I have suffered from dental anxiety since I was small due to bad dental experiences. Sometimes I went years without going to the dentist because of fear and anxiety. I would have panic attacks at the dentist and nightmares. Smile dental understood my dental anxiety, their kind and gentle approach and excellent dental skills have taken away my dental anxiety and I have been able to go for cleanings and dental work without fear and anxiety. The best dental work I have ever had done. Other dentist told me I would have to have dentures or expensive implants. Dr Andisco saved my smile. She and her staff are like family. They care. Dishonest, not straight foward, costs way too high, walgreens would not honor my perscription because they did it wrong. Waited a week to get the extraction done and they cancelled on me the day before. And upon talking to other dentists they lied.If unscrupulous people is who you want in your mouth, this is the place. Otherwise i would go to ASPEN DENTAL or ANY OTHER DENTIST. ASPEN CHARGES 1/3 OF THE PRICE AND SERVICE IS 100% better......also now a lawsuit is pending against them for their NEGLEGENCE

The worst place to god in my opinion they not honest hide charges and not a good place to go overprice service bad customer service always on the run and not taking their time i have a very bad experience also overcharge me for service they dint did and they charge my dental company never sing papers they summit not even have the signature and charge the dental insurance with overpricing i already find out what you guys did and my lawyer will contact you never provide me with paperwork i ask for, never finish my job and refuse to help in the matters if you want to waste your money and get a bad service you can go here i have to go to another dental place so they can fix the mess and paid more money but like i said my lawyer will contact you you mess with the wrong one this time dental insurance also will contact you so i be patience THE WORST OF THE WORST ....

Im very pleased with my entire experience. The office is clean and modern. The Dentist and her staff are very friendly and helpful. Ive referred several people to her and so far everyone is very happy.

Front office staff has high turnover. Theres new staff there every time I go in. Not sure what thats about - maybe the owner can speak of the reason. Besides that, the dentist isnt always in the office. Ive had a cleaning once where the dentist wasnt in office so no lookey from the dentist that visit. In my next cleaning, there was some random dentist in there filling in which Ive never seen with so-so bedside manner. In addition, they now have a COVID charge ($20). This office seems to want to maximize their profits - I see what youre doing. I wont be back.

I have to say living here all my life 60 plus years , I have seen allot of dentists. I finally have found one that is totally amazing. Oh I have had a couple great dentists but never the overall. This entire office from equipment to most specially all front office staff, all assistants, the chair and even little neck pillows. The huge wall tv to watch or not watch ( your choice) while waiting in the room. Yes the treatment room. The dentist is so qualified, kind and actually cares about you. The assistant is so qualified I thought was a dentist. The front office well I have never and mean never met such happy, qualified, kind ,informed ,and educated front office staff in any Dr or dentist. I could go on and on but I’ll leave it to you! Even though sounds like a big place and sterile by name they are so kind and bigger office but it’s a place everyone knows why your there, how to make it the best it can be and actually listens to you. I can’t say enough....

My two sons have been going there for a very long time and I was honestly impressed with their front desk staff, and overall treatment of patients. They were courteous, always on time, and the doctor was accessible. I remember the first time I took my younger son there, the Dr. even came out to introduce herself. That was then. Thankfully my children dont have major dental problems, but every time I call to schedule a cleaning, I always make sure to confirm that they will see the Dr. afterwards, since thats been what I am used to at other dental practices and it was also the case with SMILE. Last time I called I double checked that my son would be seen by the Dr. after the cleaning, which was confirmed at the time (especially after having his wisdom teeth removed) but unfortunately, that did not happen, and I was told she was in a long procedure and we would have to wait for her to see him if we wanted her to check him after the cleaning (after having to wait 30 minutes after his appointment time). Additionally, I was just charged $20 for ONE mask. Sadly, quality has gone down. Im very disappointed since, again, we were old patients and truly loved SMILE. The search for a new dental practice has begun...

Friendly staff, extremely clean, and overall experience.

Visit was beyond expectations. The staff was outstanding. Dr. Bracho has been my dentist for 5 years and has corrected problems that I had in the past that other dentists ignored. At checkout we were provided with optional payment methods. Just to assume patient calmness we were provided music and artistic visual displays on a large screen as the care was being performed.

Great experience, excellent service. Dr.Bracho was so helpful in helping me with my pain to understand my teeth and the assistant made me feel welcome and comfortable. I’m very disappointed in their staff.. Even though, during my first visit, I stressed the need for them to be transparent in their billing practices, I was surprised to find out months after my visit, I was billed for X-rays work that were performed without my pre-authorization. I called the office and left a message to inquire why I wasn’t informed the work was being performed and there was no follow-up for months. sadly, I will not be returning as a patient.

Doctor Bracho is a wonderful dentist. His new office has all of the latest equipment that improves his services as it relates to efficiency and quality of the work. His is able to crowns and other things in one visit compared to other dental practices that require two or, in some cases, more than two visits.His associates are very personable and are excellent as well.

Dr. Bracho has been my dentist for a few years. Initially, I went to him after a previous dentist indicated I had several cavities. Dr. Bracho examined me thoroughly, said my teeth and gums were healthy and that no further action would be necessary. In my opinion he is honest, capable and very professional.

Wonderful doctors and cleaning of teeth . Prices are moderate and nobody is pushing to have work done in your mouth when it’s not necessary . I’m tired of those dentists who just want to make money on your teeth and they try to scare you that you are getting a cavity or you need this or that in order to get the job and make the money ( your money) when there is no reason to have an intervention. It had been quite awhile since my last dental appointment which gave me a lot of anxiety about both the amount of work I was going to need and the cost without dental insurance. Dr. Brancho and the entire staff were very professional, friendly and judgement free which was almost as nice as the amount of the bill. She is a master at her craft! The office is clean and modern. On a previous occasion where i was in horrible pain Dr.Bracho worked hard and analyzed my issue and was able to successfully relieve pain. Both Dr.Andisco and Dr.Bracho have been essential to getting me out of toothpain and keeping my oral health. I recommend this practice to my friends and family.

I saw Dr. Andisco and Dr. Bracho for an occlusal guard in hopes to help with migraines from grinding/clenching my teeth. All staff members were super friendly with big SMILEs on their faces - must be due to the name :) Its a brand new, modern office that is very welcoming. I liked that they had a mix of classical / jazzy relaxing music playing in the background...quite calming for those who may hate seeing the dentist! I would highly recommend for all ages! Best dentist Ive been to yet!
