I enjoy coming here! I have to keep my nails short for work (Im a nurse). The ladies are so kind, attentive and skilled- despite short nails, I always leave feeling feminine.A beautiful cat eye 😻 looks like the night sky.

First time using True Nail, so happy they did an amazing job!

They are amazing and they listen to me when I explain to them what I want, and they take their time and dont try to rush me out the door.

Way too expensive. The place needs to be clean, the staff are nice but bcuz of the price I wont go back,if they lower their prices I will.

Second time I tried this salon.... NEVER go here first of all it was almost 1 pm nobody was in the salon they were all on their phones not being professional but i gave them the benefit of the doubt. I noticed they were not using clean nail bands/ files were used. Also saw the guy working there pick his cuticles with a clipper then put them back in the drawer.. Very sloppy and the lady who did my nails was chit chatting with the guy who works there the whole time! Also they had stuff scattered all over the place. Will never go back!! go to glamour nail and spa or 8th day nails.

Nails were cute. But customer service was too crazy... taking too many customers and not having enough time.

Well dont spend your money here. I had to ask to massage my feet. Very lazy. Did hot stone. No oil. Had to ask to fill my 4 toes. Charged me 12$$. So let me add this up, a light toe fill would cost 30$$$? Almost double a fill. They dragged on me in Vietnamese. I speak the language. Thanks ladies. Move on.

I highly recommend giving True Nails a try! I moved to Bonney Lake a couple years ago and went through 6 other nail salons before finding True Nails. They offer a wide variety of nail finishes and do a great job of helping you find what is right for you. Im very hard on my nails and they always look nice and hold up well between appointments.

I came in for a full set of acrylics and both my hands were uneven. Some nails were too thick and some were thin, and some arent shaped the same as the other hand. It also seemed rushed even though I called in.

I have been going here for the last 6 months. I wear acrylics, and get an occasional pedicure. My nails have never lasted longer. And whatever there technique is has kept my regular nail in great shape. I used to have to replace my acrylics every couple months. I just did my first replacement in 6 months and my normal nail was perfect underneath! I do not have breakage and polish always lasts. My only down side is its hard to get in. Even if you make an appointment, they are rarely able to get you in right away. I have always just decided its worth the wait.

The place a little spendy.. women not socializing with their customers., got pedicure with gel polish 2 days later one of my toes dont have polish now..For the money polish should stay on. Not going back..

Walked in and got in right away for an acrylic nail removal, it was a bit rough and I felt like the nail tech was being really pushy about wanting me to pay for a new full set which I didn’t want, that’s the only thing that took this down to 4 stars.They took my nails off well, they listened when things hurt or were uncomfortable and they were inexpensive to have them removed. It cost $10

I have been going to True Nails for years , Love Tina the owner & Her gals . They are all Awesome!!!I always get compliments on my nails even when it’s time for a fill at that , that’s how good my nails look all the time after my girl Tina is done with me.My feet look just as nice after the girls get done with my pedicure, my feet feel just as good as they look !!

I had a girl by the name of Kim do my toenails today she did An amazing job. I will definitely be back asking for her

I have patronized True Nail twice now. Walked in and was able to be seated for a pedicure within ten minutes. I did see several others arrive after me and it was by then quite busy so these people made appointments for the next day. I have had three different ladies work on me and all did a great job. The prices seem fair. I will return to True Nails for sure.

I never post reviews, but my experience here was not good. I asked for a matte finish on my nails and they ended up shiny. I also asked for a marble look on one accent nail and showed a picture and she ended up painting lines on my nail...not marbled at all...didnt even try or say that she couldnt do it. My gel polish chipped on 2 of my nails and started cracking on 2 others ONLY TWO DAYS AFTER GETTING THEM DONE! The woman that did my pedicure was great, but the woman who did my nails was awful and rude.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I got my nails done July 30th. The women doing nails in here have zero regard for the damage they’re doing to them. The woman who did mine cut me pretty badly with her electric file. Almost an entire month later I have indents in my natural nails that are so bad from where they filed too much and they aren’t going away. The nails themselves started lifting the Same day I got them. The “nail art” I asked for was so bad. I couldn’t say A single good thing about this place. Will definitely warn anyone about going here. This place is garbage.

Used to love True Nails but there service and employees have gotten sloppy. The last few pedicures I have gotten the service has lacked and the polish is applied horribly. I had to redo my polish from the last two pedicures I have gotten once home. They are also opening late the last few times I have been there. It’s says 9:30am and today employee didn’t show up until 9:45. Will not be going here any more.

This is maybe my 2nd negative review ever but wow, if I could do 0 stars I would. My toe nails were cut EXTREMELY short and not even shaped, she angled my foot in a way so I could never see what she was doing, and never asked if liked the length if nails or color. The polish was cheap and it showed, and chipped within hours. A few of my toes were actually sore after the experience, thats never happened before. Was very displeased but what really pushed me over was days later one of my toe nails (one that was the most sore after the pedi) came off! I was horrified! Save your money and go somewhere else. [Still needed my nails done but had a bad feeling after the pedi and decided to go to Glamour Nails in Bonney Lake and got one of the best sets if acrylics Ive ever had- if only I had chosen that place first ]

These ladies are awesome. They pay attention to detail and are very friendly. Im so glad I found them!

I was here with my cousin a few weekends ago and we both got pedicures and the ladies cut our toe nails way too short and now we both have a severely bad infection... 😢😢😢

Called them and they told me they can get me in 15 min. I came earlier and they sat me down in a chair and for 40min I waited .. I was ignored .. one lady told me she will get to me soon and when she finished up with her customer she disappeared and I waited ..then I left .. never coming back! How can you treat a customer like this !?? Why not tell me right away you are busy and can’t see me.. I have babies at home .. I don’t have all day to waste ! This was rude and bad customer service. I’m new to the area and really wanted to like them since it’s close to my house . But I rather drive somewhere else to get better customer service.

These guys always do a good job, if you dont like something tell them and they fix it.

I love True Nails. The staff are friendly, they do a great job on pedicures and gel polish manicures, and they play movies on TV.

Nice people and good job but the polish isnt a good quality. Two large chips before I got home. Didnt even make it to the night out.

Love True nails... Ive been to 4 other places in the area and this place is clean, and Debbie took her time doing my pedi and my mani. I would recommend Debbie to anyone!

I wish I knew the name of the lady who treated me terrible. She was not helpful and quite rude to the point where I didnt even get my nails done at this place. Worst customer experience ever.

I tried to give these guys a 2nd chance, but its just a no go.1st experience - shop wreaked of fumes so badly it burned your eyes, staff seemed to not care about their customers, kept grinding my nails very painfully even after me saying it hurt, then would laugh at me, polishes were also gummy and low quality, just overall crummy experience.I go back again for lack of options.2nd experience - shops wreaks again so badly, I proceed to get pedicure and something in the water made me itch so badly I had to pull them out. Things happen so I wasnt upset just kept asking for them to help me rinse my feet in cold water to get it all off. She seemed to get annoyed with me about it. NOT COOL. Manager then comes over and is like lecturing on what i need to do when i come back (not happening), and telling me they wont do most the service Im paying for this time because its too much trouble, already.Either way, this shop is yucky and not worth the time or money.

I got a full set and the next day (as I was putting on my shoes) My nail broke. The day after I reached in my purse for change at an arcade, and 3 more nails broke!!!! Ive never had this happen. Im really upset. I wont go back there..... :/ Apparently, others have expiernced the same results. Too bad, nice place.

Terrible experience. Went in for a simple manicure just to have my cuticles cleaned up, and my nail tech cut me and drew blood on 4 fingers! Dont go here. They arent very good and obviously dont follow proper nail care procedures.

Not only was my pedicure awful, but I ended up with an infection in my toenail. Update: years later and Im still having issues. My Doctor said the damage to my nail plate was so severe, I may never have a normal nail again.

I love this place. Sure they are sometimes busy but I go there to relax.

I asked for ombre nails and they applied the powder which looked bad and had to be covered with a single color, then when I went back for a fill and color change in 3 weeks they told me the powder does not come off and that it would have to be covered with a dark polish. 1 day later the dark polish is peeling away because it wont stick to the old powder. I was not told that it does not come off and would never have gotten this product if I knew. Serious communication problem at true nails.

I used to go to spa nail they were great but their service got sloppy. I then went to true nail and they did a full set and they so much better the the set spa nail did.
