I love this store! Of course this is where my husband got my ring, I got his ring from here, as well as made a few other purchases. I come here pretty often to get my ring cleaned and inspected as well as other pieces of jewelry. The store is always nice and neat, the associates are always eager and ready to assist as soon as you walk in. There is always friendly conversation. And I like the variety of rings and styles that they have to offer. The play area for the kids is most definitely a plus too.

I will never buy anything from this location since no one can seem to measure my wifes wedding band properly. We are getting married in 2 days and the ring still isnt sized right (after already sending it in 2 times in the last week). Completely unacceptable. It shouldnt be this difficult. I will be making my future jewelry purchases else where. I will definitely tell everyone we know about this as well as publish on social media. Too bad Kay...how one bad trip can ruin all my other experiences there. Wish I could give 0 stars or negative stars. If you buy something there make sure it fits right away otherwise it will never be right.

I am leaving this 5 star review for Danielle the store manager in particular. I have had very mixed experiences with Kay at a variety of locations. Stopped purchasing at Kay in general because of it. However I’ve been going to this one for the past 6 or so years because I need to get my jewelry check. Danielle has been the most friendly and helpful employee that I’ve encountered. A year or so there was a male manager (can’t remember his name) who was also helpful and helped me to link all my accounts together after that was a cluster. Haven’t seen him around in a while. So if you go, ask for Danielle! So sweet!

The staff here are very nice and helpful throughout the buying process.That said, the bank that KAY uses for their promotional finance plans is terrible. KAY teams up with Comenity Bank to handle the KAY Card. Once the purchase is made in store, you set up your account online with Comenity. Like any other credit card, they push eco-billing (paperless and auto-billing). Naturally, I signed up as I knew (or thought I knew) the payment that would be made for the next 12 months. Much to my dismay, my final auto-payment took place 5 days after my promotional plan expired, meaning all the interest that had been deferred was now charged to me to the tune of an extra $500 in finance charges. Would have been nice to know right when I set up my autopayment initially.I have done deferred interest, 0% interest, promo plans through other banks before and have never been given this runaround. It has always been simple, straightforward, and convenient. This debacle with KAY/Comenity has been far from that. Even when filing my dispute, they seem completely ignorant of the pitfalls in their system and are completely ignoring the fact that I have been a on time, reliable customer for all 12 months of my promotional plan.I ended up having to bite the bullet and pay all the finance charges. Never again.

I was pleasantly surprised on the courtesy and professionalism of Bill Haski. I came in looking for something special for my wifes 50th birthday. I am so glad to have met Bill Haski he is as knowledgeable and passionate about jewlery as anyone I have dealt with. He made the purchase simple and seemless. He provided me with exceptional customer service and provide me an Iconic experience. Devon was extremely helpful! I was able to find the perfect ring and he dedicated so much time to helping me find it. I will most definitely be back. The customer service was excellent and knowledgeable. They also cleaned one of my rings for me that I brought from home and it looks brand new again.

My girlfriend and I were starting to talk about engagement, and thought it would be fun to poke around the store when we were at the mall. We encountered Tia (who I see other reviewers have had a negative experience with), who was absolutely terrible. She was condescending when my gf would ask her questions about specific rings, and was pushy and aggressive with me. She made a handful of men dont know anything about rings jokes, which I found unnecessary and off-putting, but she kept saying them. Is the implication of those jokes that any men who knew jewelry would shop somewhere else?She spoke down to my gf when she accidentally put a ring on backwards, and when we tried to gracefully leave she said youre not going anywhere and insisted on getting ALL of my information: name, address, phone number, email address, budget, etc. and tried to sell me on their store credit card (which is a bad deal, by the way). She asked me what our timeline was, and when I told her maybe a year from now, she said WHAT? What are you waiting for?? and tried to make me feel bad about the timeline that my gf and I had agreed upon. Again, weird and aggressive and off-putting.I dont think Ill be buying her ring at Kay - we both thought the rings were a bit tacky and overpriced for the quality. While it seems like some other customers have had positive experiences here, I certainly did not - if you happen to meet Tia, Id run the other way.

I was trying to help my friend purchase a diamond since I recently went thru this process. I was skeptical when he said he found something at Kay Jewelers. He was working with Tia and she only wrote down the good attributes of the diamond we was looking it. We called the store to ask more information on the diamond and she was VERY rude!! She accused me of working for a competitor since I was asking educated questions on the diamond. I guess they think everyone is uneducated when shopping for engagement rings and we dont have the right to ask these questions. Save your money and dont buy crappy diamonds from this place. Go to a real jeweler who knows what theyre doing. Being a Diamondtologist is a made up term and they are the ones who are not educated. You need to see GIA certified Gemologist who wont get offended for asking questions you have the right to know when spending this king of money. You are overpaying for low quality goods and even lower customer service!

Went on a Sunday afternoon & no one was there door was closed & locked, lights were still on, says on the door they close at 6, website says 5 but no one was there at 3pm, guess I will go buy my diamond earrings at Jared across the street.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE. MARIAM IS THE WORST AND NEEDS TO BE TERMINATED ASAP. SHE CLEARLY DOESNT CARE ABOUT LONG TIME CUSTOMERS AND IS A PISS POOR EXCUSE FOR AN ASST.
