I recently upgraded my phone through a trade-in promotion. During the transaction, something went wrong on Verizons end (not this retailers fault). These things happen from time to time, and what separates an average service experience from an excellent service experience is when the representatives go above and beyond and follow-up with you to make sure things were resolved.In this instance, the representative Drake, who was helping me, went the extra mile. He followed through with reaching out to me, making sure everything was corrected on Verizons end and was extremely patient and professional with me the entire time. Thanks Drake for your top notch service!

Drake was awesome so if you go to the one in Buckley ask for drake I will 100 out of ten

Hunter provided absolutely S-Tier service and was extremely helpful in picking out the right device for me!

Went in a few months ago for a new phone. Hunter talked me into doing a buy one get one free. He obviously didnt know what he was talking about and have issues with my bill ever since. After 2 hours on the phone with Verizon it is finally fixed. They dont know what they are talking about.

Went into the store to schedule an appointment and guy working said he would call me so we could order my devices before appointment so I had them when I came in. He never called. I had to call them, then when device was delivered to store they never called to notify me so I called them giy working said they had not checked them in but would give me a call back in about 10 minutes never heard back from them I had to call back and ask guy said the person that was supposed to call me just left they never do what they say they are going to do and you have to be the one in contact or you won’t get your device in a timely manor I definitely don’t recommend this store awful customer seevice

Just a hunch here, but Im of the opinion folks dont appreciate waiting over an hour on a weekday at 10:30 AM to simply talk to a representative.. heres a crazy idea, hire enough staff to meet demand.... Go Wireless just missed out on a $1500 + sale..

Went in with an issue with my bill and asked to talk to the manager, after being welcomed in right at the door the girl working went and grabbed the manager, Justin, for me. He did a really good job explaining the bill and helping me feel at ease with what ended up being only single charges for the one month. After evaluating our plan he was actually able to help us get a better one for what we were paying and even offered us additional benefits. I definitely would recommend this store as they really know there stuff and can probably help any situation and I will absolutely be bringing my business here next time I need a new cell phone! 10 stars!!

Best day ever with my Mom upgrading both of our old IPhone 4. Melisa and Tyler went above and beyond to walk us through the process, thoroughly explaining everything as needed. This includes having to have patience explaining things several times to my Mom!! Would send everyone their way!! Melisa even picked out my new case without me seeing it. Absolutely a great experience!!

Worthless store if you have any questions about your account or phone. I have been a Verizon Carrier for close to 20-years and this store makes me want to change to cheaper carrier if the this is the kind of service I get.

Tyler was AWESOME! We went in the store for one thing and ended up with a completely different plan. We took WAY too much of Tylers time, but he was patient, kind, and super helpful. I have been with Verizon for many years. Definitely the best experience yet!!

Ive been to multiple Verizon stores over the years and had some pretty blah service. After shopping here I can say I wont be going to any other location going forward! The staff here is super knowledgeable and by far the friendliest and most personable Ive come across! If you are on the fence about which Verizon to go to I definitely recommend checking this store out!!

I would actually rate the customer service that was provided to my wife and I, a 10 star rating. The 3 young ladys running this store are deligthtful and amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. We will never go anywhere else to purchase our phones and accessories. Molina is a great young lady. All of the employees at the store are very personable. They really care about the customer and by time all is done they actually become friends. When I entered the store today Molina said Hi Arlin. She called me by name and it had been 3 days since I had been in the store. Unbelievable! Like I said, 10 stars!!!! Thank you.

Bought an lg g6 from them about 4 months ago because it was supposed to be a very tough phone, water resistant, gorilla glass etc. They talked me into spending extra on screen protectors among a few other accessories. Immediately after purchasing the phone I found out that I would have been far better off just purchasing the phone online as they are much cheaper and they will actually let you buy them outright, here they force you to purchase one on a loan.After about 4 months of ownership my screen protector cracked when i was crawling around in a crawlspace. I brought the phone in to have it replaced and low and behold the screen protector was useless and the screen itself with the almighty gorilla glass had a pretty sever crack in it which spiderwebed across the whole screen. I asked if it was a warranty issue since they where the ones who told me that the screen was so durable, they also told me how well the screen protectors worked at protecting the glass, and they said no it is not and that any warranty work would have to be done between me and lg.So If I am forced to purchase a phone through a loan even if I want to pay cash up front, and if I am paying more for the phone then I can get it for online, AND if they dont handle any warranty information or stand behind the products they sell why on earth would I ever purchase a phone from you?

Tyler was unbelievably patient and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained and sold us appropriate phones and accessories. This store in Bonney Lake goes above and beyond and made our purchases enjoyable. High five this young man and his team.

Craig is an exceptional wireless consultant. Not only did he make upgrading my phone super easy, he helped save me money and made the process enjoyable. Ill see him every time now for my cellphone needs.

We went in this store at 8pm and they close at 9. We were transferring over from another carrier. Arianna helped us and she was amazing! She answered all our questions and was incredibly patient with us when we were having issues. She even stayed with us after closing time. We are now saving $$ and have unlimited data.

I stopped by this store a few days ago with my dad to upgrade his broken phone. Jonathan immediately greeted us as we entered and was eager to help us. Even though my dad and I are not big fans of phone stores and have had bad experiences in the past, Jonathan definitely changed that perception for us! He was polite and efficient in helping us, and gave us a great deal on my dads phone. I would definitely reccomend the Bonney Lake Plaza store to anyone, even if it is a longer drive. Ask for Jonathan, and you will not be disappointed!

Josh was great. I used to only deal with Nate in Puyallup location because he was awesome but josh gave great service too. He is up there with Nate and I highly recommend seeing josh at this location. They should give josh a huge raise.

Alex Da the Assistant Manager was absolutely amazing--customer service was top notch!I went into the Verizon store expecting a terrible experience, as this is the norm when dealing with anything in these stores typically.The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. From that point forward, Alex was up front with all my options, the costs of any changes, reviewed my account to ensure I wasnt overpaying for anything.He went above and beyond by spending two hours helping me upgrade my phone, swap my daughters phone to my old one (hers wasnt working), and make sure that neither one of us lost any of the information on any of the phones.I originally came in with a very negative expectations and at the point of cancelling my entire service with Verizon. I have left with my opinion restored! I cannot thank Alex enough for all the help he offered, how clear he made everything, and how little stress (actually none) was involved!!

So long story short. My hubby and I got new phones over the weekend :-) someones didnt last very long😉 no names are being mentioned, however mine still looks great :-)lol. But anyway I definitely feel that most people dont get the recognition they truly deserve. Heres a huge shout out to Jonathan Halstensen at the Bonney Lake Verizon store. We had such a great experience with him. He was very knowledgeable about out current plan, the phones, plans,promotions, discounts, and so on, he went above and beyond to locate the phones we wanted because they were out of stock at our location, explaining the new features these ones had, and much much more I could say. Anyway, someone again whose name will remain anonymous had to get another new phone. Jonathan was there and took care of it no questions being asked 😀. Bottom line, great customer service, great experience great everything makes for 2 happy customers. We may pay a little more with Verizon but for me sometimes its worth it 😀
