Much different experience with new tech on March 3rd compared to experience in December. She was friendly and competent. Used app on phone to check in and it worked well. Got results through app 3 days later.
Have been a customer at their previous location for years. This set-up in Walgreens is a joke! Checked in waited 1/2 hour to then be told the only person working is going to lunch so we have to wait anothet 1/2 hour. And to add insult - they only have 2 chairs for customers waiting.Ill never come back here for such rotten service and I would advise everyone to avoid coming here too.
Dont even think in going there! there is no place to sit , no one to give information at the front also you are on your own when you check in I waste my time there I have to give one star to be able to write this review zero stars for me this is my advice go somewhere else
Zero stars! Extremely long wait time, ran by a computer, there is no where to sit, and no person to actually speak to. Extremely slow, impersonal and unprofessional. So, youre left standing in the isle by the soap, wondering whats going on behind the closed door. It doesnt get any better once the 1 employee calls you back and has to handle phone calls, knocks on the door, insurance problems etc....what a waste of anyones time
