After showing Chelsea three pictures, my highlights dont reflect any of them. My hair is a rainbow various golds, and brass when it was supposed to be beige. Yes, she used a toner! One of the main reasons I came in was to have the former highlights broken up with low-lights. It wasnt done, and its still blond. When I showed her the brass, she said go home and use your purple shampoo. Im experienced enough to know it wasnt going to help,and it didnt.The woman that she works with gave me an extremely sarcastic remark while I was showing Chelsea pictures of what I wanted. I wanted to ask Chelsea if she would fix the botched job, but due to the sarcasm of her colleague I never want to walk in there again, and I dont know if Chelsea would know how to do correct it, nor would I feel comfortable knowing she would be upset having to attempt to correct all of the mistakes. Should they read this and refund my $, Ill remove my honest review. Now I have to find someone to fix it. When I first saw my hair, I was happy that it had not turned out too dark, but after I got home and saw it wasnt too dark due to no low lights coming through, I was distraught.

Wow the owner and her co worker are really experienced. I got a fairly basic hair cut but it was very well done.
