Can’t even answer a phone joke of a company

Sony tvs are junk. We just spent $1500 on one and it doesnt work right. Moreover after contacting customer support and submitting multiple pictures and videos they still wont honor their warranty. DO NOY BUY SONY TVS!!

Great place to get loaded only down side no cell inside and you got to be present on dock while loading ( plus security check when going out ) omg but I guess its ok bcz highdef products

Bought a Sony camera cybershot DSC RX100, 3 months ago from Beast buy, AND went to record my sons highschool band concert and after taking few pictures, when his program was about to start, I was powering ON to record it on the movie mode, and the camera lense cover attached to the lense WOULD NOT OPEN, MAKING IT THE WORST DAY IN MY LIFE AND THE MOST DISAPPOINTED EVENT GOT MY son who was waiting to see his performance after I record it.....So disappointed Sony , I am do much disappointed and felt helpless. I wIll give a minus, if I had the ability. A high priced camera stuck with no use on an occasion. Disappointed SONY.
