Never shows up at your place. Made an appointment and waited 3 weeks but still didn’t showed up. Not making customers first priority

I highly recommend this company. From their customer service (Bill), to their actual service techs (especially Ian-great guy).We have had many special requests for them and they have fulfilled them each and every time. They are reliable and honest. The owner is a good man who is hands on also.

The worker driving a white pick up with license plate not visible was speeding through my neighborhood like it was a race track.

WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE OUR POOL OPENED BY FATHERS DAY...IT IS SO DIRTY AND UNFINISHED THAT YOU WOULDNT EVEN WANT TO DIP YOUR TOE IN IT. AFTER CALLING AND SPEAKING TO THE RUDE MANAGER AND GETTING NO WHERE, WE ARE GOING TO DUMP THEM. P.S. YOUR GUYS DIDNT EVEN PUT THE LADDER UP !!!! HORRIBLE POOL CO.
