Didnt ask me what plan I wanted or what phone just assumed I wanted a galaxy s21+. Also he picked a plan I would never use the most expensive one they had. Yeah I will never go to another verizon store after this. T mobile you just got a new customer!

Great experience. Nick went above and beyond to get my phone with a broken screen to open and transfer all my stuff over to the new phone. Also tried to get me the best rates for my new phone and at least something for my old damaged phone.

Went it for an upgrade, the store manager had great customer service. He had several customers but got to all of them in a timely fashion. He was very knowledgeable in the types of phones and made a point to be as helpful as possible and made me feel valued as a customer. I will be doing all my cell phone business at this location from now on.

Had the pleasure of working with Auburn in getting a new iPhone 12 Pro Max this evening! Have had quite the experience trying to order my wife and I’s phones via the MyVerizon app and website and having it shipped to our home due to COVID. After going through 3 separate orders since 11/27/20 that have all been cancelled on Verizon’s end, and speaking with multiple Customer Service agents on the phone, finally saw that this store had the phone I wanted in stock. Auburn assured me on the phone that I would be taken care of and we were in and out of the store in what seemed like 30 minutes. She was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation and made sure I was able to get my original promo as well! Thank you so much Auburn!!! Great experience, highly recommend!!!

Ordered the phone online always have. Instead of shipping to my home Version website said pick up in store. I called the store (covid-19) asked what I needed to pick up the phone that was paid for. The young man said come in ready to go Drove to pick it up....no dice not processed yet. Ok thats a waste of my time, the young man said Ill call when ready about 5 hours later phone ready to go. Drove to the store AGAIN and guess what, I need a Verizon code, remember I paid for the phone on Verizons website and activated it. I also asked BEFORE I went to the store what do I need. The young know nothing employee said come pick it up. So I didnt get the damn phone. Im having it shipped to the house without the code and it will work.

My mother and I went in on Friday (Black Friday) to upgrade our phones. For starters, all that week we saw great deals from all of the other service providers and though ‘well we’ve been with this company for 20 years they’ve got to give us some sort of loyalty deal’.We were set up with Tyler to upgrade both of our phones. As charming as he was, the price he told us our monthly bill would be was incorrect. We were already shocked we’d be paying the price HE told us, let alone what Verizon themselves told us. He told us there could probably be other discounts we could get if we call Verizon ourselves. FALSE. They never do things like that they said. We were played by a great salesmen.

Great location and layout. Employees seemed to help all customers in a timely fashion. I was helped by Dalton and he was especially helpful and polite. He even went the extra mile to see if he could save me some money on my monthly bill! Definitely would go back again for my Verizon/phone needs.

My phone had deleted my pictures and i took it in the store and Matt helped me and got all my pictures back. I was so happy cause i had alot of pictures of my 2 year old grandson that i could never replace. Thanks again Matt

Absolute awful service everytime Ive been in there. They have no idea what they are doing. Make you sit for so long and figure nothing out. We had excellent help with victra/Verizon in fort dodge. I would avoid this boone store at all costs!!!

My phone shattered Monday night and so we went to look at phones at Verizon. Dalton S. Helped us look through our options and answered all my questions. I know we presented a difficult situation: we walked in an hour before close not sure if we were going to buy, we had our young son with us, and my phones screen was getting more purple by the minute. Every issue we came across, he found a solution. He was calm and efficient yet friendly and personable! Despite my screen failing he still managed to pull all my pictures off my phone that werent on the SD card, which I am so thankful for. We appreciate his excellent service so much, and are happy to be new Verizon customers!

Terrible customer service. Was in store for 20 minutes waiting for someone to help or even say be with you soon. No one said a word to us. After representative was finished with customer he was helping walked straight to back of store and never came back out. Other representatives said nothing so we will keep going to Ames for our new phones. Wont be back to your store for anything...

I had been a customer of us cellular for a long time. And have had nothing but problems. I came to ask a few questions and a gentleman dalton was working. He couldn’t have been of more help. We have been a Verizon customer for years. My husbands newer phone bit the dust so he went into the store in Boone. He was treated as a dummy and told that phones get old like people, you know loose all their teeth and need to wear diapers. The guy wouldnt even check my husbands phone. Now my husband may be 74,but he is no dummy!!! He is a Disabled Veteran and knows more than this young man will ever know!! The treatment he received didnt help mental dispassion! This young man needs so training in CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I were his employer he would be without a job!!!!

Needlessly rude clerk. As I waited my turn I listened to him belittle one of his own customers in front of me. When it was my turn to talk he tried to do the same to me. I thanked him for his time and told him that I was not interested and as I was leaving the store he was still insulting me.I had gone in there with the intention of leaving my old service and signing on with them. Not now.
