Horrible experience. Was blown off by the sales rep who did tell me he had an appointment. He got all my info and was supposed to get an estimate from him that night, never got it. Weeks later now still never got it. He stole my estimate from their competitor after telling me he was going to be higher priced as well.Maybe they didnt like the fact I was wearing a Cutoff shirt, couldnt tell you, I can tell you who got my business though, their competitor.Do yourself a favor, stay away from a place with obvious horrible customer service, go save big money where they give great service and you know if you have any issues, they stand behind their products and youll have enough leftover to buy that new refrigerator!

I would prefer not to give them any stars at all!! Absolutely the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Ordered AND PAID FOR cabinets in June that didnt arrive until January. Delivery date was changed multiple times and over course Covid was the excuse (slow production). I was given the option to have mismatched colors on the inside if I didnt want to wait. After spending thousands of dollars for new cabinets, why on earth would I want mismatched?! When my cabinets finally arrived--7 months later, one was damaged & one was completely wrong. Called the local store (Bolingbrook) to get the correct cabinet ordered and nothing could be done because my sales rep was off for the day. Called customer service 800#. They were also useless. They said I needed to wait for my sales rep as well. I admit, the prices were pretty good, but for this experience, I wish I had paid more and took my business elsewhere.

I shopped online and placed my order over the phone with Tom. He was very helpful and patient with me and was very willing to answer all my questions. I ordered on a Friday and my order was in on the following Friday. I picked up with no issue and was very happy with my purchase.

The staff here are very nice, and will help you save as much money as possible! They are very helpful, and can really help you with a new kitchen, or bathroom. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

If you want to wait for 4 weeks plus for your cabinets to be installed, surely use this place. THEY ARE JUST A BUNCH OF LIERS that once they have your money you are on your own praying for the installation to happen one day.

I bought my kitchen cabinets from here and had some issues with missing cabinets and cabinets that were not the right size. After all the issues were resolved the kitchen turned out great so I thought I would give them another shot with a dry bar. Drove over 2 hours round to trip to pick up the cabinets. Once home I put them together to find out they sent the wrong wine rack. Immediately called there store and talked to a sales rep that to me had an oh well attitude so I will not be using them again.

Customer service is the worst! Sales clerks do not return phone calls, they failed to deliver my cabinets and flooring before the contractor was scheduled to install them. Once they were paid, communication ceased. Do not do business with this company!!

I ordered new cabinets for the kitchen. Most arrived without incident. One cabinet which is a corner unit was delayed/back ordered for a week. It was to be on the next truck. The cabinet arrived but it was the wrong size. The box had one size marked in big numbers and my order sticker which was slapped on the box had the correct size. Someone at the warehouse cant read numbers. The store promised to have the correct cabinet on the next truck. Each week now for the last 4 weeks has been one excuse after another. They said they would even ship it directly by FEDEX. I stall do not have it. The mis-communication and finger pointing have been abysmal to say the least. I need this unit to install the rest of my cabinets. This company needs major help with any type of customer service. If I could give them NO STARS at this point, I would. Buyer beware!

So initially I had given this store five starts for their service. They were very nice and helpful. Better then our experience at home depot. But from there it has been down hill. Our cabinets came in late. Everyday I would call they said ot will come tomorrow, it will come tomorrow. They did this for a week. When we got then they were in boxes not put together. And we were told that they are going to be put together. So now I had to pay more money to put then together. And now handles havent been shipped yet and now I have to pay 200 dollars just to put the handles. This is a very bad nightmare.....

My purchase experience was far from flawless. However, my salesperson Heather was kind, patient, and thorough. The customer service agents followed through, and any missing parts were quickly fedexed. The sales manager Hyuk even drove a part out to my home to resolve an issue.These are bargain priced cabinets that do need to be put together. If you have a skilled and efficient builder like we did, the end result is Beautiful.

I will decided to use Cabinets to Go for a home that I was flipping. It has been a stressful nightmare! I thought Id give them a try, and its been one mistake after another on the order.You would think that when theres been a mistake or something they did, they would expedite the shipment so your renovation could move forward as soon as possible. Well that is not the case with Cabinets to Go. Each time it takes at least two weeks, or more and usually more, to get the items that are wrong or damaged, replaced.I first ordered my cabinets on July 29th at the Bolingbrook, Illinois store and I thought my nightmare was finally over today September 21st when I called the store (and I always had to call them, they never called me) and they said the 2 cabinets I needed to complete my kitchen were in their warehouse. I picked them up, brought them to the house and opened up the box with the upper cabinet, and the door is cracked the back of the cabinet is missing the hardware, and there is other damage. The upper cabinet is totally unusable. I am exhausted, frustrated and at my wits end with Cabinets to Go. Never again, will I do business with them! (I really dont think they care anyway.) I cant wait to be done doing business with them!!!!I will do business with Home Depot, they have just as nice of cabinets and their pricing is very competitive and they really do care if the order gets messed up in anyway. At Home Depot, they are very prompt about fixing any problems, unlike Cabinets to Go.My advise, if you want a smooth renovation with your kitchen cabinets, stay away from Cabinets to Go.

Had cabinets installed and they consistently not were closing as they should attempted to call customer service NUMEROUS times and they would always put me on hold for about half an hour, still have not managed to fix my cabinets
