All I can say is Im NEVER coming back to this place. They obviously dont know how to do manicures, especially with the shaping Im triggered! The guy was getting mad when I clearly told him the shaping and the size wasnt the same. I told him to give me a discount because I was NOT going to pay full prize. He charged me $30 for an UNFINISHED SET OF NAILS!! He still had the audacity of asking for a tip! I COULDT BELIEVE IT!

Literally the worst acrylics Ive had ever! Complete amateurs working here to do nails. They came out with awful shaping and really thick and clumpy. There was acrylic all over my skin and the guy physically hurt my when I complained by trying to dig his nail into my skin to rip back the skin from the acrylic. Told me it was my fault due to the shape of my natural nail. Will not return. When I refused to pay due to the poor service they told me to never come back as if I had any intentions on doing so.

The owners are super nice, charismatic, and willing to work with you. Pedis are the best and not too expensive compared to some other places. They are super dedicated to please you as a customer. I don’t write reviews, but they’re great!

They did a wonderful job again! I went back to my natural nails from acrylics. The tech was very gentle taking off the acrylics knowing my real nails were thin and sensitive. And I love this chrome that I got on my real nails!

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT....the new owners are AWESOME.Very respectful people.So quiet and relaxing. No loud television playing. No constant chatter among the employees.The massage chair and pedicure are a weekly thing for me. The best!! Great manicure also.such a convenient location. I know what everyone is getting for Christmas this year.Pedicure gift certificate!!! Give Palace Nails a try you wont be disappointed.

Do not go here. The worst place ever. They dont know how to shape nails and get acrylic all over your skin and cuticles. Very rude and will never go back to this awful place. I had to pay to go elsewhere to have them fixed the same day.

Good prices (although they just increased them). Language is a challenge and the place could use some sprucing. Looks like they are trying to do just that. Ive never felt rushed there and I appreciate that.

The staff are very friendly and attentive to my needs. They dont talk too much but they make sure to do a great job with my nails. Will definitely come back again.

No idea what the negative reviews are about, had an amazing pedicure with Lee as a walk-in. The basic pedicure is $25 and includes many things like massages, scrubs, hot rocks, hot towel wrap, etc.Will definitely be back!

TERRIBLE SERVICE, I would give ZERO STARS. DO NOT go here if you want good quality nails. Technicians DO NOT know how to file finger nails round. Technicians do not know how to do dip powder on finger nails. WORST NAIL SALON EXPERIENCE AND MY FAMILY WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS NAIL SALON.

This was the worse pedicure and manicure my husband and I have ever had. I wouldnt bring my dog here to have her nails clipped..i was so disappointed because I had read good reviews but was more than disappointed horrible dont ever go to this salon!!!!!!
