One of my nails dried a little strange and the other had an air bubble. No big deal, i went back in to see if they would have time to just touch up those two nails. They took the time to buff all my nails, add another coat of color, and redo top coat to make sure i was satisfied. For $35 + tip, i cannot recommend this place enough! I always leave satisfied

Got my nails done on Tuesday- it’s Friday of the same week. They look horrible! Big waste of money.

Recently moved to the area and needed to find a new nail place since the one I had gone to for almost 17 years was now to far away. I was a little nervous about going to a new place but was able to make a same day appointment and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of their service and skill. I made my next appointment before I left and wil continue to go here. Was a huge relief finding this place.Update! - been a every two weeks for a fill and today I got a pedicure for my birthdayWas the BEST pedicure iv ever had! They were able to do the fill and pedicure at the same time and I just felt like a princess even tho I know its just their job lol. So Profesional, so friendly, I have a great experience everytime I come in.

If you have real nails DO NOT come here, they do not know how to work on real nails. They filed to half the length and chose the color without asking. My real nails turned out looking like fake nails. It took a year to grow my nails before being filed away.

We went to Spa Nails today to get Mani-Pedis with 5 of us from the bridal party for my sons wedding and were given excellent service. We came out relaxed and looking beautiful. We loved the massaging chairs during our pedicures. Very sweet ladies!

Today was my first time at Spa Nails, I was very pleased with my visit! I received a gel manicure, magic pedicure, and eyebrow waxing. All employees took their time and really paid attention to make sure I was comfortable. Everyone was extremely nice and polite. The atmosphere was absolutely stunning and relaxing. I loved the entire experience and will definitely be coming back!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I will never go anywhere else. I take my daughter with me and they do whatever she wants. Super clean. I love the staff. My nails NEVER break or chip.. It smelt really nasty when I first walked in. I asked for my nails to be rounded and half my nails turned out round and half of them turned out square. They are all different lengths, she cut my thumb and it started bleeding and she kept using her tool on it with my blood on it. I didn’t like this place she was squeezing my finger too hard.

The worst fill I have ever had. The lady in the first seat did my nails and keep reassuring me I would be happy. Needless to say Ive never wrote a review for a nail salon buy I had to in thus case. I wanted a more pink and white. She said she didnt have pink but this would look like pink when it dried. Should have between my first clue. Got done and my nails were not pink at all. The geek was a mess and all bubbly when I left. I couldnt let her work on me anymore I had to go. So now for two weeks I have been embarrassed of my nails. I will never go back and advise everyone else to stay away

I have been going to Spa Nails for a couple of years now. Ive had some bad experiences at other places and wanted to charge you an arm and a leg. So, I wont go any where else, but to Spa Nails. They work you in, even when you dont have an appointment. Very nice atmosphere.

I was treated very poorly, walked in and the lady sat me down, one lady working, and had to get the manager in the phone which she told me pick a color, I was like ok..well there was a guy working there who came up to me and told me I had to wait till 10:30! I walked out..definitely lost my business...maybe they shouldnt have a sign that says walk ins welcome..I was definitely not welcomed there..

I really wanted to like this place. Im new to this area and Im searching for my nail place. I showed up first thing in the morning to be first. Needed a manicure and pedicure for my best friends wedding. My manicure didnt include any lotion ??? the cuticle cream is watered down and all the files are old and used by multiple people. Im super bummed because I wanted to relax and I felt very rushed out. Guess Ill keep looking

I have been coming here well over a year and am a high end customer. This is the worst mani/pedicure ive ever had. The Bare minimum work was done on my feet. Maybe 10 minutes was spent. The lady clearly has no idea how to properly do a pedicure. She threw my toenails and excess skin into the bowl while i was still soaking my feet! The regular staff is currently on vacation. I will speak to them when they return.

The store is dirty, the people are not friendly. My nail broke 2 days after getting them done, no big deal it happens. I went back to get it fixed. The lady didnt fix it correctly. She didnt take off the old nail and start fresh, no she just globbed a whole lot of the acrylic on the tip and called it good. Now it is shorter then the rest, lumpy and thick as all heck.

Showed up at 6:25 pm for pedicures for two people, and we asked if they had availability. It was her response that earned the poor rating. She laughed and said sorry Im leaving. Literally that was it..Maybe change your hours to 6:30 instead of 7 if you are going to leave before closing. Oh and there was two other people getting services done still I doubt she was actually leaving.

I went in with my cousin on a whim and she had been to the salon before so I decided it must be okay. I wanted to get the basic mani/pedi and ended up paying a lot of money for rushed service with a unhappy cousin. I feel I was taken advantage of because I wasn’t from the area and didn’t speak the language of nail salons. At the end of everything it was a open discussion in their language of what to charge me. I won’t be returning

This is curts wife i went into spa nails last Saturday to have toes painted will never go again so skimpy with nail polish she smudged two different toes so when she painted over those spots didnt blend in couple toes didnt even get covered all the way I paid but I let her know wasnt happy she asked if I wanted to come back I said no I will never come back

I used to go to true nail and then I switched to here and lets just say I never went back. :)
