Went in to try today. Time stated open at 930am. It was 11am open sign wasnt on. I open door guy on his phone in his chair. He asked me if I had appointment never getting up. I felt like I was bothering him. I guess he doesnt want business. Dont worry about me returning.. I guess they are to busy for walk ins. Walk-ins would help to get lights turn on. Oh I did Louies down on 41 customer service and haircuts are so much better.

Soooo I got my haircut from Oscar and I’ll just say it... he cut my hair perfectly, I wouldn’t really know how to describe it but the way he cut the sides, cut/layered the back of my hair, took his time, and all the little details just add up. Definitely worth your buck 👍

0 (zero) communication! Taking decisions in customer’s name and ruining their hair is not fine!!! Now I have to look for someone to fix the mess and pay again just because the “barber” took decisions on his own...

They are very accommodating, listened to what I wanted for my teen and tween, and the cuts were great and reasonably priced. Very nice location, clean, and contemporary. My boys were satisfied and ask to continue going there.

Recently moved to SW Florida and have been to a several different barbers since. Couldnt find one who cut my hair to the level I had come to expect back in Baltimore.Im very pleased to say, I finally found one who is even a step above. These guys are talented, meticulous and take great pride in their work. EXCELLENT! Ill be back as a regular customer for sure.

Had a good experience the first 2 times and then the third time it went down hill quickly.1. I scheduled an appoint with my original barber2. The day if I get a request to move my appointment to 45 minutes later (with another barber) okay no problem, I’ll give this guy a chance3. I show up and my new barber isn’t there yet, I’m told he will be there soon.4. 45 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start my barber walks in.5. He gives me a cut and a “beard trim” I never ordered.6. I notice I was charged $7 for a beard trim and call to ask about it.7. Was told on the phone I got a beard trim, but never duding my appointment did they say hey if we do this I have to charge you more.So not only did I wait 45 minutes for my barber to show up to an appointment they chose the time for. But also they up charged me for a service I never asked them for. I will never be back, you can find me at TwinCutz on McGregor from now on.

I called for an appointment (on the spot) and was told a barber was available. This review is ONLY for a certain Mr Q Poydras, which is the worst experience I have had in years. I specifically showed him two pictures of what I was looking at and explicitly told him how NOT to cut my hair, to which he quickly dismissed looking at them by saying I got it with an air of arrogance. Ok, maybe the guy is a pro so I let him do his thing. He cut my hair exactly as I had asked him NOT to (leave the top longer on top of a skin fade). He then has the audacity to say you didnt have much hair there anyways...ridiculous. I normally cut my hair every 10 days and it had been a month because I was traveling. Once he saw my dissatisfaction he used the blade to give shape to the edges and finished without even wiping my face. He did not even ask for a tip seeing how upset I was and I dont even know what they charge but I am tempted to do a chargeback. I would give the other guys a try but DO NOT go to Mr Q.

Great professional barber team that exceeded my expectations

I waited for nearly an hour and a half for my appointment. The environment was a little dull. The cut was fresh but the guy kept on getting distracted during my haircut (including taking his dog out for a little walk) and it bothered me. For 25 bucks for a good haircut and service like this it balances out to me as a mediocre place to get your haircut. Id give it a try just hope that they learn from this review if they see it.
