The staff was very friendly. I recognized some of the staff from their old location which was nice and welcoming. My daughter and I was in the store to get her WiFi set up and David helped us. David was nice but straight to the point. My daughter and I noticed an odd odor coming from the work station that David was working at.Rating 5 stars due to the staff always being friendly and the store having a good vibe. Would recommend trying to take care of that weird odor though.

We had a WONDERFUL experience at this spectrum today. The lady helping us (April) and the manager (Andy) were both so attentive, quick, helpful and accommodating! A+ service from these 2!

Questionable of who they hire. I went in to ask about a change in channel line up, the young man at the desk told me it was due to me being on a charter package or whatever. I was there for about 15 min waiting, the associate assured me my cable package was fixed and the channels (new package I wanted) would be available. He then began to ask me about mobile, which we already have through Spectrum. I told him this but was curious about upgrading my wife’s phone, he stated “oh in that case it’s not a sale for me, so feel free to go to anyone when you come back”. During this entire interaction he had his face mask pulled below his chin and was still playing on his phone. I returned home and my cable was not fixed, so instead of driving 45 min back to the store I called the dreadful customer support line. To my shock, the representative told me that the guy at the store didn’t touch my account, lied directly to my face. Once that was fixed, my wife and I decided to come back in for the upgrade(we also needed to exchange a tv box) We walked in the store and saw the same gentleman who “helped”me the day before sitting at the table on his phone, he made eye contact with me, got up and turned his back like he didn’t see me and walked away still playing on his phone. I would have disconnected my services right then and there but was actually greeted by another young gentlemen and then we were helped by Tonia, who was able to get our phones fixed and situated in a timely manner . I looked back at one point and the first guy was relaxing with his feet propped up still on his phone sitting on the couch. If you go to Spectrum in Boone, avoid Charles, he lied to both my wife and myself about pricing of my bill and treated us like we were nothing since we were not a “sale” for him. Management tip- maybe get Charles to train on some basic customer service skills or get someone who doesn’t see customers as a dollar sign.

Staff was very friendly at this store and helpfulAfter 1 year with 1 line and testing 2 other linesI been very pleased with spectrum mobileIt works better than Verizon wireless50% lessMy advice if you do buy the gig turn off the data and use wifi only or if need data watch it carefullyI use it just for talk and text and wifiI pick up service same places as VerizonI plan to onboarding rest of my lines and sunset verizon wirelessYou guys here rock

Staff member I spoke to made absolutely no attempt to help me, told me to find a different store before I could even explain my situation in it’s entirety. Customer service is a consistent issue with spectrum
