I wanted to thank Nancy and Elizabeth at the Estero, FL location for taking such good care of me and providing outstanding service. I greeted these ladies with kindness and respect as I entered and they immediately treated me the same. Fabulous visit with great results.

What a bunch of inconsiderate people, but of course that isn’t even on the website to be scheduled. Half the time there wasn’t even a receptionist and when there was it was just a terrible experience. God forbid you have a question to be answered you yourself will be ridiculed! Wouldn’t mind spending 10 or even 15 bucks if I could just get some help and the test. Wasted my time gas and money just to be rejected and not helped from the employees. Doesn’t even deserve stars absolute waste of your time. No one answers the phone nor does anyone call you back from leaving a message.

The wait was minimal. The team was friendly and efficient. Nancy did a great job obtaining my samples and I left with a smile on my face! I am glad I ignored some of the negative reviews I read before coming!

My blood draw was as pleasant and efficient as one can be. Made the appointment online. I arrived to the coconut road location and was tended to within 5 minutes of arriving. Per my request, the phlebotomist Elizabeth T. performed the blood draw in the arm with smaller veins without any issue. All in all a comfortable experience. Thank you!

My husband has been fasting for 16 hrs. Could not get an appointment online. They said walk-ins welcome however there is only one lab tech taking blood. Therefore you will wait for hours before they call your name. We got here about 9;15 and are still here and waiting at 11:15. Good luck people! Cant turn back now!

I do not typically give 1 star reviews however, this is warranted. Labcorp had the results for an entire week. After multiple calls, (daily) Marcus informed us of a physical address discrepancy. You couldnt contact anyone to confirm the address?? Awful service...

Like many others here I would give this place zero stars if I could.I needed to use LabCorp for drug testing and have used this company many times before, but never this location. I agree with the reviewer who recommended traveling further for another location - this place isnt worth the shorter distance!First off, I had an appointment, but was not seen until almost an hour after I checked in. It should be worth noting that this place was by no means busy. Also, no one was behind the front desk for ~90% of my wait. I can only assume this location is severely understaffed. I also witnessed many patients patiently waiting to speak to someone at the front desk, only to end up leaving or sitting down and waiting for someone to show up (which usually wouldnt happen until another patient was called to come in for their test).Second, almost two weeks after my drug test...I still didnt have results. No worries, Ill just call them, right? I tried calling multiple times over the course of two days and would either get a busy tone, ringing followed by a busy tone, or the call would just not go through at all. I would go down there myself, but its not like anyone is at the front desk, so...Additionally, I find it curious that the reviews here are mostly horrible with only a handful of random 5-star reviews...

🤦‍♂️ Absolutely AWFUL !!!!!!!!-They NEVER answer their phones when you call - the line just goes dead even though they may be open-RUDE, unprofessional staff.-LOST my lab order - then miraculously found it and patted themselves on the back for finding it (Really???)-Completely Missed doing my A1C test - the most important thing I was getting tested for. It was on the Drs Lab order - they just missed/forgot to do it. So now I get to go get stuck again-I will NEVER go back to this dump.

Honestly, if this place could get less than a 1 star review I’d give it that. I came here to get a drug test for my employer and these two men came in who don’t speak English very well and they clearly needed help checking in and the one wait who is in this entire facility was extremely rude and ignorant. The men kindly asked her if she could speak Spanish because they didn’t understand what she was saying and she said “you should be speaking English to me, I don’t have to be speaking Spanish to you and I can’t help you if you can’t speak English”. How this place is still running with all these stars is beyond me, and I’m definitely never coming back.

It took one hour (with two other people in the room) to get an employment drug screen. I did not have an appointment and two people were put ahead of me. I’m not sure if they had appointments. Understaffed and ridiculous. I will never go back there.

These people are so rude I honestly wouldnt ever go here I would spend my gas to go to another location. They act like its a pain to ask questions if you have never been here before. Need to get a new receptionist mostly new front desk staff or at least discipline them for not providing exceptional customer service.

NOONE likes getting blood work done and when we first walked in, I was a little annoyed by the receptionist who just pointed us to a kiosk for check in...however when our Phlebotomist Arturo came in to the waiting room..he was a delight. He not only was friendly and playful with the other people waiting. He was so fast and effective! One little pick with the needle amd we were done! It turned out to be a really great experience, I mean for getting blood work done.. and we will definately go back.

Worst customer service, women at desk are short with you. They continue speaking spanish back and forth while were standing there. Were English, i could see if there was a spanish person id get it. But i do understand some Spanish and they were complaining that my grandmother couldnt find her lab order right away. Shes 78, shes using a walker and it was difficult for her to go through her purse. Very sour looking faces, no smile to Greet you. Not sure why they have to be so rude in a place where people should feel at ease. I visited this lab corp on Oct. 2, 2019.

After reading the horrible reviews I put off having my lab work done by a week! Dreading going this morning I dragged my heels and arrived at 7:30 am! I was greeted by a friendly gentleman at the desk. Shortly after another tech came out and greeted the next patient with a smile! I was in and out in 15 minutes! The facility was very clean, modern and spacious! Upon leaving I was both techs told me to have a great weekend!Thank you for the wonderful service this morning.

The negative reviews are accurate - long wait times (even with an appointment) extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They made personal comments / insults about the patients to their face in front of a waiting room full of people. Ive never seen anything like it in my life.

Just left this facility, and the other 1 star reviews are 100% correct. There was a total of 4 people in the waiting room and they ‘lost’ my paperwork. When I noticed people arriving after me were being called back I went to the front desk were I was ignored and disrespected (they were speaking spanish and saying disrespectful remarks, they had no idea I know spanish). I went to the pizza shop next door to use the restroom and when I came back they were finally ready. I did my test and it turns out the reason they lost my paperwork was due to the fact they used it for the wrong person! My test was just urine but it’s scary these people have needles! If you are like me and have a few options on lab locations avoid this one at all costs!!!

Second time going to this location for lab work. After reading a few reviews while Googling the GPS location, I felt implied to add my own after my visit. The staff are receptive and working at a fast pace. They might come off sounding short or blunt but please keep in mind its a Lab, not a Ritz Carlton. They are SEVERELY short staffed and overwhelmed. Its very noticeable. Only 2 staff members treating, I can only assume, close to 100 people a day. ....based on how far out the next available appointments are online along with being a walk-in facility as well is what brings me to this assumption. I cant blame them for being prompt with people. Id probably be as well considering. Direct your anger at LabCorp, not the staff. If LabCorp wasnt SOLELY about profits, maybe they would show more concern for their OVERWORKED employees and staff properly which would in return, create better customer service. Overall, I had a smooth and pleasant visit yet again. FYI for all the complainers, Its all in how you approach people. You get what you put out. Again, its a Lab, not a resort. Too many sensitive people today. Hillary lost, those days are over... Thicken up your skin people, the world doesnt revolve around any individual person, including You!

I wish I could write a review with out putting any star at all. This place is horrible. I went twice with my fiance and they are the rudest, most inconsiderate people I have ever encountered. These staff members do not deserve their jobs. This is the only labcorp I have been to that absolutely takes hours to get in and out of. My fiance goes every week to the one in fort myers and they have him in and out within twenty minutes. When we have to go to the one in estero, he sits there for an hour at minimum just to have his name called! Corporate will be getting a call from me today!

I cannot believe the lady at the front desk that was wearing a baseball cap can actually be employed by this company. She is the most unhelpful, miserable, negative person I have ever seen in a customer facing position. If you appear to dislike your job and people so much, why not simply quit and find a job that doesn’t have to deal with people?

This is the worst medical company Ive ever had the displeasure of getting labs through.I go in to get labs that my doctor said to get, they say my insurance is in network, I even pay a reasonable fee the day I had labs done. BUT, a month later I get a giant bill that basically amounted to the full cost of the labs.I ended up having to pay the second bills and when I called to dispute the charges they threatened to send the bills to collections immediately.Do everything you can to get your labs done somewhere else. They dont even do a good job with the actual medical care. They are the worst at both doing their jobs and when dealing with customers.You can even check my review history, I NEVER give 1 star, but this company went above and beyond to earn this horrible rating because they failed at every step possible.

Understaffed. Receptionist is very rude. Even if you have an appointment be prepared to wait at least another 30minutes on top of that. Dont have an appointment be prepared to wait 1.5+hrs

Extremely rude staff, appointments wont save you from 30 minute wait times, and they seem to think you have all the time in the world, so dont be surprised if you have to tack on another half hour to those first 30 minutes.
