I’ve been going to this store for 5 years, everyone that works here is very nice except Ginger the manager. I had a return from Amazon which didn’t need packaging, it was specified in the instructions, she argued with me saying I was wrong, and the instructions, from Amazon were wrong… to the point she refused to serve me wouldn’t send the package, and told me to go elsewhere with a horrible attitude. This is not the first time she showed attitude towards me, in fact it happened several other times, I mentioned that to her and she asked if that’s the case why do I still go there; well the simple answer is: I own a restaurant across the street and that location was convenient to me, and as I mentioned, everyone else, except here have always been nice and helpful. 2 hours later I went to another UPS store they sent my return, without packaging with no issue. After leaving the store I went to the nail salon nearby and come to find out the ladies that work there, don’t go to this location anymore because of her and her attitude; by reading the other reviews seams like this is an ongoing issue with many other customers that have been in this location.

Called and asked if they had a notary available. Was told yes. Went to the store and waited for the notary. Woman said that she was a notary, and that each stamp would cost $10.00; I told her to wait on someone else as I had a lot of papers to notarize. She came back and again said each stamp I do is $10.00; I placed my credit card and driver’s license in the counter: she looked at me and AGAIN told me how much it was; I said okay, go ahead. She looked at me and said I had an attitude; and I could go somewhere else, and I told her she was a b—ch. I left. These were important papers I needed notarized and would have gladly paid the money. I will never go back there and will tell the people I know not to either.

Customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. Especially FRED. He needs to be trained better on customer service skills.What a disappointment.

I had a special problem, 7 paintings that grandpa did that needed to get from Bonita Beach to Colorado. Scott at this UPS store was the person I was looking for after visiting some other pack and ship stores. He developed a clear plan that made time and economic sense. I’m very happy with the service, the cost and the timing of my deliver.

Paid $85 for over night shipment. On Friday May 28th, the lady inside, Ginger told me it would be there Saturday May 29th by 12pm. Looked the shipment up and say it wont arrive until June 1st 12pm. She just straight up lied to my face and said that she told me it wont be there until the 1st bc the holiday weekend. If that was the case I wouldnt have sent it! Dont shop here, such a lying itch. I hate liars. Typical. Never coming back here again. 👎👎👎👎👎

While on vacation I had a couple shipping needs for my businesses this was the most helpful UPS store that I’ve ever used.I’ve had painful experiences at other shipping stores in this one renewed my faith and UPS.

Blaming the customer for their mistakes!On Dec.16 I wanted to send an iPhone via UPS as a Christmas gift to my nephew in Russia.I wanted to print a label online. The online quote I got for delivery by Dec. 24 incl. $600 insurance and signature request was $220.Unfortunately there was an internal error on the UPS website and I could not complete the shipping.With a print of my progress me and my wife went to the US store in Bonita Springs.The store was packed with people.The store manager Ginger was wearing her mask under her nose. I handed her the print with all shipping information and told her to send it exactly with all those details.I repeated multiple times that I need this package to be insured with $600 and that the receiver needs to sign for it.She told me stories about phones in Russia not being delivered while typing in the data. Then she asked me for the shipping value for customs. And I told her (again) that it was the same as the insured value - $600.She handed me a slip and asked me to check it. I noticed that she forgot the Apartment number on the receivers address.She corrected this and handed me another slip. This time the address was correct. She asked me to sign 3 sheets of papers, for the shipping and for customs. I did not start to read the fine print, which turned out to be a mistake.The shipping fee was $255, and the package would arrive only Dec. 25.I asked why it was more expensive, and she told me that I would always get better prices online compared to the prices in a UPS store.So I paid $255 and left.The next day (Dec. 17) I wanted to check the tracking status online, and I noticed that there was no mention of any insurance.I spend hours on the phone with UPS, they confirmed, she forgot to add the insurance and also the signature request. And there was no way to insure a package that was already in transit.So me and my wife went to the UPS store again. The manager was not there. But the girl behind the counter told us that this day there was no one in the store who could handle our request to stop the package. But no problem, the manager will be here tomorrow. And she guaranteed us that the package could still be returned to me the next day.Dec. 18 we went to the store. When the manager Ginger saw us she instantly said:” You never told me that you wanted insurance on the package”.No one in their sane mind would spend $255 on shipping fee and save $10 for the insurance. I had no idea that insurance was not included in that price.I told her that she was lying in my face, my wife was there with me the day we shipped it, she was my witness.Now instead of taking responsibility, instead of apologizing about an honest mistake, Ginger went on, told me that I WAS THE ONE WHO WAS LYING.On top she stated that today it was already too late to return the package to me.Not only did I pay the higher shipping fee, I also got a slower service and the most important features are missing, protection against loss or damage.It is the most unpleasant thing to argue with somebody who was messing up and then trying to blame you.That the store manager accused me and my wife of lying instead of apologizing, was the icing on the cake!

I live in Estero. There are 2 UPS Stores closer to my house. But the staff at those 2 other locations are so incredibly rude and inept, that I refuse to go to either of those anymore. It is worth making the 12 minute drive (during which I drive past one of the other UPS Stores) to go to this UPS Store on Bonita Beach Road. The crew there are always friendly, helpful, and fast. I dropped off a 5-box Amazon return the other day and Cole could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I love those guys. They are my UPS Store for life.

Its always a wonderful experience doing my shipping through this store. Theyre always willing to do whatever it may be to make sure my packages get secured and shiped on time. I was just in the store and had a item that was very heavy and awkward, Willy really helped me out to get the items secured and boxed up so it could be shipped safely. There have been times in the past where I was dropping off packages at other UPS Stores and this would have costed me more money and have taken much longer. Generally I am in a rush however these awesome employees always make sure I am in and out no matter how busy they are!! Thanks so much for your help!!

I brought in a box that I had at home with bubble wrap and cardboard. I was bout feeling confident the box was big enough once I got there are packed it. I mentioned that to the women behind the counter and said I was concerned cause I could not have anything happen to the item.She started putting an insane amount of tape on it before I could stop her as I kept asking if it was big enough. I know they are not gentle with packages and could not have anything happen to it.I was fine to buy a new box and bubble wrap to ensure it would go safely...but then she told me I would have to also buy tape since she used so much on my first box. I didnt ask her to tape it at that point... why is that my fault. I felt rushed into closing a box that was a tad too small after it was packaged safely...So $15 later I had a new box, bubble wrap and a roll of packing tape. Ugghhh. She was not overly rude but there was just enough sass that I felt disrespected.

The lady with the fake lashes was the most rude person I have had to deal with in years. Immediately when I entered with a small appliance she didn’t ask questions she informed me it needed to be boxed. The manufacturer, Breville told me just take to UpS Store, they will box and ship back. When I tried to tell her this she was nasty again. When I told her instead of being rude, if she had asked questions that it might make for a more pleasant experience. She told me I didn’t need to coach her. After more conversation, she refused to help me. She needs a different job! And she isn’t doing her employer any favors! When I went to the UPS Store at Pelican Landing they took care of me within 15 minutes. I have told many people already to never walk through their door. Btw, the guy at the Pelican Landing store said he has heard similar stories about the Bonita Beach location. Bad way to do business! If any of our employees treated customers like this, they would be fired immediately!!!

$2.67 to print a label after already paying for the shipping service. Nickel and dime. Couldn’t charge it to an account either. Very let down after a 15 minute wait in the store.

2 of the 3 employees were not wearing masks who were directly dealing with customers. Very disappointed in UPS and their employees who were not adhering to their own mask policies.I hope corporate sees this and ensures their employees are following the recommendations set forth by their company.

Went in today to drop off a package and the middle aged women was VERY RUDE. after years we of them being able to accept USPS packages as drop offs she refused to accept my packages and proceeded to throw them on the counter. This was around 1:45PM on 10/20/20. If they’re policies have changed without my knowing she definitely could have treated the situation more professionally and spoke to me more respectfully. Instead she decided to yell at me saying she wasn’t going to accept my packages. She didn’t have a name tag on if not I would have included her name as well. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. NEVER GOING BACK

The place is amazing, I had very good help from the two boys Nolan and Cooper, they helped me with a million packages and were very kind and very patient with me. I am always going to go there every single time I have a package to ship out for UPS

5 or 6 people in line, all of them likely over 65, all wearing masks and socially distanced. Both visable workers had their masks on but hanging below their noses. Taking my business elsewhere.

I see some had bad experiences here but I had to return a product to Amazon. I walked in, waited 20 seconds in line they helped me and another 20 seconds went by and I was out the door. My experience was good and they took care of me very quickly.

I would give no stars if I could:Where to begin... first mistake mine—for going to the UPS Store on Bonita Beach Rd with my clothes and Christmas gifts for my family in TN—I came up with the brilliant idea it would be better to ship UPS instead of buying 2 checked bags on plane (real mistake)—second mistake Donna—the one with glasses she miss typing an address off my phones contact list with the wrong apartment number yes just one number off but a big mistake—third mistake mine for just checking the address and NOT the unit number when clearly the competence was in question with the UPS employee. Fourth mistake mine after I had arrived in Nashville and UPS did not calling Austin the store manager who said he checked and the package would arrive on Friday... I had him check the address and sure enough she had typed it in wrong.. Austin said he would call UPS and correct it.. Fifth mistake believing a word that came out of Austin mouth--still no package then Austin call and said the package was back at his store.. Totally a mess—I paid $48 to ship got no package had to purchase clothes, have to resend gifts.. And was told by Austin the UPS store manage this was not their fault at all, it is my responsibility to check address for me to supervise his employee...so do not make the same mistakes I made and go to the UPS store next the Publix on Bonita Beach Rd.. And get professional to help ship your items..What was not a mistake taking 10 days off from work first time in years to spend Holidays with my family—even the lack of professional shipping could ruin that..

Went there with a amazon return, a t-shirt and the return printout from amazon. The boy tryed to sell me a box?? Said i had to get the box it came in. So i went home and got the big box from my multible amazom order. Back to ups, the 2 boys were smerking at each other as they weighed my big box with a shirt that would of fit in an envelope. Wasted my time for an upsale or a laugh not sure.

Worst experience ever....the woman who manages is beyond rude and Insulting...still in shock of our treatment ....tried to charge for things that amazon said is no charge to the customer...which I had in writing...I had all proper things...packaging included....should NOT ..be trying to manage a business
