Has a few roadblocks as a first time customer that were really disappointing. A 1 day project turned into a 3 day one with delays in between due to scheduling. I was accommodated for my inconvenience and the work turned out nice, but it wasnt as seamless of an experience as I hoped.

Excellent and fast service! Management, Janet Shore, was very accommodating to my needs/concerns, and were very professional. The technician, Hugo, was prompt and professional and exceeded my expectations! My bathtub looks beautiful.Thanks!

Electro bond and I worked together on a resolution to the issues we experienced with my tub and tile. I am pleased with the outcome and happy we were able to come to an agreement.

The most Unprofessional person that they could’ve ever sent to my home Hugo is by far what I believe to be the most unexperienced person in doing this kind of work he shows up to my house says some thing looks at me and then left not once but twice without a word of what’s going on what he needs where he’s going just hope that he’s actually coming back. After having to have them come out again to look over the work that they did that was subpar tells me that he has to regrout and then he has to call the office and then he just leaves I know grout does not stick to paint and we here we have one bathroom that he sees that we have in the house and expects us to live without a bathroom for 24 to 48 hours this I believe is unreal. I will never recommend this company to anyone that I know

My experience with elecrobond was a complete nightmareI needed a bathtub with tile finished in white, I called electrobond they were available so I gave them the jobFirst trip two guys showThey masked off the bathroomAnd began spraying the new finshZero prep work, they just put a couple pieces of paper down as masking and started sprayingThey finished, I paid them, they leftThen I noticed multiple runs all over in the new finish. It looked terrible!They came back and resprayed, also acting like they were doing me a favor for coming backAgain runs all over finish looked horribleThey come back a third timeRe spray again and again runs all overAlso overspray on my brand new tile floor and over spray on the bathroom doorThey refuse to refund my moneyI had to have a real company come in to redo the entire jobThese people are crooks and a complete jokeDo not let them into your home!

My experience with Electro Bond Refinishing has not been pleasant. we had our tub re-glazed in 2014 and within 6 months it was peeling. When I called the company, I spoke with Charlotte who became argumentative. After going around and around with her an appointment was scheduled. That morning of the appointment the worker didnt show up. The company was notified and another person came out to make the repair. For the 2nd time the tub is peeling in various areas so bad that the previous color is boldly standing out. I called Electro Bond Finishing regarding this matter and was told it was not covered. But my warranty states 11 years! then I was told a service person couldnt come out unless I paid a $75.00 service fee . When I finally agreed to pay the $75.00 an appointment was made and confirmed with a time. On the day of the appointment the service worker didnt show up. . Do not use this company they are unreliable and dont stand behind their work.

I got one tub done, and it is amazing transformation! Wish I did the other tub too!
