This place is terrible. I still work here unfortunately, but let me give you a quick run down- We will treat you with no respect and if your a entry level material handler we will also treat you like a slave. Straight up ZOO and this place is currently being ran by The Hammer...

Best place to loose your mind. Took 5hrs to get put into a door. Dock person didnt put paperwork in trailer and left for home. Asked outbound if they had the Bills. I was told no. Wait til 6am. Came back at 6am. It someone in the warehouse to tell this lady paperwork was in the box on the table behind her. FML... Receivers couldnt take most of the stuff because some pallets werent labeled... I think you need to give all your employees a drug screening.

Easy to get in and out. U have to drop trailer and pull forword 3.

Very busy place but helpful I showed up 4 hours early for loading appt I was told they couldn’t get me in early and the lot is to full for me to stay on site I let them know that I would be out of hours when my appointment hit no problem I dropped my trailer and went to a truck stop and got my rest the yard jockey put my trailer in the door and they loaded it and I picked it back up after my 10

First time here, apt at 1030pm got here at 7:35pm. Checked in at the left window. And got my door. Fine experience. But backing is tight so take your time when there are other trucks.

Appt 2 AM checked in at midnight and was put in a door, out 2:30 AM .

Avoid this place at all costs, this is the second time I have been here and wasted 6 or more hours to get loaded. They are rude and inconsiderate of the fact that drivers only have limited hours available to work. I will never accept a load from this place again.

Booked a load with Laurie and told her my factoring company is not approving them. She agreed to pay with a comcheck upon delivery - very professional and pleasant to deal with.

Make sure your broker gives you the appointment time and not just a window. All contractors using these group of clients are getting paid for no stops then getting a BOL with additional stops with no extra pay and skirting detention by misinformation or not designating appointments. They put a gps on you from the point of door number issue to prove when they service you regardless of how long you stand at check in.

It took them 6 hours to unload...this place is bad news for drivers wast experience ever ... dont go to this place if you care about making money on the road because this facility it guarantees you to lose money...be warned drivers go the at your on risk of losing the all day.

Worst place ever for pickups, they told me it was done but it wasnt, ive been waiting for atleast 3 hrs now. Also they always put busted trailers on the doors ( this time it was a flat tire) How is thay even safe to drive around the yard with.

Layover and 4hours loading next day, why not.Friendly staff, restrooms available, very crowded, but enough room to back in unless someone blocking it.Advice: if you got the green light, look for spotter your self it might save you some time.

Arrived at 1 pm was given a dock around 1:40 pm. Now its 7 pm. No action. We loaded here 2 times and both are 5-6 hours behind of appointment . Avoid this place if you do not want to spend here a whole day.

Arrived at 720pm. Appt at 8pm. Assigned a dock immediately. You have to fill out a inbound and outbound form. You will need your 105#, Carrier name, broker name, dispatcher contact number, mcdot# from the side of your tractor. They didnt finish loading me until 130am. You also have to disconnect from your trailer, so good luck if you have to park between 2 trucks it will be tight.

I came one day earlier, got unloaded in 30 minutes.fast and friendly.

Book a load with Leo A. Petre. He send me rate confirmation with pick up app. passed and delivery app. impossible to make. And than he was yelling at me on the phone. I expect more from company like RR Donnelley. He dont transfer me to speak with some of the managers and and dont pick up the phone after that. Worst broker ever working in such a great company.

Absolutely terrible delivery service! Late delivery with time sensitive medication. Do not use this service! They are a joke! Then when my pharmacy requested they deliver to my home address due to the delay in the delivery they stated that it would be delivered next day. HORRIBLE SERVICE and UNRELIABLE!

There is hardly overtime here.Normal hour a week is 36...12hrs/day.You work like robot, you are on your feet for 12hrs... dusty environment...

Easy For A Truck Driver to Get In And Out.

I despise this place and have officially added it to my no-drive list. We arrived at 16:44 to pick up a load that was promised ready by 11:00. At 19:30 they had us get in a door. Its now 00:03 and theyre maybe 1/3 done loading.Their strategy seems to be to load one pallet and then take a 20 minute break. And this is exactly how its been every time Ive had the misfortune to pick up here.If you can, avoid these idiots at all costs.

Most of the time loads that I pickup from facility never be ready. Then they want let you park on their property. They tell you too park in a nearby cul-de-sac that have no parking signs posted everywhere. Then If you park there overnight you get rudely awakened by illegal Mexicans playing soccer. And the nearest charged for parking.

Hours and hours of wasted time. Unload is not too bad, but to get loaded prepare to spend here all day.

Jan-28-2016 arrived at 12pm its now 1800..7 hrs and still loadin... i ll update once they finish loading..right now am pissed off ..i wonder who is in charge of this business they should feel ashamed...OK Its 1900,,8 hrs still loading...Its 2000 9hrs and loading..10 hrs still loading, unbelivable. It was dirty inside the walls were straight nasty germs and diseases everywere . Low level of respect for the staffing agencies they work for and there was flies in the break room. If your interviewing here do your homework because there merciless there.
