Dr. Pinkhasov is a highly skilled doctor who truly cares about his patients. Words are not enough to fully express the level of exceptional care and professionalism along with his personal touch. This phenomenal level of service with a sincere connection is hard to find in todays world but is always performed by this dentist, ensuring you are comfortable and pain free during your entire procedure with a genuine concern for how you are feeling. I personally promise you will not find a better dentist.

Could not sleep from toothache all night, started calling dentists at 8AM. The first 2 did not answer even though they have 8am open. I called Bonita Dental Care 2 hours before they opened and they answered the phone! The receptionist was very attentive and empathetic. They had me first in line at opening. The dentist and staff patiently reassured me about my anxiety with the procedure (Im a big baby).It was very quick, painless and the assistant gave me her hand to squeeze and squeeze I did lol. Their customer service insight and bedside manors make a usually nervous, intimidating flinching procedure into a well informed, confident and comfortable task most of us will have to face.Terrific communication with every staff employee I encountered. The entire office is on the same page with helpful information.Highly recommend!

I’m not sure how they have so many five star reviews because this dental practice has been likely the worst I have ever visited, and I’ve gone through a lot of scammy ones in Miami. Note that they only have two stars on yelp.They never answer the phone. I’ve had multiple appointments in the past and every single time I call I go to voicemail. There’s always a wait. And it appears like they are always trying to sell you a product. I don’t know about you, but I do not go to the doctor or the dentist to be sold products.The quality of their work is terrible as well. I got a filling done about six months ago and it already fell off about a month after I got it. This has never happened to me before with a filling.I purchased the one year plan they offer for over $300 which included a free cleaning. I scheduled my free cleaning for today about six months ago. When I scheduled the cleaning, I asked the lady at the front desk whether my plan was still good for that date and she confirmed that it was. Today I wanted to know before heading here again, so I called four or five times starting in the morning all the way until 2 PM and nobody answered the phone. When I got to the practice I asked the front lady again whether my plan was still active for the free cleaning, and she could not confirm. When I sat down, the hygienist told me that I still had two days left on my plan. I said OK perfect I just want to get the free cleaning. She said she’d have to check with the doctor first Because they required x-rays to do the cleaning. This is even though I have had x-rays done with them within the last year. After she checked with the doctor, she told me actually my plan had expired already. I left without getting anything done and having wasted more than an hour of my day for nothing. I myself run a business, and this kind of lack of customer service is completely inappropriate for a medical practice. I will not be returning, and I will be sharing my negative experience with everyone who will listen. These profit driven types of medical practices need to go out of business.

Nice comfortable atmosphere, very busy, but not long wait times. Was having consultation for some implants. A long visit, because very extensive. Many things occurring & am pleased except I’m not sure what my cost is going to be. Seems important! Have a follow up appointment not too far in future.

The first time I visited Bonita Dental Care was for an urgent issue. During a 20 hour road trip to Florida my crown came off. I called the office and they got me in two hours after I arrived in town. Dr Pinkhasov was very kind and informative about how he had to proceed with my care.After a few hours when the numbing wore off I realized the temporary crown needed to be adjusted. It was after dinner but I took a chance I could get an early morning appt the next day.Jeannette answered the phone and was very sympathetic. She told me I could come in the next morning at 8:30. However they would wait for me if I wanted to come back right then. I went right back to the office and they were waiting for me. I apologized for the inconvenience but they were both very, very kind. I cant say enough about how professional and understanding they both were. They really are a wonderful representation of the medical profession.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Dr Rodion and all of the staff really know how to treat a patient. Talking with Jeannette was such a pleasant experience with figuring out what route would be best for me .

My hygienist Nicole is really good and the reason I keep coming back. She’s gentle, professional, accommodating and personable. The practice as a whole strikes me as very impersonal & cold. I do not feel “safe” as in my interests are paramount, but my money is. This practice is very, very large with many offices/locations.

I usually don’t write reviews but i had to due to my experience as a new patient. I really want to recommend Joanna (assistant) and Dr. Pinkhasov who made my experience very comfortable and were so personable! (He also saved my molar!!) I really appreciate their patience with me and ways to help me relax. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The office was very friendly from the time i walked in and i am happy that i chose them as my new dentist!!

Highly professional staff. Everyone was very pleasant. Came in for a second opinion regarding two crowns another dentist said I needed. Ended up the first guy was right but Bonita Dental was willing to do it for $850 less. Wonderful place. They ended up doing it that very day.

Good part...I got an appt within 1 day.My dentist did a great job even though he was getting rushed all around the office.Bad;Communication was not good. I was taken to have c rays and a scan, was not told any reason why. I just wanted my abscessed tooth pulled. They advertise $65.00 for non complicated extraction. Ended up costing me $975. Not cool. Will not go there again.

A well-organized and clean practice. I was able to get an appointment right away to fix a crown, and was impressed by the professionalism all-around with the office. I had really bad luck with other dentists, but Maurice and Dr. Rodion were amazing and attentive and helped me efficiently. Both of them were personable and knowledgeable and I am so grateful for finding them. Also, the office uses plastic sheets to fully cover their chairs, socially distancing in the lobby, and other measures to make you feel safe during these times. Highly recommend.

Don’t rely on Google reviews for this place only (my mistake). I was there for a free consult with Dr. Frederick Eck for a crown and a custom abutment. I found out after I was there that this doctor has a 1.8 average rating on healthgrades.com, which is generous. The staff here is completely unprofessional, I was there with my fiancé and random people kept coming in and out of the room while an assistant was inside my mouth with an instrument. My fiancé finally asked why there were people there in what I think should be a private room, and they said it’s a training facility. Well, have the magnets to explain that upfront, then each person should introduce themselves, and further if they are there then it shouldn’t be to talk about another patient. They are flat-out the worst, most unprofessional dentist office we have ever seen. We walked right by Dr. Eck on the way out, he said nothing, not even “thanks for coming”. This place gives you bad vibes all the way around. Stay away and if you make appointment, find out which doctor you’ll be seeing.

Dr. Rodian is AMAZING! After seeing him for a month along with WONDERFUL Jeannette, who really knows her stuff, and dealing with my rotten teeth and sad smile...I feel 10 years younger! My health has improved drastically and my smile is BEAUTIFUL! They had so much compassion and patience. They made my budget as important to them as it was to me and they made things happen! Went here because they were in network for my insurance. After a very thorough and professional cleaning and exam, the dentist told me I urgently needed two crowns. Quoted a price over $3,000 after insurance. Called my insurance company, the benefits person laughed out loud and said dont do that. Went to another dentist for a (free) second opinion. Studied my x-rays, examined my teeth and said I didnt need any crowns. Obviously wont be back.

The office ran on time. The staff seemed very attentive.My only criticism was that in order to get a drop of blood for a capillary test the technician had to squeeze my finger for five minutes. This may alter the blood results. Much easier to do a venipuncture in my opinion.

Had a wonderful experience. I had a tooth break and they were able to see me the same day. They were professional and gave many feasible options at different price points. I was able to walk out with a temporary, well done crown and I look forward to finishing the procedure with them. I also feel like it’s worth mentioning that I’ve had trouble with novocaine not completely working in the past, and that did not happen this time! I feel as though I was actually listened to and respected.

I must say it was a different experience. The staff seemed a bit disorganized. They had not done what they said they would in obtaining exrays that had been done at another facility a few days before. Wanted to just do new ones. In my estimation we were there twice as long as necessary.

My initial visit to Bonita Dental Care was very positive. It did not start out like that however as the lady at the front desk was not friendly, never smiled and did not listen to my questions. Did not make me feel welcome in any fashion. Bad first impression. Hope she was just having a bad day.But it became much better very quickly as Jasmine the young lady who took my xrays and tended to me most of the day was excellent. She was friendly, very knowledgeable and professional and answered all my questions. She made me feelat ease and comfortable.The visit was a consultation so the interaction was limited with Dr. Rodion but he left me with a confident feeling about him.The insurance lady Nina was extremely thorough in questions she asked to make sure my coverage would be maximized. She has a great personality and very bubbly. Be careful as I have the feeling she could get you tell her things you would not say to your closest loved one. She was great. I am looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend Bonita Dental Care to anyone in need of dental care.

X-rays, and measurements were taken to assist them in forming their approach in how to best serve me. If you are searching for a Dental Office to help you, call this office. Stay away!! They will rip you off especially if you’re not local! The prices they advertise online are just a bait, they ended up charging me 10 times more than what their advertised price was. After the work was done I went to other dental offices to get estimates and ALL OF THEM quoted less than half of what Bonita Dental charged me! If you don’t want to get ripped stay away from this guys

This company billed my insurance for an entire wisdom tooth removal when the only thing I got from them was x-rays. Extremely unprofessional response to the mistake as well, seeing as a year later I am STILL trying to get them to make one phone call to reverse the claim on my insurance. No one seems to care about anything except money here. Bottom line, this office stole from me and they will steal from you too.

Dr. Wallace and his team did a complete and thorough diagnostic analysis of my extensive dental issues, formulating an agressive plan to correct and treat each issue.

First of all I arrived 20 minutes late, staff welcomed me with open arms, they were very thorough and helpful. They didn’t accept the coverage I had, and still negotiated a very reasonable price for a single tooth distraction. Ms. Heidi, and Dr. Rodion Pinkhasov. Currently looking for insurance companies that this place accepts, so I can apply lol.

It had been a significant amount of time since my last visit and I had been “shopping” for a new dentist, with that being said, I went back, and I’m so glad I did!!!! Danielle was my hygienist today and she was by far the most accommodating and comforting hygienist I’ve ever had. She explained every single procedure and also went into detail on the process through my cleaning to limit any possible covid concerns I had. I have be a patient of Dr Wallace for many years now. Hes very kind and understanding. He knows how to work magic. I have had many issues with my teeth, and he always has a solution. Him and his hygienist are always on time and their prices are very fair! Today I met Stephanie, she cleaned my teeth. She got the job done with a soft touch. She is so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Ive never enjoyed going to the dentist (like most people), but my experience here always makes me smile.

I was told I needed a blood test when in fact did not. Another company that adds extra expenses just to make up for what insurance does not pay out with other services done. Office is very clean and they are making sure to follow proper guidelines to keep their patients safe during their visit. FYI, don’t let your Nav take you to Doc’s on Barefoot Beach. BDC is right nextdoor to the restaurant and it faces Bonita Beach Road. I walked out of my dentist this past Monday because they made me feel like a number and with no insurance, they were going to charge me an arm & a leg for work I needed done. Needing to find a new dentist and meeting Dr. Rodion Pinkhasov, Jeanette Negron, and the staff at BDC, I knew I finally found the right place. No only did they see I was in pain, but they listened to me, did what I needed done, “Thanks Doc & staff”, but went a step further that blew my mind! Because of no insurance Jeanette asked, what can you pay today? What did I just hear? She explained to me that with everything going on in the world especially right now, we have to stick together and help each other! They were not going to let me leave without helping me and also they were $600 less for what I needed done than my old dentist. I needed to share this because everyone should experience this great place. Going to the dentist isn’t my favorite thing to do, well, until now. My experience with Bonita Dental Care has been positive! I initially went for a free consultation because I was told by another dentist that I needed an implant and also a crown and the price had seemed outrageous. I met with Jeanette who patiently spent a long time getting through to my insurance. After a long session, we had an alternative to the implant ( with crowns and a bridge) and a much more affordable price for the crown(s). I am in the process of getting the work done now, and I like Dr. Keller very much. I am very happy I looked for a second opinion. Though I have a ways to go, so far, so good!

I absolutely loved the staff at this location . The way the staff interacted with each other made such an impression on me.They were so respectful , and kind to each other . And I was treated as if they knew me forever. The X-rays and CT , and mold of my teeth all went smoothly, with no pain whatsoever. I had a very pleasant experience, and definitely, even though a little far from my home, will continue to go there ,It’s that wonderful !! The young lady that did the molding I was told was her first day on the job. Her confidence ,and pleasant personality was amazing . I would have never known she was new at this office . I really don’t recommend this place at all. I usually like going to the dentist because I know I have to go for better and I have been always feel in good hands until I went to Bonita dental care. After they take your money they switch to completely different people if you have a problem. The lady at the front told me that I’m “obsessed” with the way I look( I don’t even wear make up) based on the fact that my front tooth was infected and I needed a root canal. I was crying because they filed my tooth so much and didn’t explain to me the whole process when a person needs a crown, so basically I was left without my own crown( the white part of the tooth) and she’s telling me I’m obsessed. Who talks like that, this is so cruel and unprofessional. How can you talk like that to a person who’s already down. Also we never discussed if they can save the tooth without the crown which now of course they say it was impossible but they didn’t show me any proof. I made the mistake I didn’t go for a second or even third opinion because I was in such a pain. When I called the next day they didn’t care, telling me I’m hysterical. The temporary crown they put was a mess, fell the moment I went to the restroom, it was with a small hole and tiny hair stuck on the back( I know temporary crowns look bad but this one was on another level). Also when he did the root canal( which by the was is not perfect and I can prove it with the X-ray because an endodontist told me where is the problem just hope my body will react ok but we have to wait) I was in pain after that root canal and he keep filing the tooth even more and you know after a root canal the tooth structure is already compromised and he kept destroying it. Then after one week I went to see the permanent crown and oh lord it was looking so fake and horrible and they were so rude. Save your money and sanity. The name of the doctor is Rodion Pinkhasov. Now I’m so traumatised. One week I barely was able to sleep and eat and on top now I have to pay thousands for a crown that only god knows if I was able to get away with because it’s my front tooth. And I lost the money I paid these people. Just really don’t recommend this place. It’s not ok to do people like this. They really affected my health.

No lie great staff down to even the receptionist! I’m 30 years old and I still hate going to the dentist. De. Rodin Pinkhasov did an amazing job with my cosmetic surgery. Will post before and after pictures when I’m all healed up.Make sure to check Bonita Dental Care. They even finance which helped me out a lot. Her name is Jeannette, if your looking for financing she’ll make it happen.Seriously people this is a great dentist. No BS

Stay away! Watch your wallet indeed! Also dont trust what they say. The last time I was there and they recommended a number of procedures I required (I later verified at a different dentist that I didnt need), they also said If you were my mother, Id recommend you do these.

Have been going for years and the staff just keeps getting better and better..I just had a tooth out a bone graft done with Dr. Pinkhasov and Jennette they treated me like the scared pt I was a took their time kept me calm and told stories...another great experience at Bonita Dental Care...Tracy Salcido....Dr Rod and Jennette. I have yried several times to leave a post again. So I am adding to this one the last 2 visits were amazing I am always at ease with you too..1st time in my life I like a dentist. You guys rock...

I’m fearful of needles and I knew I would meet one containing Novocain for this dental implant. However, my experience this morning was great. Dr. Pinkhasov was so knowledgeable and patient. I simply loved Jeanette. The office supported all social distancing and mask wearing. Awesome experience.. My husband referred me and I’m looking forward to going back.

My dentist was closed came here for a Tooth extraction they took me in with no hesitation friendly staff very informative painless procedure everybody in the office was carrying will most likely be finishing my dental issues with them will highly recommend to everyone I know

Everyone that I dealt with Bonita Dental was very professional and friendly and helpful.

Appointment was at 11:00 a.m. for a cleaning and x-rays arrived at 10:30 did paperwork and health questionnaire. Still sitting in dental chair by 1215 still had not had my cleaning or exam by the doctor I got up and walked out.

Vanessa is both my husband’s hygienist and mine. She is fabulous! She is very thorough and so personable. Our teeth have never looked better. We highly recommend Vanessa and Bonita Dental.

By far one of the best places I have ever gone to.when it came to dental care.The true meaning of customer care.i went in with terrible wisdom tooth pain was miserable and they took care of it right away.After being turned away from many places bonita dental care took me in right away and made me feel better.Dr Rodion is one of the best doctors i have ever encounterd not only does he care for his patients but he also makes you feel at ease when experiencing any procedure.Yoannia was very sweet and a very helpful assistant when it came to removing my tooth.The office staff were all so great and very patient.i went in with no hope and I came out with hope and left smiling.Thank you so much I will be back again.
