This salon was amazing! Ran into it on accident, and so glad we did! The young couple took care of my best friend and I and we are so pleased! Amazing pedicure (been searching for months for a good pedicure) and finally found the one! Amazing dip experience too! GO!

I am 21 and have NEVER had my nails done. Literally just cheap paint at home. My co-worker recommended this place and I could not be happier. Amy was absolutely amazing at giving me what I want. I naturally have uneven short nails and I do martial arts so my nails can’t be long as it makes it hard to fight, it’s also dangerous. so to make them look better she suggest short acrylic nails with the dip powder with a gel finish to make them look more even and nice. 10/10. And I can still make a fist! My eyebrows also look great after Amy cleaned them up

I’m new to Bonita Springs and I was looking for a nail salon that I could call “home”. K&L did NOT DISAPPOINT! I received the BEST pedicure I’ve ever gotten, and my eye brow was was perfection! I was met with such kindness and care, something that seems to be lacking in today’s world. I was so happy when I left, and can’t wait to go back.Highly recommend!!

Have been on the search for a good nail salon in Bonita Springs and they are by far the best! They did an excellent job on my manicure and pedicure and really took the time to make them perfect and make sure I was happy with them. Will definitely be back!

The absolute worst manicure Ive ever had. Im really not sure how this salon hasnt received more poor ratings, especially after observing others negative experiences besides my own firsthand. My mother in law had made an appointment for the two of us and honestly, if I hadnt been with her, I would have left the moment they shook out the nail dust and skin from the dirty towel left over from the previous client and placed it back on the station to be used again while they worked on me. I had to ask for a clean towel.  The place was in shambles with supplies and items everywhere cluttering the stations. We were asked to wash our hands when we came in, but there was no soap. There was only one person working and there was already a client, but yet myself and my mother in law had scheduled appointments ahead of time. None of the equipment was sterilized. The technician did not have gloves on. I felt rushed and was not relaxing in the least. One person was working on 3 people at once at one point. I received thermal burns to two of my fingers from the nail drill during the  powder dip removal process because the technician was in such a rush to finish since they were short staffed. My mother in law had to wait a half hour after her appointment time to even be started. My cuticles were never pushed back. None of my nails were made the same length, despite asking it to be fixed multiple times. Lotion was applied quickly and without care and almost immediately I was told I was done. I left with dip powder dried on the sides of my fingers. A UV activated top coat was applied without asking, which for me defeats the whole purpose of getting dip powder in the first place since one of the main reasons I do it is because it does not require UV light exposure (not a fan of developing basal cell in my cuticles). As a frontline healthcare worker who worked the first wave of the pandemic in one of the busiest level 1 Trauma ERs in the country, it was very disappointing, especially since this was the first manicure Ive treated myself to in over a year and since this was my first vacation in almost 2 years. The dip powder I had come in with I had applied myself #revelnail - thank you for getting me through the past year. Would not go back and would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I have used Suka for many years and would never consider going anywhere else. She is sweet, takes her time and does a beautiful job. The salon is clean and has a very large selection of nail colors. Convenient location too.

I really liked this place until the younger guy Ty was late for my nail appointment and came in and spoke to everybody except me .. He didnt even apologize ... Like there are not other places you could go and get better service !!!

Ive been getting acrylic nails for about 6 years straight and know exactly how I like them; Thai did just that! He was super nice and helpful! There was no wait and a great selection of colors!

I have been coming here for a few months now and everytime I am always left overjoyed about my nails and eyebrows. Im very particular about my nails and especially my eyebrows. I just had my nails done here and they are by far the best place that I have been to. They are very welcoming, friendly, comforting. They take their time and i love that it is family owned. This is now my place to get my nails and toes done. I have been to 3 other places in the area and they do not hold a candle to this place. I will be recommending K & L to everyone I know. The prices are great.

Got a full set put in and due to work schedules and such I was not able to make it in until A MONTH later and I was still getting compliments up to the day before. I went in with my nails a mess and they were able to maintain my real nail and used a dip powder. my nails look great love this place

Service I would give 5 stars. However the chair I was in was filthy. Did not look like it had been cleaned for a while. There was dirt and old drink spillage in cup holders and the remote for the chair was covered in undetermined substance(s). I find this to be unexceptional especially during covid time.

Since moving to Fl I’ve had a hard time finding a place to get my nails done. I recently found a guy named Thai at KL and he does such a great job!! Thai pays attention to detail and makes sure you’re satisfied each time. (sometimes I’m picky about my color :)) He and Amy are so welcoming and worth the drive from Naples!

They did a really good job painting our nails. My daughter was scared of having her nails cut but they did a good job to ease her fears. Only complaint isnt with them just nail polish in general. Wish it lasted longer.

Came here with a wedding party reservation. Half of the party had to go elsewhere bc they couldnt accommodate all of us. I asked for a design. She went under the table during my manicure to do the design, just to find out she just put polka dots on my toe. All of us left with more dry skiing on our feet then we left with. I had to wipe off left over exfoliating gel hours later.

This hands down is the absolute best nail salon in southwest florida! Ive tried almost every place in fort myers, estero, bonita, and naples and this place is definitely #1. The staff there is so kind and welcoming. I have always been happy everytime. They listen to exactly what I want and will fix anything with no problem. Amy, Suka, and Thai are amazing. Please check this place out you wont be disappointed!

First time coming and everytime I visit Ill keep coming here. She took her time with my pedicure (not that it needed much work lol).the hot stones on my feet and the hot towel on my legs all for $27!!

Waited 15 mins to get water in my pedicure bowl even with asking. Then water was cold. The tools were not new or clean, just taken from a drawer between people for each person. She was talking to someone while buffing my feet as before I knew it she was buffing my ankle bone.....then had the shortest massage I think I’ve ever had. Not good, would not go back.

New owner/management 10/10 was a great experience, good prices, amazing nails and a very welcoming environment! I will be coming back and it will be my new goto nail spot!

Took my mommy here after a long days of work as an early bday present to have a pedi and she fell asleep. She loved the gentleman. I had the elder lady who did an amazing job she got every detail. I will go again soon.

I have tried a few salons in the area and K & L has been the best.

Owner double books appts just to get people in the door...took 2.5 hrs!!! My gel nails were lumpy and looked awful but I had to go to work and she said come back and she would take care of it...i returned later to get fixed and she wanted to charge me $20 more dollars.Find another salon!
