I found the nail tech unfriendly. I didn’t feel relaxed. A fill is $25 but if you want to cut your nails is $60. She made sure I was aware of her fee change before I got to pick the color lol I even asked twice … in order for you to trim my nails is $60 ? She said “yes, sorry !! I asked to keep my coffin shape and she left them squared . Was not happy with my nails . On the positive side they do offer beverages . I’m sure it’s included in the $60

I never went to a nail salon and had such a disappointing results. I got a full set and when I asked why my fingers around the nails looks so bad (even had left over glue) he explained that around the nail will be considered a different service. I was never told I need it a different service for my end result to look as Anyone will expect. To me it looks like an unfinished job. Other salons even add oil to your fingers/hands to give it a clean/finished look. Was not asking for free service but just a complete finish nail set. Not happy with my nails and I just spent $79. Not going back.

I came in as a walkin to get my nails reshaped and filed down. Helen was absolutely amazing and so kind! Will definitely be returning !

I drive over 30 minutes from Ft Myers to come here. Miss Cathy is great ( so sweet and kind too) and I now can’t go anywhere else for a pedicure. I need one now on travel, but decided to wait until I’m back in Florida because I trust her so much. Helen the owner takes great pride in her business. I highly recommend Trix Nail Salon.

Wow, what can I say. We were able to get a last minute appointment. The service and staff was overly attentive to our needs. The manicure and pedicure was very high quality. Helen and her staff were very professional and if I was a local this would be my go to for hand and foot care.

The best nail spa in the greater Bonita area. It is extremely clean and super comfortable. A very friendly staff and the quality of the services they offer are first class. I have been coming here for eight years and I would not think of going any other place, that’s how good they are.

There are a lot of choices in the area but none match the professional & courteous service you receive at this salon. I have been a client for over a year and so grateful I found this salon. Pedicures are relaxing and well done. Helen introduced me to dip and it not only lasts but has strengthened my nails. Helen welcomes all walk-ins and the entire salon staff are friendly and professional. You won’t go wrong with any one of them.

So I did my research before going to get my nails filled great service and looked online at their prices and everything. but when checking out my way 10 more dollars then my moms and our nails are almost the same length and cause they said “ her are longer” they charged me extra if I would have known that before going I wouldn’t have chosen that place.. then I picked out the prettiest color and he came back with this grey glitter which totally not what I picked and thought cause the color I chose had glitter in it that was the reason for having the glitter then he was basically done and totally not what I wanted and over charged me cause “my nails are long” but they where same length as my moms and they charged her less.. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK THERE WHAT SO EVER SHOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING BEFORE DOING MY NAILS.. nice place but didn’t do anything right and the workers didn’t even want to have conversation with anyone.. disappointed cause I read all good reviews and got charged over priced and was unhappy with my color.. going back to my place in Naples in Naples park!!!!

I love Nail Trix! Not only is it the cleanest salon I have ever been to but it also has fantastic service. All of the girls are so friendly! I especially love the fact that Helen decorates for every holiday. I always leave there with beautiful nails and I am always feeling so happy!!!!!

This is my go to place for a mani and a pedi. They are so nice. The place is so clean and very peaceful. There are no bad smells from acrylics or whatever as there are in some places. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

I thought I found a great place my nails. However, this time I also requested a pedicure. When I went up to pay for my $40 pedicure ( I had 2 toes fixed that had chipped my nails, and I use gel polish) ..it cost me $75+ !!! They charged me $20+ to remove my polish!! SERIOUSLY?? NO WHERE Ive ever been (30+ yrs) charges you to remove polish, IF youre having a service done and repainting them. I will not be back!! I dont care how good you are, thats just highway robbery if you ask me!!

My Mother and I drive 30+ minutes to Nail Trix because we are consistently treated kindly and our nails always look great. We enjoy all of the staff and the spa is always clean. Helen was very pleasant, fit me right in for a full. The design I had picked out didnt look so good so she happily switched to something else, and it ended up being cheaper!

Got the $50 Deluxe pedicure and it was worth every penny. My feet looked and felt like new after the great massage and special treatments included. Tracy took her time and did a great job. Cant wait to go back!

I have been with Nails Trix & Spa since Helen opened the doors 8 yrs ago. The friendly service, cleanliness and knowledge of the girls make it a wonderful experience! I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

All the staff are plesant and welcoming. I always use Christy because i get the dip and she knows just how i like my nails done. They even have snacks, water, tea etc to offer the clients. They also decorate the salon for each season.

Nail Trix and Spa was, by far, the best pedicure I have ever had!! Truly awesome... Tommy took his time, I did not feel rushed.... and it was a full fledged Spa Pedicure in every sense! I cannot wait to go back!

The staff is friendly but the quality and hygiene needs improvement. I wanted to try “dip” polish as it is supposed to last longer than gel. It chipped two days later in which they fixed free of charge which was nice, but when taking off the polish the nail tech cut my finger in the process. Now a week later it’s chipping again. They also dipped my nails in the powder jar versus dusting the powder on...this may be ok if they use a new jar for every person but that’s not the case.

They use to be great place sis not smell like nail place and wonderful friendly people!! Now the place smells like acetone land my pregnant friend could not handle the smell and left!! Ok onto nails they look like I did them my self they are bumpy and super thick for shellac nails! I attached a couple pictures!!

Cathy did a great job on my spa pedi and helped get rid of a toenail corner that was bugging me. The salon is clean and pretty with a great selection of polish. They are not the cheapest price wise, but are worth it.

If there was zero or negative star thats what I would rate them. Worst service and experience my daughter and I had today. My daughter and I went in for nails and pedi service. I wanted to get my acrylic nails removed and get powder dip on my natural nails. Christy, the worst nail tech I ever had, did not soak or file down the nails, she ripped my acrylic along with my nails and ripping my nail bed at the tip of my fingers, making my finger hurt and couple of them bleed...My daughter wanted to get her gel nails polish removed and apply new gel....... they didnt soak remove, instead used the drill to remove.They lost three customers (2 daughters and I) today............... NEVER GOING BACK!!!!

My wife and I ha e been going g to Mial Trix for 8 years. It is the most professional and welcoming nail salon experience we have ever had. Helen and her entire Team are extremely attentive, customer focused, and have consistently provided a high level of customer service continuously. If you are in Bonita and you need a “mani” or “pedi”, you owe it to yourself to visit Helen!!!!

VERY CARELESS and TERRIBLE SERVICE. Acrylic removal left my mothers fingers in pain. She did not finish her service and we both left the salon.My mother went for acrylic removal and they removed the acrylic without leaving much of her real nail left. We will not be returning.

Visiting Bonita google and saw 4+ stars ladies that did our pedi were friendly but the front person was somewhat fake and blank faced not genuine. Polish was poorly done and looked mediocre prices too high.

I visited this place for make pedicure and manicure and really I am so dissatisfied with how I was treated there. The person who did my pedicure and manicure was like training with me! and when I talked about my concern about it, they started talk in their language. So disappointed and unprofessional.

Had a shellack pedi, edges were not done properly, went back to have it fixed. Next day Same thing. Spend some more bucks and go somewhere else.

We go here regularly! (When not in Chicago)
