tenants and the rent is decent. Also there is a great fenced in area with a playground for kids to play.

I have enjoyed spending time at the pool this summer. They just recently resurfaced it and it looks great! I appreciate the 24 hour maintenance staff. My AC went out late one night and they were quick to fix the problem.

She always has been nothing but professional and courtesy when it comes to service during the renovations. They are pet friendly and offer an array of amenities. We love it here! One of the main reasons why we chose to live at the Reserve is the free cable and internet. But adding a few washers in the laundry facility would be wonderful.

I have lived here for over a year. This community was awesome until Conner became manager. She is an arrogant and rude individual. I absolutely hate that I renewed my lease here. Julie was a much better manager. Since Conner has taken over, there has been little done about dog feces everywhere. The grounds always look horrible - never keeps the grass and bushes cut. They change policies without notifying residents and then charge them all kinds of fees blaming the fees on the corporate office. There was another building that burned down and they still have yet to do anything with it. It is fenced with tarps laying all over it as the weeds and grass grow all around it. Mind you we are near fields so there is no telling how many snakes and rats are in that area. Do not move here. Find another community!

A great apartment for the price and military friendly. There are two pools on site and a playground for the kids to enjoy. Also, the valet trash service is nice.

Would you like to spend your hard earned money on astronomical rent in an apartment complex that has the ambiance of a pay by the hour motel with management whose treatment of their residents makes Hitlers treatment of people during the Holocaust seem like a pleasant experience? If so, then The Reserve of Bossier City is THE PLACE for you! If the simple fact that staff cannot even answer the phones using proper American English is not a hint...read on...You air conditioner will not work. When you call management to report that despite being set on 70 degrees, at 3:00 in the morning, during a rainstorm, you will get a snarky response like You is upstairs. It dont suppose to git below seventy six. When you call the corporate office to report the rudeness, management will call YOU and reprimand YOU.When your refrigerator quits working and you call maintenance, they will send someone who will turn down the temperature on your fridge, thus leaving $300 worth of groceries to ruin. After complaining several times, maintenance will reluctantly replace your fridge if it will make you feel better. While in the process of replacing your fridge, the maintenance man will in no uncertain terms hit on you, and when you attempt to make management aware of this, you will be the one that is reprimanded once again, because apparently it is perfectly acceptable for maintenance to hit on residents and when it gets reported, it is chalked up to a race issue because the resident is a different race from the maintenance man that hit on her.One of the draws of The Reserve of Bossier City is the two sparkling pools, which you would think that as a resident, you would be entitled to use as you see fit. Unfortunately, this is not so. Non residents flock to these pools like ants flock to food at a picnic. The pools are used by non residents for pool parties, and when the residents complain, management gives yet another snarky response... we arent going to ask you to be the pool mom. Of course not! However, I am my kids mom, and I would like them to be able to swim in a SAFE environment.If you have neighbors that have a dog that they are not supposed to have, and said canine barks and howls at all hours of the day, and you complain to management, nothing is done.Likewise, when you have neighbors in an adjacent apartment that continually beat the daylight out of each other or their children, when you complain to management, they direct you to the courtesy officer. When you call the courtesy officer, you will be told that they are not on property. The next day...you guessed it...management will reprimand YOU!The apartments are currently being renovated by transient Latino workerswho stay in the vacant apartments as they are being renovated. Nothing makes you feel more safe and secure than illegal immigrants living on the property and making inappropriate sexual comments. When the residents contemplate calling la migra, the resident is once again reprimanded and labeled racist.Do yourself a favor and find a place on Sprague street, or find a crack house. You will be better off in the long run.

My husband and I have lived here for 4 years now and recently upgraded from 2 bedrooms to 3 because we plan on staying for several more years . The staff is friendly and take great care of the property and the tenants.

I have stayed here for almost 4 years and am now leaving due to military orders. The staff over the years have always been courteous and friendly. They have addressed any issues that I have ever had. Maintenance at this particular complex is second to none. They are fast and even come out late at night if needed. The grounds are kept clean, grass and trees always cared for, pool always clean, etc. My only heartache is that they have several prize giveaways throughout the year and I have never won anything. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an apartment. The competitive price coupled with the free basic cable and internet makes this place a steal.

Ive been here over 2years Im really disappointed with the new staff complained twice about putting another handicap parking spot in. I lam handicap and live in a handicap unit. They blew me off also on another occasion about my pet which I already had paydeposit on 2 years ago. It didnt finally get resolved until I personally had to go up to the office. The staff dont take notes or they dont put in their system one crazy.
