These guys are awesome. I managed to get my Ford raptor stuck on a muddy hill off the side of a forest road. They spent almost 4 hours getting me out. Even had to tow their own tow truck out because it was so slippery. Jeremy was crawling underneath the truck in the mud trying to do what he could to help me. And at no time did they get frustrated and kept their sense of humor. Best guys ever and Lifesavers. Definitely keep them on speed dial.

We have a steep driveway, 4 wd drive only!!Came home in a used car we just bought, and the ball joint broke half way up the driveway. The car had our driveway blocked, it’s very steep.We called K and S towing on a Friday at 3 pm, he was here within an hour! He was so professional and friendly on the phone!He went beyond helping us. His flat bed couldn’t make it up the driveway! So he used ratchet straps on our wheel and made it so that my fiancé could very slowly, I mean VERY SLOWLY aback the car down. My fiancé Michael was very nervous and the owner walked beside him to help guide the car!He was so professional and caring, you could tell he really wanted to help us out!We highly recommend K and S towing!

I am grateful for Kevin for his quick respond, he came to pull me out in the middle of a thunderstorm. In the most professional way they were able to pull me out in a short time.I hope I wont need their services again, but if I do I would feel confident calling K&S first.

My family & I came upon a hill where cars were having trouble & sliding. We also slid off the road & got stuck. I called a different tow co. who said they didn’t know if or when they would be able to come & get us. A few minutes later Kevin showed up. I asked if he could help us after helping the person who called him. Kevin said he would clear the entire hill! He towed us to safety & when I asked, Kevin gave me some tips for driving on ice. About 15 minutes down the road I came across another hill that my 2 wheel drive couldn’t tackle. I called Kevin again & in no time he finished clearing the 1st hill & rushed to help us. He took us all the way to our driveway & didn’t unhook the winch until my truck was safely in it’s parking spot. Then he searched the yard until he found a rock that was suitable to use as a wheel chock & put it behind my tire (the truck was parked on ice & on a slight grade). He gave us a deep discount on the 2nd tow. Kevin was very professional, personable & funny. He helped to keep our spirits up through a very stressful situation. He even called us the next day to check on us! He said he knew we were low on gas & that I had 2 small children & he wanted to make sure we made it down the mountain safely & found a gas station. I HIGHLY recommend K&S Towing & I cannot say enough good things about Kevin.

While visiting the Boone area, our truck skidded off the side of a steep muddy driveway and we couldnt get enough traction to move--just stuck in a precarious position above a ravine. K&S quoted us a timeframe, arrived within it, and winched us out of our predicament quickly , kindly, and professionally. The price was also very fair! Highly recommended.

I had a car for sale in the Walmart parking lot. They towed it away without any warning even though my phone number was clearly posted on the for sale sign in the window (two signs to be exact). I could only find one sign for the entire Walmart parking lot in Boone. When I called, the person on the phone was rude and talked down to me and threatened to charge me with a wait fee if I planned to meet him at his holding area and was late. This is my first (hopefully last and only) engagement with K&S. I would hands-down recommend Hamptons over this racket. They seem to be creating a business on the backs of personal property owners. They arent just a towing service they have created a mob service.

Was driving and my steering wheel locked, or so we thought. Called k&s and showed up in the time he said and was so kind and helpful. I asked if he could try and tell me what the problem was and he was more than glad to help. Long story short he said he would fix it for me right there if an auto part store was open. Instead he called a local shop and asked if they could fix it in the morning as quickly as possible. I called K & S Towing early in the morning on a rainy Saturday to get my truck towed to a mechanic. They called me back to update me on when they would get there, got there within a couple of hours of my initial call, was extremely professional, helpful, and quick during the towing process, and had an affordable towing cost. They even relayed information to the mechanic for me since I was unable to follow behind them at that time. If I ever have to have anything towed again, I will 100% be calling them.

About a week ago my car completely broke down on the side of busy 105. After calling several tow companies as soon as it happened. Kevin at K&S Towing was able to get there the quickest to tow my car to the car shop I requested an hour away. He was on time, professional, very very kind, and gave me a play by play of picking up and dropping off my car since I was picked up before my car was towed. He was able to get my car within an hour. Kevin was GREAT at getting our family Jeep back home. Our jeep had been in the foothills of the high country for 44 years and needed a restoration quickly before it was lost to elements. Kevin not only helped get the wheels on but also got though muddy terrain to my trailer and then strapped it down for the long trip back to Florida where I could begin restoring. Kevin and another employee came to haul my fifth wheel trailer from a private residence to a campground. It was pouring down rain and cold. Even though the weather was terrible, they were very kind, patient, and worked very hard to get my trailer moved. When we got to the campground, they even helped me to set up the trailer, and solve a small electrical problem with my battery. They were amazing, very nice, well priced and I highly recommend this company!
