Jose did an amazing job on my dip nails! He was very kind and gentle! I love my nails they feel so natural!

The people here are so nice! They really know what they are doing, I’ve never had my nail polish applied so evenly and the whole process you could tell they really care for your nails. Definitely coming back! :)

I’ve been going to this salon for a couple months , now that I’ve moved to Naples and found a better place, I’d referred a couple of my family members there and I’ve been disappointed on their work . Recently this week one of my family members went and there poorly work didn’t satisfy my family member. She told the person who worked on her nails to change the color of the acrylic and said he would and never did so. He didn’t file down her nails to the right shape. Very disappointed and we won’t be back!! I won’t pay $107 for these !!!

Done a great job Very satisfied. This place is clean, and the people there are super polite and friendly. Horn was so nice and courteous. He took time to do my nails & pedicure, he did an excellent job. He took extra care to make sure my feet were soft and that polish was perfect.

I absolutely loved my experience here, all of the employees were funny, kind and made me feel incredibly welcome. I 100% recommend coming here. But make sure to book an appointment because they book up fast.

Wow was I impressed with this place. I got the $65 gelee pedicure and it was unbelievable. It was better then any pedicure that I spent as much as $500 in Vegas and in New York and this was way better. You must go there.

Absolutely amazing experience! Decided to try this place out on a whim and I was not disappointed. Nicole did my pedicure and she was fabulous! Her attention to detail was superb. I didn’t feel rushed and fully enjoyed my class pedicure. I also had Tommy who is the manager there for my dip powder nails, and he did an amazing job. My nails look great and I’m super impressed with this nail salon.

Clean and beautiful. When I went for my appointment, I was told that only one person knew how to apply pink and white. No one does pink and white. Seriously? Well it was obvious that the manicurist didnt want to do my nails. They were lumpy, as she didnt buff them out. They were uneven...I walked thinking it was a decent job, but after getting home...not so happy. Live and learn. When they tell you they dont have knowledgeable staff, listen and go somewhere else.

The staff is so professional and kind. They did a beautiful job on my nails. My partner also went with me for his first pedicure. He said he will definitely go back !

I started going here for gel pedicures and manicures for the past 2 months because I work in the area. I just removed my polish and have fungus on 3 of my nails. I’ve never had this happen before and the only conclusion I can come to us that it came from the salon.

I am very disappointed in the way I was valued as a customer here. This nail salon has no interest in keeping me as a customer. I came in to get a simple touch-up of polish after being a client since their opening on 75 in Bonita Springs. They said they were too busy and could not help; mind you, all I needed was a quick two-minute polish fix on two fingers after getting a complete set the previous day. They acted so inconvenienced. Its a shame that I was dealt with this way.

I have been going to this salon for the last 6 months. The Manager does my gel manicure. My last time in she did not reenforce an acrylic overlay on my one nail that needs the overlay, she did not apply any hand cream or massage my hands after the gel manicure. I asked her why and she responded we dont use cream anymore, it changes the color!!!! What??? In all of the years Ive been getting gel manicures I have never heard this! Also my nails were rough on the edges. Very Disappointed

I love coming here! Professional and friendly. They also respect scheduled appointment times. I drive from Naples to get my toes done here because their impeccable work is consistent!

I really like how they do my nails here however, the two times I’ve gone, i have gotten overcharged. I never ever have paid $50 for a gel fill before. When i look at my receipt i always see a extra charge. I said something the first time and got the money back i was charged but this time i just let it slide. Reason being because the lady who did them was friendly , quick, and did a great job But BE CAREFUL and ask for your receipt!!! I won’t be going back unfortunately. I’d rather drive to the other location in bell tower. I paid the same amount with French tips and design added.

My wife made the appointment at 11:30 and confirmed the time before hanging up we show up the day of and they said there is no appointment scheduled and could not take us. Unbelievable now we cannot get another appointment last minute., unprofessional and has lost my business.

My girlfriend went here today for a gel fill. The employees did not know what gel was. He proceeded to do powder dip. After stopping him he brought out a vat of pink liquid and only did a very small spot around her cuticle bed. ( Forgot to mention he ground off all of the gel that was on there already). The he got out his file and file off everything he just put on the nails. Her nails are now all different shapes and look terrible. She has never been this upset. On top of it all they charged her 50$.If you know what good nails look like and would like to get yours done, I highly recommend NOT going here!Most of these positive posts must be from people who dont get their nails done weekly. If I could put less than one star I would.

I have been getting pedicures and acrylics/dips for over 20 years. Tommy and his staff are very friendly, caring and professional. Also, Bonita Springs Noire is the cleanest Nail Salon I have ever been to. My nail tech is Milou. She is the BEST!! I love her personality. She is kind, caring, funny, very fast and wants to always make make sure that I am happing with her work. I would highly recommend Milou and Bonita Springs Noire Nail Bar. Tommy is a fantastic Manager and does beautiful art work on nails! Especially SnowmenPam

This is my first visit to Noire Nail Bar. I came in with a photo of pretty nails I found on Pinterest. My nail tech was Milou. She was wonderful, however she was not satisfied with her work. I thought my nails looked great, but she pointed out that she felt they were too thick. She had the manager Tommy come over to observe. Tommy then fixed the little problem and wow! I had asked for an ombré of glitter coming from the tip of my nails down to the bed of nail. My nails look better then the picture I brought in! Thank you for your professionalism and honesty!!! I will be a regular customer! 😊

It was my first visit here today .. Loved the pedicure by Ruby but when i went on to nails i asked for a dip powder and coffin shaped nails .Nena had a problem gettin the shape right and when i told her i think she didnt like it and after doing my one hand she just got up and left. but Tommy was a lifesaver he fixed my nails and treated me very nicely ... we pay for the services doesnt mean we look down on u but as a customer if we r not satisfied and we tell you one shudnot get offended.
