Been going here for a few years now for all my watch repairs. Some numbers on one of my watches fell of and were moving around and getting caught in the hands and they repaired it in a couple hours. Had the glass on a Michael Kors watch replaced. It took them a couple weeks due difficulty in finding a glass piece that fits but had it fixed in a day when the correct part comes in.

Brought in 8 watches that had dead batteries. All were replaced and set to the right time in 25 minutes and was given one of the replacements for free. He even cleaned the inside face of a watch I thought was damaged for good. Outstanding service, will be referring friends and family!

Needed to replace the battery on a watch. A simple task, except I didnt have the tools to screw the back cover off the watch. Took it to several places (Walmart, Jared and Kay Jewelers) and none of them could take the cover off. I didnt even know about this place until one of them referred me to it.It was here that he figured out that it was a fake screw back case. In less than 15 minutes the battery was replaced. This will be my to go place for watch repairs.

Came for a battery replacement on a pristine Movado sport, which I had sold online. Asked the lady to specifically be careful not to get any scratches since I have posted photos of the watch and there are none.Went to shop around the store, came back to pick up my watch and sure enough there are deep visible scratches on the back of my watch.Lady didnt say anything, until I pointed it out. She offered to “buff” it out. Tried and didn’t make any difference.Never again, am I coming to this place.

I needed my band fixed. I tried to fix it myself and spent over 2 hours trying. They replaced my spring bar and unbent the holder for a reasonable price. It took them less than 15 minutes. They did a great job.

Came here to have my Invicta serviced the gentleman working was very professional and kind. Service was quick they work right in front of you. Very affordable and fast!! Definitely coming back!!

The repairs are overpriced compared to the city. You don’t have to buy the 2 year warranty. The guy tried to force it on me. The space is clean and the service is prompt. The prices are better here than their sister store in Oakbrook.
